This sunny morning weather made El develop his smile. I don't know, he felt new to life again when he felt the air and the weather this morning.
Cool and soothing.
"Darling, are you seriously starting to work again at the hospital? Has your condition improved?" Ask Clau.
"Yes mom, it's been too long since I left the hospital" El said.
"Will Raphael allow you?" Ask Clau.
"I don't need her permission. I signed a six-month contract. So even if he doesn't let me, it doesn't matter, I'll keep working. Don't I have to be professional?" Tanya El then approached her mommy who was in front of her room. He grabbed her and led her downstairs.
"Darling, you're okay, right?" Ask Clau. His daughter's attitude suddenly changed.
"Im okay mom, I'm leaving first yeah" said El kissing her mommy's cheek.
"Eat first" he said.
"I'm almost late mom. I'll have breakfast at the hospital" El said, then exited the family mansion.
He took the keys to his car from Jonah. Jonah initially offers to drive her but El refuses and gets into the car to get to the hospital.
The distance from his mansion to the hospital was not far away. So it can get pretty fast.
El got out of the car. He walked to the elevator to get to his room. He pressed the number five button to get to his room. Inside the elevator, he simply fell silent by noticing the number in the elevator that was constantly changing.
He was on the fifth floor. The elevator door was open. El got out of there and went straight into his room.
How surprised El when he entered his room, Rafael arrived there.
"Why didn't you answer my phone?" Ask Rafael directly. El kept his bag on the table and stood next to Rafael.
"Yesterday I didn't hold my phone. So I didn't know you called me" El said.
"Then why can't I call your house?" Ask Rafael again.
"For that, I don't know what caused it. Even if he did you call me last night, maybe the maid would tell me" said El honestly. Because last night there was no phone call at all to his house.
"Are you still mad about last night?" Ask Rafael.
"I've even forgotten it" said El. He also took his proud white coat hanging next to his desk. He wears it and also wears his name tag. Not to forget the stethoscope he held around his neck.
"It's time for me to work. I say it first" said El to leave from there.
"I'm not letting you work today. You are still not fully healed" said Rafael.
"With or without your permission, I'll keep working. I've been under contract, after all, when my license expires, right?" El Say.
"I don't care, the point is I don't let you work. This is my family's hospital and you're my lover. With or without you coming in it's not a big thing. You have to rest, no objections" Rafael said at length.
"It's Raf, I don't want to argue anymore" El said, then left. Yet again and again Rafael held him back.
"What else?" Said El who was getting upset.
"Follow my words or I'll punish you!!" Rafael's Threat.
"Stop managing my life Rafael. You're just my girlfriend not my husband. Appreciate my decision. Anyway I have to be professional" El said then left from there.
While Rafael randomized his hair annoyed. What's wrong with her boyfriend? Why did it suddenly turn out like this? How strange.
Rafael came out of El's room and came back to catch the girl. It turned out that he had missed the elevator. He waited a while for the elevator to open again and he went in to catch up with his girlfriend.
Rafael asks some sisters to ask where El is. After quite a number of people he asked, it turned out El was in the patient room. Rafael went straight there.
It appears El was talking to one of his patients' parents. Rafael was about to go there but suddenly his feet stopped when he saw El looking at him and immediately threw away his face when he saw Rafael.
Rafael's phone rang. It was a phone call from Griss. He asked Rafael to immediately go to the office because there is an important meeting that should not be missed by Rafael.
Rafael was upset. He went from the hospital to his office.

El continued to examine his patients painstakingly. There are a lot of patients he has met today. Most of the children he examined had a similar history. The maag.
The age of the child is still around ten to fifteen years. But they already have the disease. And the reason is the same, they eat unhealthy and indiscriminate food.
"Okay, can I ask you something?" Said one of the sisters who was El's current assistant.
"Yes, what?" Ask El.
"So Mr. Rafael seemed to be looking for you, but after he found you, Mr. Raphael just kept quiet and did not see you. Is there a problem?" Ask.
"Nothing" answered El.
"Oh so. Sorry doc, I was too presumptuous to ask you such a thing" he said, El just nodded.
El's phone is ringing. The incoming call from his daddy.
"Yes dad?" Answer El.
"..."
"What's gotta be now?" Ask El.
"..."
"Yes yes, I'm there now" said El. The phone was disconnected too.
"Sus, my schedule today after this what?" Ask El.
"You can rest, doc. Your schedule is continued at three in the afternoon for the examination of one patient who will be followed up by surgery" he said.
"Good then, I have to go first" El said.
"Oh yes doc, Ruby's doctor asked you to help him with the patient's surgery which will be examined by you" he said.
"All right, I'll be there before three o'clock. And tell Ruby's doctor, I'm ready to help her" El said, then headed from there to her room.
After reaching his room, El immediately took off his work coat and then hung it again. He took his bag and went straight out of his room to the lobby. He asked the security guard to take his car there.
El tipped the security guard and got into his car. He immediately drove his car to the location that had been sent by his daddy.
