Part 87's. Dilemma and Heartbreak
After arriving at his apartment Lexi immediately rested herself by lying on the bed. Grabbing his phone and immediately informing Naura that he has arrived in Jakarta. They decided to meet tomorrow morning at Yuna's cafe.
In the morning around eight Naura had arrived at Yuna's cafe. He decided to take a work permit today. He chose to sit on a table close to the entrance so that Lexi and Adrian could find it easier. Naura has also told Adrian that she will meet Lexi this morning.
"Naura, what do you want to drink?" Yuna who happened to be passing by wanted to get out of the cafe saw Naura and greeted her.
"No ma'am, I'll be waiting for someone later" he declined.
"Then I go first! If you want something to ask the kids, don't pay" he said.
"She's Mom."
The hose wasn't so long Lexi came with the package.
"Have you waited a long time?" It wasn't difficult for Lexi to find Naura because of Naura's easy-to-see position.
"Just now, what did Om bring?"
"Oh this? It's a macaron, one box for you and the two boxes I nitip for the twins huh! They used to love this snack."
"Om, thank you!"
"Yes, by the way what do you want to talk to Om about?" lexi asked to the point while Naura seemed to be sitting restlessly.
"Se .. it's true that I'm not the one who wants to talk to you about Lexi, but Adrian's doctor. Maybe he'll be here soon" Naura said nervously.
"Naura, you know since you called Om that time Om was worried about you. Om guess there's nothing with you, not the year ... " Lexi looks disappointed.
"I'm sorry Naura Om, Naura was forced to call Om Lexi because Adrian's doctor wanted to talk to her important Om."
"Huh, what's important talk?"
"Later Om knows for sure this is about the future of Om Lexi."
Lexi's forehead was furrowed trying to guess what the girl who was sitting in front of her was really talking about.
"What do you mean Naura?" Choose to ask rather than think hard.
"It's about Om Lexi's relationship with Aunt Annete" Naura replied as she lowered her face, otherwise Lexi could see now that the girl's facial features had turned sad.
"Naura...."
"Naura!" Suddenly Adrian called him.
"Ah that Om Adrian has come." Trying hard even though his heart hurts to see who brought by Adrian.
"Om Adri, Aunt Annete please sit down!"
"Ah he," said Adrian and Annete together then shifted the chair and sat down.
"Lexi when did you get back here?" Actually Annete does not know why Adrian brought him to that place without taking Adel. Moreover, Adrian also took him to sit with Lexi. Things Adrian never did before.
"Yesterday," Lexi replied casually.
"Oh yeah Dri what's wrong? Naura said you want to say something to me."
"It's Lex, look ... "
"Then Naura went in first Om, Auntie," Naura's permission cut Adrian's talk.
Naura ran to the restaurant kitchen. Her tears were already unstoppable, flowing, caving rivers on her smooth cheeks. His heart was broken once he saw the reality that had to happen. If only he had decided not to conspire with Lexi it might never have happened and this feeling would not have come into its own. It is certain from today his hopes are dashed and his story with Lexi will never exist again.
"Naura why are you?" ask Sindi one of her co-workers first.
"Ah it's okay," he said, wiping away traces of his tears. But seeing the red color in her eyes and nose, anyone knew that she had just cried.
Although Sindi knew there must be something to her friend but Sindi chose to shut up and helped Naura who was now preparing food and drinks.
"Sin please deliver this food to that table huh!" point it at Lexi and Annete sitting in a chat. His heart seemed to be torn apart by the sight of Annete and Lexi laughing together. Adrian was walking towards the kitchen, trailing Yuna who had just arrived.
"Sit here first Dri," Yuna said to Adrian while he was busy putting the things he carried.
Adrian sat on a chair that happened to lead to Naura's seat.
"Naura why are you?" adrian asked who saw Naura looking at Lexi and Annete while daydreaming. There are tears coming back.
"Ah, sorry. What did Adri say?" Naura woke up from her daydream.
"Ah not so," said Adrian who turned out to realize that the girl in front of him turned out to like Lexi.
"Excuse me Om" said Naura and then passed to the bathroom. Up there he washed his face with water then applied makeup so as not to see that he had just cried. She doesn't want Lexi to know how she feels. Yeah, Lexi can't know, before Lexi knows how she feels she has to get over it. That was Naura's determination. She didn't want Lexi to turn to her just out of sympathy.
After coming out of the bathroom, he went to his friends, Yuna and Adrian.
"Don't eat Naura first?" ask Yuna.
"Don't Mom, I'm still full" she said, but she hasn't had breakfast this morning.
Naura walked outside while Adrian was twitching his head while looking at Naura who was walking away. Not expecting the decision that he considers the best even hurt the hearts of others.
"Akh, why am I so wrong? Holding Annete from me I'll hurt Annete but handing it to Lexi I hurt Naura instead. So dilemma," inner Adrian.
Naura actually wanted to walk past Lexi's seat but it turned out that the package Lexi wanted to leave Nathan and Tristan behind at the table. He had to get to Lexi's seat and pick up the package.
"Excuse me Om, sorry to bother me about taking the package."
Without seeing and hearing Lexi Naura's reply took the parcel and hurried out.
"Why be formal" Lexi thought.
"Naura wait a minute!" Lexi's after Naura.
"What's the matter Om?" Naura answered without looking back at Lexi. He was afraid he could not control his feelings.
"Don't eat together?"
"No thanks I'm full and I also have to go back to the office." The permit did not enter for a day.
"Yes, be careful then!"
"She's thanks." Finished saying that he ran back then hauled a taxi that happened to pass there. When he got to the room he locked the door and threw his body into the bed and cried.
"What is this thing called heartbreak?Why is this sick?" ask him to yourself. Whereas in the past when he saw Febri holding other women he was not this sick.
