Rafael and El have just finished their lunch. There is a small debate between the two when they will pay for the food they have eaten. Rafael forces to pay their food bills, while El wants to pay for his own food. But Rafael is not his name if he does not succeed.

Both cars stopped at the hospital bassement. El got out of the car and so did Rafael. They both entered the elevator.

The elevator door opened, El and Rafael came out of it. Then parted into each other's rooms. El changed his suit with his doctor's suit. He checked his patient's schedule. El enters the elevator to enter her room.The hospital gives her two rooms. First his private room and second the consultation room for his patients.

"You haven't eaten yet?" El asked, Rafael shook his head.

"Yes, call your house to pick you up" El said.

"My house is busy El" replied Rafael.

"You have a personal assistant?" Ask El.

"Have it" replied Rafael.

"Call him. Send here. You can't drive in pain. Fear of an accident" said El.

"It turns out you're attentive too" Rafael smiled.

"Of course, I'm a doctor. If anyone is sick I will definitely notice" El explained.

"Where's your phone, let me call your assistant" El said.

"He's busy working" Rafael said.

"Then you're going home by yourself?" Ask El.

"You will take me home, El" said Rafael.

"Why me?" Ask El.

"Because you're the only one here" Rafael said. Want not even El to agree. He sent Rafael to the hospital bassement.

"I don't know your home address" El said as they both sat in the car.

"Run it, I'll tell you later" said Rafael. El obediently then drove Rafael's car.

According to the address directed by Rafael, the car that was boarded both stopped at the bassement apartment owned by Rafael. Again and again El had to take Rafael to his unit.

Rafael tells El the unit code when the door opens. El escorted Rafael into his room. Actually he wants to go home. But he remembered Rafael had not taken the medicine. He took the initiative to make Rafael a meal.

In the kitchen, there is a lucky meal. El just made a porridge that mixes with a few pieces of vegetables for Rafael. Not long porridge so. El re-enters Rafael's room and wakes Rafael to eat.

"I don't have El's energy" Rafael said. Actually he was just coding for El to bribe him.

"Alright" said El then he fed Rafael the porridge until it ran out and then gave Rafael a fever reliever.

"I'll go home, call your family if you need anything" El said.

"With the help of taking care of me, you can go home in the lobby, there is a car that will take you home" Rafael said.

"same. Once I get home" said El then he came out of the Rafael unit to the lobby. Rafael was right, there was a car waiting for him. El agrees with Rafael's offer, because it's night. El was too afraid to use public transport at night.
