chapter 9.

Jeff leaves for the Muara restaurant along with Arvin. He is very impatient to meet Mahendra's son, and asks where Olivia is. Jeff believes that Olivia is being hidden by the man.

Jeff and Arvin were greeted warmly by the restaurant employees. He was directed to the VVIP room that had been on a previous reservation. Looks a handsome man but not as handsome as Jeff and Arvin, standing up to welcome their arrival.

"Good night, Mr. Jefferson." Sapa Keanu Mahendra's. He reached out to Jeff.

"Night" Jeff replied briefly. He welcomed the hand briefly. He even stared dislikefully at Keanu.

Arvin also did the same for the introductory session between himself and Keanu. But before Arvin joined the boss and also Keanu. Jeff asked Arvin to wait for him outside. Because he will discuss personal matters with Keanu.

"It's nice to meet you in person, Mr. Jefferson," said Keanu smiling happily. But it was not in line with his mood that was so chaotic.

Keanu is forced to follow his father's orders to meet with Jefferson. The one he hated and avoided. However, Keanu had to keep that feeling in order for Jeff not to be suspicious of what Keanu was feeling.

Jeff just nodded slowly without answering Keanu's words. "Curtain! So arrogant of him. If it wasn't for papa's orders, I wouldn't have come to see him. Even I should be able to get cooperation with him." Inner Keanu was irritated.

"I'm not here to discuss work. But I want to discuss personal matters." Jeff said firmly.

"What do you mean, Mr. Jeff?" keanu asked not to understand. He doesn't know Jeff's true purpose yet.

"I want to meet this guy" Jeff said to the point. He showed a picture of Olivia on his phone to Keanu.

Keanu was stunned when he saw a photo of himself with the lover shown by Jeff. However, Keanu still had to be calm in front of Jeff. He did not want his rotten plans in the past to be unraveled.

"What is your relationship with him?" asked Keanu in as calm a tone as possible. Yes, claiming not to know Olivia is of no use. Because in the photo was clearly emblazoned with the face of her who was in the middle with Olivia.

Keanu believes that Jeff is not an easy person to lie to. So, Keanu chose to be honest even in a lie.

"I want to meet your lover, there's something I have to talk to him about" Jeff said firmly.

"It turns out she already knew about my status with Olivia. Alright if it's like this I'll happily play around a little with this arrogant businessman." Sizzle Keanu in heart.

"Sorry before, sir. What is your relationship with my lover? Why do you want to meet him?" asked Keanu pretending not to know. Although actually he can guess for what Jeff wants to meet Olivia.

"Tell me how much nominal you want, I'll give it as long as I can meet Olivia" Jeff said arrogantly.

"Well, whoa. You are very arrogant, sir. But unfortunately I will not easily allow my lover to meet other men."

"I don't like convolutions, Mr. Keanu. Just tell me what you want me to see Olivia."

"Say!" Jeff stared back at Keanu so sharply. He did not want to linger with Olivia's lover. If it wasn't for Olivia, Jeff wouldn't be willing to meet a guy like Keanu.

"I want your cousin's sister" Keanu said. Which managed to make Jeff hooked his anger.

"Bad!" jeff shouted with his eyes lit up. Luckily the room was soundproof, so his screams would not be heard until the room came out.

Jeff reflex broke through the table in front of him. He was really angry at what Keanu said. Wherever possible Jeff would give his innocent cousin's sister to a maniac like Keanu.

If not a maniac for what Keanu wants his cousin's sister while he already has Olivia. However, to Jeff's anger, Keanu had planned to play with Olivia's feelings. Jeff would never accept if Keanu dared to hurt Olivia.

Jeff doesn't know where Keanu knows Haura from. There are no cousins besides Haura. Does Haura know Keanu too? Jeff wondered.

"Relax Mr. Jeff. Let's talk it out and let's make a deal." Keanu tried to calm down Jeff who was staring angrily at him.

Hearing the word deal, Jeff softened a little. He sat back in his chair. Jeff just kept quiet waiting for the intent of the deal from Keanu.

"Look, I'll let you meet Olivia to the fullest. As long as you can get your cousin's sister to accept the proposal from my family."

"Shiits! Then you want to kill Olivia, huh!" Jeff yells not accepted. Either he was angry that Keanu was going to betray Olivia, or because Keanu wanted Haura.

"I'm not going to betray Olivia. He also knew about the engagement plan. So, you don't have to worry, sir." Keanu said with a serious expression.

Jeff looked confusedly at Keanu. How could Olivia agree her lover was engaged to another woman. Something is wrong with Olivia and Keanu's relationship. Jeff has to make sure of himself by seeing Olivia so he knows what's really going on.

"How about Mr Jeff? All decisions are in your hands. I'll give you three days. If you're willing to help me get engaged to your cousin's sister. So after three days are over, arrange my meeting with your cousin's sister on the grounds of work. Is he not now your secretary? So think about it." Keanu was satisfied to see Jeff confused.

Keanu does know that Haura is Jeff's cousin's sister, even the whole world also knows about it. So, Keanu took this opportunity to be able to get Haura to make her papa feel happy. Yes, Keanu did all that for his papa despite having to sacrifice the feelings of Olivia, the woman he loves.

Especially after Keanu found out that Haura was working as Jeff's secretary, he was more eager to make a deal with Jeff. He believes that Jeff will sacrifice Haura for his first love, Olivia.

Jeff can't make a decision now. Because he has to think about it carefully. Jeff did not want to make a wrong decision.

Jeff came out of the VVIP room after a long time struggling with his thoughts. Keanu has been gone since then. They spend time with tension without dinner. Jeff paid for the restaurant very expensively.

Arvin followed Jeff from behind. Seeing the expression of Jeff's face that was very sour made Arvin sure that something had happened between his boss and Keanu. But Arvin does not want to ask a lot of questions let Jeff tell his own story.
