Rafael massages his temples. A faint feeling struck his head again. Five days have passed since he was in Japan. Not without reason he arrived here, this is because his company is experiencing problems that must be handled directly by him. To that end, he flew directly from Boston to Japan.

El took the plate. Before eating his rice, El first drank water only after he ate the rice.

On the other hand, Arthur and Billie shudder to see El eating a burnt egg. Actually not a charade, but just a little charred.

"It's delicious?" Ask Billie who ignored El.

"Yes, why?" Ask El.

"Billie asked" said Liana.

"There's just one" Liana said. Arthur has been broken up since.

"Oma, whose laughing voice is this? Is this hospital haunted? El was so scared" said El, making Arthur's laughter stop.

"Oma, please take the medicine" El said. Patently, Liana gave the medicine and cleaned up El's food marks. Shortly after, Hans arrived. He tells Billie to take a wheelchair, Arthur takes a car, and he takes El's shirt while in the hospital. Liana helps El get up and sit in a wheelchair when Billie arrives.

El finally breathed some fresh air out there. He smiles. Her hair was flying to the side as it was blown by the wind.

"Let's go in princess" said Arthur. El hooked his hand as Arthur carried it. He sat quietly because his legs were still hurting.

After everyone got in, Arthur drove his car straight away.

"Gosh, you woman" muttered Arthur who got Hans's naughtiness next to him.

The car that El and the others were riding in arrived at the front door of the main Meinhard mansion. The whole family welcomed him to the door.

El gets out of the car and is carried away by Arthur to get into the house.

When El sat down, he was immediately offered a variety of food by his aunt.

"My brother, my son just arrived. Later, you will offer food" said Clau.

"Oh, fine" said Soraya.

"I'll eat everything later aunt, calm down the food you make will go into my stomach" said El.

"Aw, thank you dear" said Clarissa.

El leaned his head against the chair. He stared at the tv that was showing a Korean drama. Honestly, he did not like Korean dramas too much, only that both of his daughters really liked it.

Drowsiness suddenly attacked him. As he closed his eyes, Hans asked.

"Darling, did you really change your schedule at the hospital?" Ask Hans. El blinked his eyes a few times and looked at Hans.

"Yes opa" said El.

"Why?" Ask Hans.

"It's okay opa, just want it" said El. Hans just nodded.

"Oh yeah, how about tomorrow's show?" Ask El.

"Everything's almost done El. The invitation has been spread, the place settings are in accordance with the wishes of all of us. We leave tomorrow" Billie said.

"Is it okay if I use a wheelchair there?" Ask El.

"Why, baby?" Ask Liana.

"Are you not ashamed?" Ask El.

"Honey, your foot is not completely paralyzed, but just can't walk because your ankle is injured quite badly" Hans explained.

Slowly, Billie sat El on the bed when they reached El's room.

"Rafael" said El whispering.

Billie just chuckles then kisses the top of El's head.

"If you like her, forgive her mistake El. Look at it from the other side, he's a normal guy as well as El" Billie said. El was silent in the arms of his brother.
