Chapter 52

Bryan was visibly agitated after a few hours of arriving at the hotel, the man was seen busy with his phone. Pacing back and forth like an iron when trying to contact someone. Bryan clucked, until he finally contacted someone else. 

Not long after the door of his hotel room was knocked. He opened the door and let the man in. 

"What are you asking me to come to your room? It's late, and I'm sleepy Bryan. Tomorrow only," complained Devano. 

Bryan clucked annoyed at Devano's complaints. "Ck, try calling your assistant. Ask him to monitor Vesha if you need to ask her, why is Vesha's phone off?" 

Devano rolled his eyeballs. "Maybe Vesha forgot to charge her phone. Never mind Bryan, you better get some sleep because tomorrow morning we're gonna meet Mr. Ronald." Devano replied. 

Bryan squeezed his hair out of frustration. He can not be patient waiting for tomorrow, his longing for the lover is so great. 

"Can't you not argue with me, Devan! You know I miss Vesha a lot" Bryan said. 

Devano sighed. "Yes, I know you're very playful to her" Devan chirped. 

Bryan stared intently at Devano. "You know I'm like this because I love her so much, Dev. I don't want to lose the woman I love a second time. I don't want to happen again and leave such deep regrets in my life" Bryan said. 

Devan is silent, Devan knows how Bryan was so devastated that he closed his heart for years. Even Bryan's cold demeanor did not escape his past story. Honestly Devan is very happy to see Bryan who has returned like before. 

Devan is grateful for Vesha's presence in Bryan's life. Deva is also a living witness to the story of Bryan and his lover before Vesha. Yeah, it was when Bryan was just a few months away from studying abroad. The man had a story with a girl named Geiko. 

The Japanese and American crossbreed girl was Bryan's first love. One year they are in love, until their relationship is smelled by Naura and Sean. 

The story of Bryan and Geiko is a bit different from the story of Bryan and Vesha. Here the two Geiko parents disagree with their relationship on the grounds that their social status is different. Geiko's father was a businessman from the sakura country who was quite famous at that time. 

Geiko was also betrothed by the descendants of wealthy businessmen, and still has the blood of a mafia that is quite famous in the country. 

At that time Bryan could not do anything considering the power of parents and prospective fiance Geiko stronger than him. Since then, Geiko was immediately brought back to his country and immediately married to the man of choice of both parents.  Hearing that, Bryan is getting worse and does not accept what has happened to him and Geiko. 

After the separation between Bryan and Geiko, the man every day always falls down and is very frustrated because he misses his lover. But Bryan must be able to accept everything and learn sincerely, considering Geiko has become the wife of another man.

Devano was always on Bryan's side when the man was down. Bryan became a person who was so cold and very difficult to touch his heart. Many girls always expect him to open their hearts, but the girl's hopes are always dashed because Bryan also does not give them a chance. 

Bryan looks down his face while remembering everything that has happened in his love story. 

"I'm afraid I'll lose Vesha, Dev. Whatever I'm going through, so I can stay with Vesha. Even though Mommy didn't approve of our relationship" Bryan said.

"I know Mommy like that because she still feels hurt over the incident that happened to me first. You know, Mommy's been keeping her pride a lot. Therefore Mommy is not like Vesha," said Bryan. 

The man rubbed his face again violently. Devan felt even more sorry for his best friend and foster brother. 

"I'm sorry, I'll try to contact Angga. Wait, and calm your mind again" Devano said, patting Bryan on the shoulder. 

Bryan nodded, and Devan returned to his hotel room. A few seconds later, Devano returned to Bryan's room. 

"I've contacted Angga, he said he doesn't know either. I've also asked him to meet Vesha at his house" Devano said. 

Bryan was silent, the man still felt some worry in him regarding Vesha. For a long time the man was silent, until suddenly his phone rang. Devano glanced at Bryan's phone screen, and reprimanded the man. 

"Bryan, your phone's ringing" Devano said. 

Bryan glanced and grabbed his phone, his eyes round with a loose smile adorning his face. 

"Vesha," Bryan said, showing Devano his phone screen. 

Devano. "Fuck up! I'm back in the room,"

Dusk sky decorate the city of Jakarta this afternoon, many like the arrival of twilight. The always faithful twilight listens to the sigh of someone who comes to him. Even though dusk is always present for a moment and disappears. But dusk is always faithful, he will continue to come every day in the evening before night replaces his presence.

Vesha smiled as dusk greeted her. Seutas longed to fill the space in his heart. Longing for his companionship with both parents, longing for the tenderness and affection of the man who managed to control his heart. Bryan, that name is currently being missed Vesha. 

Vesha sighed, feeling like she really wanted to hug Bryan. It's been two days that Bryan was in Paris, not until when the man was there. I didn't feel her tears dripping down her cheeks. Vesha wiped her tears violently. 

Without Vesha knowing, from the back shena came with two cups of warm tea. 

"Sha," call Shena. 

Vesha smiled too. "Yes," 

"Drink," Shena thrust one cup at Vesha. 

Vesha smiled and grabbed the cup. "Thank you," 

The two girls enjoyed the afternoon with two cups of tea accompanying them. Shena already knew what happened to her best friend. Honestly, he was very upset with Naura's attitude, it was very outrageous. 

Shena curses Naura and Gricella. He will not look at who will be cursed by him, bodo time with age. If the older alone does not appreciate and respect the younger, then what is tolerable for. Not in Shena's dictionary, he'll stand up to whoever he is. 

"Are you sure you're leaving tomorrow?" ask Shena. 

Vesha nodded. "Hmm, uh," 

Shena looked at the look on her best friend's face. Seen a sad look on the beautiful face, Shena grabbed Vesha's hand and patted Vesha's back gently. 

"I know you're a great woman, Sha. I'm sure you can get through this, whatever decision you make I can only support you. I will also continue to pray that you will always live happily with whom and wherever you are" said Shena. 

Shena sighed. "I'm definitely gonna miss you. It's hard to be away from you, Sha." - shirih Shena. 

Vesha smiled and immediately hugged Shena. "I'm going to miss you too, Shen. Never forget me and my parents" Vesha said in her arms. 

"How can I forget you fools" said Shena, accompanied by a small laugh from Vesha.

Unbeknownst to anyone, Vesha chose to settle in her father's hometown, Surabaya. Yes, Vesha had already made the decision to move away from Bryan's life at Naura's request the other day. 

"Are you sure you don't want to talk about this with Bryan?" shena asked as she let go of her embrace with Vesha. 

Vesha shook her head. "No, I don't want to bother him at work. I beg of you not to tell Bryan what really happened. Please don't even tell him I'm in Surabaya. Just tell me I'm in Jambi or where it's up to you" Vesha said so softly but was still able to chuckle. 

Shena also chuckled. "Yes, take it easy I'll tell him that you're not in Jakarta or in any city. Because you are on the planet Neptune" Shena replied, teasing Vesha. 

Vesha directly hit Shena's arm, the laughter of the two came out together. 

"Faraway, Shena. It's a pity that he really caught up with me there" replied Vesha who was still laughing. 

"Let it go, and prove how much Bryan loves you" Shena said. 

Vesha shook her head. "There are you. But Bryan doesn't need to be tested on how much he loves me. Because I've seen it and felt it myself" Vesha replied. 

"Yes, yeah, I know because I can see it too. Even blatantly she refused and opposed the match between me and him just to stay with you. I salute him for being so brave against Aunt Naura's wishes" said Shena.
