Chapter 59. Awake, Honey!

Bie changed his clothes and called a taxi. In the taxi he called Mother, Bie said if he would go to the hospital because he got word if Keen had an accident.

The hospital where Keen was taken is close to the Orphanage. Bie will leave Barra to Mother.

Arriving at the Orphanage, Mother has been waiting for her arrival. Without saying much, Bie leaves Barra and goes straight to the hospital in the same taxi.

Bie walked hastily towards the IGD room, according to the officer who contacted Bie, Keen is currently there.

Bie meets a police officer standing in front of the IGD room, asking for the truth about Keen's news.

The officer gives Keen's phone and asks about Bie's relationship with the victim. After hearing that the officer's wife, Bieen, asked Bie to wait, because Keen was still in the doctor's care.

It's almost two hours Keen's been in the running. The doctor came out of the room and met with the police officer. Bie approaches them and asks Keen, her husband.

Doctors say Keen's condition is critical. And will be transferred to the ICU. Bie's body feels weak to hear the doctor's words. He asked permission to see Keen. The doctor allowed Bie a moment.

Bie goes into the room where Keen is dealt with. Bie almost fainted to see Keen's state is quite severe. His head was covered in wounds and feet in bandages. Bie held back his tears, even though his chest felt tight.

The cry of Bie finally broke once faced off against Keen. Her husband is still unconscious.

"Dear, awake. I'm right here. Don't leave me, Keen. You promised you would never leave me. Keen ... realize dear." Bie finally sat on the floor. She cried while holding the pole of her husband's infusion.

Long Bie cried, until the nurse came in and said that Keen would be transferred to the ICU room.

Bie stands up and follows the nurse who pushes Keen's bed. Tears kept flowing from the corner of her eye.

Bie can only enter the ICU twice. First day and evening. He could only see through the glass. Bie's tears kept spilling over his smooth cheeks. From behind the glass she saw her husband's body was injured.

A couple approached the glass where Keen was being treated. The woman seemed to be crying and being battered by her husband.

"Keen, this is my dear mother" said the woman. Bie was shocked to hear that. The man who was with the woman left and returned with a doctor. The doctor invited the two in.

"So there was his wife who accompanied," said the doctor. Papi and Mami were shocked to hear that.

"Now where's his wife, Doc?" ask mami.

"So I see it's still outside." My mom looked outside the room. He saw Bie staring inward.

"Pi, let Keen's wife in. Maybe his presence is more Keen needs. I beg you to waste your ego for a moment. Later after Keen recovers, we can talk about everything. Papi look in the room. There is a picture of the three of them holding a baby. I'm sure it's Keen's son. His face was very similar to little Keen."

The doctor who treated Keen pamit. Papi says he'll see the doctor in a minute.

"Let Mami come out, Keen's wife comes in."

"The fire came out. Papi wants to talk about Keen's treatment."

Papi and Mami came out of the room. Papi heads to the doctor's room, while Mami approaches Bie, who is still peering through the glass.

"I'm sorry, let's talk for a second, please" Mami said. Bie nodded in response.

"Are you Keen's wife?" Back Bie only nodded as his answer.

"You want to come in, introduce ... Mami Keen," said Mami extending her hand.

"Beverly, call me Bie, Mom." Bie welcomes a mami's hand and kisses her.

"Call Mami aja. Let's enter. You want to get close to Keen, right?"

"Yes, Mi."

Mami holds Bie's hand and invites him into the room where Keen is currently lying. Bie's tears spilled in front of Keen. Bie holds Keen's hand gently, afraid of hurting.

"Dear, wakeup. Me and Barra are always waiting for you. You promised you'd never leave us. Don't worry me, wake up!" said Bie with tears in his eyes.

Mami looked at Bie pity, she heard clearly Bie mention Barra's name. Mom wants to know everything. He let Bie spill his heart.

Later when outside the new room will ask everything. From the beginning they were acquaintances, married and why have children who have grown up if they have just married. Currently Mami saves first all the questions that are in her mind.
