"So Attar ever had a child?"
Ningsih, who was currently sitting beside her husband, was seen throwing a glance in a direction. His hand was still squeezing the tissue, which he had just used to wipe his tears.
Just a moment ago she asked her husband who Fiona was. Attar was reluctant to discuss this, but Ningsih was angry and shouted at her husband.
"Why don't you be honest with me. After twenty more years I became your wife. I was not a holy woman when I came to you. But do you not trust me so much that there must be something you keep from me."
Arka's stepfather turned to look at Ningsih, who slowly began to cry.
"She was my wife, before you."
The words made Ningsih suddenly tremble. How not, for twenty years more undergoing the household ark. Never once did Attar tell her about it.
Now the two of them were both silent, silent in the living room chair. Attar has told me everything in detail. Even in front of them was Arka who was also frozen.
He came here to deliver some of Amanda's gifts. Amanda is currently on her way to Amman's residence. He intended to send his uncle Diego to meet his father. Because Diego asked her to accompany him, because it was the first time Diego would meet his brother.
Amanda plans to follow Arka later with the twins, after her business with the uncle is finished.
Arka thought her parents' house was okay. But he came right at the time Ningsih was shouting at the husband. Arka had to hear everything.
"Why did you keep all that from me?" tanya Ningsih later.
"Because it's a very painful and sensitive past for me, Ningsih. I'm not comfortable telling that to anyone." Attar replied later.
"And the boy...."
"He's my real son, I just found out he's alive. Because Fritz said he didn't survive being born to Fiona. I'm sorry, Ningsih." Attar said later.
Ningsih nodded, because there was no point in taking this matter for a long time. Fiona's gone, and the kid's innocent. Why should Ningsih hate a child like Jordan, who doesn't know about his parents' problems.
He alone had been saved by Attar, lived and loved by the man for many years. Although his love is greater for Fiona, but everything is enough for Ningsih. She was relieved that her husband was not cheating, as she had expected.
"Arka, would you accept Jordan as your brother?" Attar asked Arka, the young man could only nod.
"Papa still loves you, just like always. You saved papa's life, so you can meet Jordan now."
Arka nodded again, her stepfather approached and hugged the young man. He understood the fear in Arka, because all this time the affection of the father was only for him. Not divided into any child in the world.
Arka was a little afraid the universe was replying. He is more often with Ryan than Attar lately, fearing that his stepfather will be closer to his new brother.
"You're papa's son, Arka. Nothing will change."
Attar told Ningsih to come closer, then the three of them hugged each other while crying.
"Rubby."
Something fell out of Attar's jacket, he just remembered that Jordan had left a letter, he said it was important and concerning the life and safety of a person.
"What is that, pa?" arka asked as her father crouched down to pick up some of the envelopes.
"This was from Jordan, he said it was about someone's safety. He asked me to hand this over to the police station, just like some other place."
"What's that, pa?" ask Arka again.
"Papa doesn't know." Attar shows the envelopes to Arka.
"Chanti, Widya?" Arka saw there was a name behind one of the envelopes.
He then looked at the other envelope and said an address, complete with a phone number.
"This is Maureen's mother's address and phone number."
Arka, her mother and stepfather sat. The next second Arka opened the envelope.
"Ma, Maureen?" said Arka with a stamped tone.
Both of his parents were surprised, now they meet each other.
"Are you ready to see Papa?" ask Amanda to Amman's half-sister, Diego.
"Yes, you're not ready" Diego replied, trying to smile. Amanda smiled back.
"It's getting old, Amanda. They just want to get closer to family. Yes despite the risk, maybe your father can not accept the presence of om."
"Try it first, om. Lately I think my dad has changed a lot. He's got more heart, more can be kind to others."
Diego smiled and looked far ahead, while Amanda focused on driving the car.
When they arrive at Amman's residence, Diego and Amanda notice a fight. Between Amman's people and Rachel's people. But Amanda and Diego don't recognize these two camps. Because neither Amanda nor Diego were ever close to Amman or Rachel. Until they do not recognize anyone who works for both, except one or two people.
"Om, what's going on?" ask Amanda to panic.
They both rushed out of the car.
"Amanda, Mr. Amman." shouted one of Amman's confidants who had worked for decades. Amanda recognized the man.
He is currently in a fight with a big tall man, immediately Amanda and Diego run inside. But their steps were blocked by other high-bodied people.
"Where's my dad?" ask Amanda in a panicked tone.
The man immediately strangled Amanda's neck. Diego reflexes hit the person until there was a fierce fight. During such a situation, Amanda ran inside to look for Amman. Shortly after, Diego's opponent fell and the man caught up with Amanda. While in a room, Rachel is seen pointing a gun at Amman.
"Sign the will, quickly...!" she screamed at the husband. Amman remained silent, reluctant to comply with his wife's wishes.
"Quick or I'll kill you now."
Amman smiled faintly on the sidelines of the blood dripping at the corner of his lips, he had been beaten by Rachel's men. Now they're fighting outside, facing Amman's confidants. Only he and Rachel remained.
"Quick...!"
Rachel prepares to pull the trigger for her firearm, but then,
"Rubby."
A punch landed on the woman's head. To cause him to fall and the firearm in his hand suddenly released.
Amman is surprised to see Amanda do so, especially Diego appears afterwards. Amman had seen a photo of Diego before, because Amanda had shown it to him at the time.
Diego picks up Rachel's firearm, the woman is still conscious and trying to get up. But Amanda grabbed her hair and pulled it in a direction. Before long two of Rachel's men enter, they fight with Diego and Amman.
While Amanda herself continues to drag Rachel down mercilessly. Rachel, who was dizzy from being hit with a wooden chair earlier, looked staggering.
"Plaaaac."
Amanda landed a slap in Rachel's face, then continued with the next slap.
"Plaaaac."
"Plaaaac."
"Plaaaac."
Rachel felt so dizzy and light-headed, Amanda had been fusing into her anger all this time. Anger that he has been holding for years. He recalled how often the mother was beaten by Amman, simply because Amman defended the woman****** that was.
"Plaaaac."
Amanda keeps hitting Rachel who's been barely a match. He also remembers how Vera told him about Rachel, who wanted to kill Amara while she was still in the womb. Rachel heartlessly hits Vera's stomach until she contracts. Amanda continued to vent her anger, until no later heard police car sirens.
It seems that one of Amman's attendants or confidants, had reported the events of the day. Rachel and her men are secured, while Amanda and Diego help Amman and others get medical care. Amman himself was not so severe, but many of his men suffered serious injuries.
It's over with Rachel's case, she's now ready to face a lawsuit. Accusations include assault, mistreatment and threats against her husband and several people who work in their homes.
Amanda herself can quibble if she defends her father, or defends herself. So the beating he had on Rachel, it wouldn't be a big deal for him. What is clear is that his heart is relieved, his mother's heartache for many years has paid off.
