Sagara actually brought Vesha to a city park. They walk together while looking for a chair or place, so they can stop and sit back and relax while enjoying the atmosphere of the park this afternoon.
The park is not very spacious, but it is comfortable and clean enough to sit around or jog with the family. The park is equipped with a security guard post and a fairly clean bathroom, so if you bring children or want to sit while snacking do not worry about kebelet.
Unfortunately the parking area here is a bit difficult, because it is usually always full of motorcycles and traders.
But this afternoon Sagara and Vesha are lucky, because the parking area is not too crowded. So they can still get a place to put the Sagara bike.
Sagara and Vesha sat on the grass, as they did not get empty seats. Both of them looked straight ahead where a lot of small children were playing ball.
"This is a comfortable place" said Vesha.
"Hmm, lucky not to be too crowded. Usually this place is always crowded," replied Sagara.
The silence was re-created, the two refocused on the children who were scrambling the ball from their opponents. Quite a long time there was silence between the two, until Vesha spoke again.
"Is everything okay?" asked Vesha while looking at Sagara who was sitting next to her.
Sagara sighed, then bowed for a while. Then the man looked up again and turned towards Vesha.
"Come on," answered Sagara wetting his lips with his tongue.
Sagara shook his head slowly. "Honestly, I feel ashamed of you, Sha." said Sagara, who lowered his face again.
Vesha was silent, the girl looked back at the group of children playing.
Sagara raised his head while rubbing his face rough. Then the man pulled his hair back.
"I'm ashamed of you and of myself, Sha. Is this karma for me for what I've done to you. Hurt and disappoint your heart" Sagara said again breaking the silence between himself and Vesha.
Vesha gave her rough breath. "When action arises from unconsciousness, karma will follow it. We know that karma does exist, but I always hope that God will always give the best for you. So suppose that what you are experiencing right now is the best thing that God has given you" Vesha replied.
Sagara smiled, as if laughing at himself. How could he hurt a girl like Vesha. The girl who has such a sincere heart.
"I'm sorry, Sha!" lirih Sagara's.
Vesha smiles at Sagara's apology which sounds so sincere to her.
"I forgave you long before you apologized to me, Ga." replied Vesha.
Their gazes met each other, Sagara smiled as he looked at Vesha who was smiling at him.
"May I ask?" tahya Sagara's.
"Hmm, I can."
"Do I still have a second chance to be with you, Sha?"
Vesha was stunned to hear Sagara's question. Honestly, far from the bottom of his heart, Vesha still loves Sagara. However, Vesha does not forget her love for Sagara.
For years he loved Sagara in silence, until finally Vesha had the courage to express himself that he had loved Sagara for a long time. Until the betting incident occurred, Vesha's love for Sagara was indeed replaced with a sense of disappointment in the man. But these few months Vesha was able to pass through it, plus there was a figure of a man who always made Vesha forget the wound in her heart.
Vesha regained her senses in her heart and mind as she recalled the figure of the man. Bryan, yes at this moment Vesha remembered the man. The man who always makes himself upset, but misses when the man does not bother him.
"Bryan," murmured Vesha in his heart.
Vesha looked back at Sagara who was waiting for an answer from her. Vesha swallowed her saliva while lowering her face.
"Sorry, Ga. I can't" answered Vesha.
Sagara nodded his head slowly. "Yes, I know. Surely you will answer like that," said Sagara.
Vesha did not reply, she just smiled and looked back towards the front.
"Is he a good man?"
Vesha turned back to Sagara. His forehead was slightly wrinkled as if he was digesting Sagara's question.
"You mean Bryan?" ask Vesha back.
Sagara smiled faintly while nodding. "Yes, who else is the man you've always been with." replied Sagara, laughing.
Vesha laughed, sighing. "Bryan is a man who, without me noticing, is a man who has managed to make me forget the wounds you once gave me, Ga. Although his presence was always like Jelangkung," Vesha laughed as she recalled the first time she met Bryan.
"But I admit, his presence always comforts me. My sadness was changed when Bryan acted out and made me upset with him."
Sagara is still listening and even he is very attentive to Vesha who is describing while telling about Bryan's figure to Sagara.
"Honestly, he's a guy who can put himself in place of your shadow in my life in just a matter of months. I'm so grateful to God for presenting a man like Bryan."
Vesha blinked her eyes many times, then she turned her head slightly towards Sagara who was still looking at her.
"I'm sorry, I don't mean.."
"It's okay, Sha. I am so grateful that there is a figure who has healed the wounds I gave you," Sagara quickly cut.
"Forget it!" sahut Vesha turned to Sagara.
"Come, let's forget everything that happened between us. We live our lives without remembering the past. Come, friends!" Vesha immediately extended her hand in front of Sagara.
Sagara looked at Vesha and the girl's hands alternated. Then the man also returned Vesha's hand.
"Friends," Sagara replied with a big smile.
Vesha smiled too. "We're friends" he said with a laugh.
The two threw smiles at each other and laughed at their attitude. Sagara and Vesha talk again, there is no conversation about the past that will make the two back awkward. Vesha is good at making chat topics that are not boring. Until it does not feel the time getting late afternoon.
"It's late in the afternoon, I'd better take you home. I don't want your girlfriend to know and be angry with you if you walk with me" Sagara said.
Vesha laughs. "Bryan is not like that" he replied.
They soon left the park and returned to Vesha's house. Unbeknownst to them, there was someone watching the two. A casually dressed man with a mask and sunglasses perched on his nose.
The man stared at Sagara and Vesha. "You heard all their conversations, didn't you, Bryan?" asked the man while looking at his phone.
Bryan's smiling face was seen on the man's mobile screen. Yes, they are currently doing a video call since the first time Sagara and Vesha arrived at the park.
"Of course I heard everything, Dev. Thank you for following my will to do VC that long" replied Bryan, laughing across the street.
Devano clucked in annoyance. "You should reward me for this. It's not just a thank-you note" Devano said.
Bryan laughed across the street. "Yes, yeah. I'll give you a gift" Bryan replied.
"Okay, I'll wait."
