Episode 68: Not the Answer

After the incident at the restaurant earlier, El kept thinking about it. He still does not know what relationship happened in the past between Rafael and Anita.
Hearing the story from Janshen alone was not enough to make him believe. He had to force Rafael to tell him everything. He is currently in the apartment of Rafael.
"What are you thinking?" ask Rafael.
"Nothing" said El.
"Don't think too much about Anita's mother's words, it's not all true." El looked at Rafael. Rafael is with him now. Even talking to him. But Rafael's focus is not on him.
"If you're talking, look at the person so that the person feels appreciated" El said. Rafael smiled and kept his laptop.
"Sorry," he said.
"Can I know about your relationship with Anita when you were teenagers?" Ask El.
"Dear, believe. I have nothing to do with him" Rafael said. El didn't ask any more.it wasn't the answer like this that he wanted.
"Why silence?"
"It's okay" said El.
"Don't lie."
El just smiled. "Areally who's lying here?" Ask El. Rafael frowned.
"I told you no, if I never lied to you."
"Your answer cannot convince my doubts" said El.
"What answer do you want? I told you not if Anita and I never had any relationship!" Rafael.
"Are you sure?" Ask El.
"Of course" he said. El nodded and took his phone. He opened a chat room from a number he did not know.
"Then what is this?" Ask El. He showed me pictures of Rafael with Anita when they were in High School.
"I was pushed by my friend so I accidentally kissed Anita on the cheek. At that time all the organizations in the school were asked to gather" explained Rafael.
"Then this?" Ask El. This time he showed a photo where Rafael was pinning a chicin on Anita's finger.
"Are you engaged?" Ask El.
Rafael hush. He didn't know how El got this photo.
"What if you don't want to answer, I'm not forcing."
El kept his phone back.
"Where did you get this photo?" Investigate Rafael.
"Is that important?"
"Dear, I beg you. We just made up" Rafael said. He was about to hold El's hand, but El avoided him first.
"It's almost night, I have to go home."
"Please, trust me!" Rafael.
El just nodded his head.
Rafael smiled as well. "Oh yes, your contract with Levent Hospital will be extended soon. You will no longer be a contract doctor but a permanent doctor. Griss will deliver it to you" said Rafael.
"Today," said Rafael
El just nodded faintly. He then took his bag.
"I'll go home first" said El.
"Come, I'll take you."
"No Raf, it looks like you have a lot of work to do. I'd better go home alone," refused El.
"I am your lover" said Rafael.
"I knew. Didn't I tell you that we should respect each other's decisions? Come on, it's just Raf's going home."
Rafael breathed. "All right, but the heart is okay?"
"Yes, yes" said El. He hugged Rafael before he came home. As Rafael was about to kiss her, El dodged. Rafael forced him but El smiled and quickly left.
In the apartment lobby there is already Griss. He'll take El home.
He just complied and got in the car. There was no conversation in the car. Griss focuses on the streets while El is occupied with his own thoughts.
Not long after, El arrived at his mansion. He thanked Griss and then got out of the car.
As he was about to enter, Griss suddenly called out to him. Turns out Griss gave me a map. What El believes is the extension of his work contract that was discussed Rafael.
El accepted it and went straight into his mansion.
Inside the mansion, all his family was gathered. There was Billie, too.
"Just home?" Ask Billie. El nodded his head. He also joined his family.
They all gathered and discussed the old story. Luckily it's not about work so El won't get bored.
"Oh yeah, have you thought about the stock your daddy gave you?" Ask grandpa El.
"I'll take it" said El, to Billie's surprise. Last time, he refused it.
"good. So you're not gonna extend your contract at the hospital, are you?" Ask again.
"I'm still thinking about it. I went upstairs first, everybody," said El.

Arriving at his room, El looked out of the balcony. He chose to sit in the chair there.
Again, tonight feels so beautiful. The moon again showed itself. El smiled to see it.
In front of him there are two maps and one box that does not contain anything.
It had been far away the day El thought of this alone. He also wants to know the truth. Maybe this way he'll find a bright spot.
El took his phone and contacted someone.
"I'll leave tomorrow. Prepare everything. lest anyone know," said El.
He cleaned up the map and the box and put it in his suitcase. Hopefully this is the best path he has chosen.
