Bryan's Search for Vesha

Naura blinked her eyes when she heard a somewhat noisy voice in her ears. Her hearing grew sharper when she heard her husband mention Vesha's name.  A girl name that Naura hates. Yes, Naura was aware of her coma last night, coinciding with Bryan's arrival after work. 

Naura furrowed her eyebrows as her eyes opened and saw her husband talking to Devano. She wondered why her husband had mentioned the girl's name. 

"Honey," said Naura. 

Sean who was seriously talking to Devano immediately turned to look at the bed. Sean smiled when he saw his wife had woken up from sleep. 

"What's up, baby? Do you need anything?" sean asked as he approached Naura's bed. 

Devano came closer to his adoptive mother. 

Naura shook her head softly. "Nothing" he replied slowly.

Then she took a quick glance at Devan, and looked back at her husband. "Darling can I ask?" ask Naura. 

Sean smiled. "of course! What do you want to ask?" ask Sean. 

Naura seemed to sigh, for a moment she was still silent. A few seconds later, she looked back at her husband's face. 

"Are you talking about that woman?" ask Naura. 

Sean's eyebrows shot up one. "Women? Who do you mean, baby?" instead of answering Sean asked back. 

"Vesha," replied Naura who felt reluctant to mention the name. 

Sean nodded slowly, while Devan was silent and did not want to comment before he was asked. 

"Yes, Devan and I were talking about Vesha. We're looking for his whereabouts" Sean replied deliberately alluding to Vesha's departure. 

Naura frowned. "Searching for whereabouts? Where's she going?" asked the curious Naura. 

Sean breathed. "I don't know where he is, he's resigned. I'm looking for Vesha because Bryan is so angry" Sean replied. 

"Lho! why would Bryan be angry if the woman left? Isn't it great that Vesha is gone from her life. So he can get a better girl than that woman" Naura said. 

Sean sighed, apparently Devan was secretly shaking his head and regretting the attitude of his adoptive mother. 

"Why did Mommy say that about Vesha?" ask Sean. 

Naura clucked in annoyance. "Daddy already knew, that Mommy from the beginning did not like the woman. The woman was very self-destructive," Naura replied with a cynical face. 

Sean shook his head. "Don't know how, Mom? Vesha's a good boy. He's not what Mommy thought he was when he knew him" Sean said. 

"Ck, just so Daddy knows! The woman was very ignorant. He presumptuously called Bryan by simply mentioning the name without using 'Master'. After all, our family and his family are not equal. Mommy also has a strong feeling, if she approaches Bryan just to master our treasure" said Naura. 

"Astaghfirullah, Mom! Daddy didn't expect you to have that far of a mind" said Sean, who looked disappointed. 

"Mommy's thoughts about the girl are very far away, Mom. Honestly Daddy was very disappointed with the mindset of Mommy who looked badly about Vesha," continued Sean expressed his disappointment. 

Naura squinted her eyes with her eyebrows intertwined. Naura did not expect that Sean would say that and instead sided with her. But instead of defending Vesha, Naura's feelings and thoughts get messy. Even the woman felt quite suspicious of her husband. 

"Mommy didn't expect Daddy to stand up for such a woman in front of Mommy. It shouldn't be a disappointed Daddy, but Mommy!" naura snapped with a rising intonation. 

"Mom, please calm yourself!" devano.

Naura looked at Devano. "Are you also disappointed with Mommy, and support her?" naura asked Devano. 

Devano sighed. "Mom, I'm not on anyone's side. But, for now what Daddy says is true. Everything Mommy thinks about Vesha is wrong. She is not such a girl," Devano replied without wanting to offend Naura. 

Naura laughs miris. "I'm disappointed in you, Dev!" shimmies Naura. 

"Sorry, Mom. I just spoke according to the facts" Devano replied. 

The bathroom door opened, and it appeared that Gricella had come with some of her needs and Naura's. Naura was delighted with her daughter's arrival. He believes that Gricella is by his side and will side with him, not Vesha. 

"Mommy is awake" said Gricella as she approached Naura's bed. 

Naura smiled too. "Where's Mommy's daughter from?" ask Naura. 

Gricella replied with a smile. "I'm out of the house, Mom. Take some necessities for Mommy as well as me" replied Gricella. 

"Oh, yes Mom. I brought you a fruit salad. Is Mommy gonna taste it?" ask Gricella. 

Naura's eyes looked sparkling. "Well, Mommy would. You make it or Auntie?" ask Naura. 

"Of course I made it, Mom. Wait a minute, yeah! I'll prepare for Mommy, Daddy and Brother Devano" Gricella said. 

Sean and Devano just smiled and chose to sit on the sofa. While Gricella prepared a fruit salad for the three of them. 

"How does it feel, Mom?" ask Gricella. 

Naura smiled as she brandished her two thumbs. Although the other hand was still stuck with the infusion needle, it did not undo Naura's intention to support her daughter. 

Gricella smiles to see her parents and Devano loves her salad. Even Devano looks so greedy to spend the salad. 

"Cella, where's your sister? Why since Mommy came out of her coma, Mommy hasn't met her. Mommy misses Bryan so much" asked Naura with a face of light. 

Naura's question made Devano choke while eating the salad. Sean gave the man a glass of water. Gricella herself is still silent and it is certain that she is confused as to what to answer. 

However, Sean quickly answers Naura's question regarding Bryan. 

"Bryan is in Bali, he is reviewing a restaurant construction project that will be managed by Gricella later," Sean lied. 

Naura frowned. "Isn't that your job, son? Why did you hand it over to Bryan?" ask Naura to Gricella. 

Gricella swallows her saliva. "I was gonna be there, Mom. But Bryan forbid, he said let him. I was told to keep Mommy here. Brother Bryan said, if Mommy is healed I am only allowed to go there to review the construction," replied Gricella. 

Naura smiled and grabbed Gricella's hand. "Thank you dear, you and your brother are always looking out for Mommy. Mommy is very proud to have you both" Naura said as she spread out her arms. 

Gricella smiled and hugged Naura. Gricella smiled wryly while in the arms of her mother. 

"I'm sorry, Mom. I had to lie to Mommy about Brother Bryan. Maybe if Mommy knew the truth, maybe Mommy would be disappointed. I'm sorry, Mom!" gricella murmured in her heart. 

At Heinzee's company, Bryan is seen talking to Angga and Rico. It seems like they are still discussing about Vesha's whereabouts. 

"It's been three days for my man to monitor Vesha's grandmother's house. But there was no sign of Vesha coming to that house. Have you been tracking via flight or train line, Ga?" ask Bryan. 

"Already sir, but there is no name Miss Vesha or her female friend at the airport or at the train station" replied Angga. 

Bryan breathed. "Have you asked Lieutenant Syarif for help to check all the CCTV on the road?" ask Bryan again. 

Angga and Rico nodded at the same time. "Already sir, we just wait for news from Lieutenant Sharif alone," replied Rico. 

"Hmm, okay!" lirih Bryan who looks no longer excited. 

Angga and Rico glanced at each other, knowing that his master was feeling upset. Luckily Bryan's anger quickly subsides, unlike when first told by Sean about Vesha resigning from the company on Naura's orders. 

Bryan went on a rampage and even had his hand hurt by hitting the wall of the hospital room. Even while interrogating Angga, the man almost hit Angga. It's lucky to have Rico and Devano. So Bryan's actions could have been prevented by the two men. 

While Naura, Bryan still felt very angry with his mother. Even when Naura was conscious from her coma, Bryan still refused to meet her. Bryan deliberately avoided, so that he did not return angry with his mother and ended up hurting Naura. 

Bryan rubbed his face rough while putting his hair back. "You can go back to your room" Bryan said. 

"Okay sir" Angga and Rico replied. 

At night, Rico was at home. The man looked very tired, from a distance of several meters the sky that was sitting on the terrace was wrinkling his forehead when he saw the face of his cousin's brother who was very tangled. 

The sky whose house was only blocked by one house immediately approached Rico. 

"Bang!" call the Sky when Rico just took off his shoes. 

The sky walked and upon arrival at Rico's house, the sky sat down next to the man.

"Why?" asked Rico who was astonished by the sky that suddenly approached him. 

"There's actually some things I want to ask you, Bang. But you are tired" replied the sky. 

Rico breathed his breath. "My work is not much, but the work outside it that makes my body and mind tired," said Rico sounding soft. 

The sky folded his lips, it seemed that the man hesitated to ask Rico. Rico frowned when he saw the sky was silent. 

"Just ask what you want to ask, Lang. God willing I will answer it" said Rico. 

The sky smiled immediately. "really? Don't you feel disturbed by the sky?" ask the sky who is still in doubt. 

Rico shook his head. "As long as you don't ask me when I get married, it bothers me a lot. What do you want to ask, I want to clean the body." replied Rico. 

The sky immediately showed its cry. "okay, Bang. I just wanted to ask you about that. eumm, about Vesha!" say Sky. 

Rico raised one eyebrow. "Why really? What happened to Vesha? Do you like it?" search Rico. 

The sky was upset. "Not that, but.." The sky was a bit doubtful, but he had to pry information about where Vesha had gone. 

"I just want to know the progress in looking for Vesha. I knew that Bryan was looking for Vesha. Did you get any information?" ask Sky.
