Love Keinara

Love Keinara
Devan Kepo

Three days after he met Fakhri and Keinara at the wedding, Devan has not seen the two. The man was still filled with curiosity about the love affair of the two lovers. Because it

I saw Fakhri and Keinara arguing, and they both seemed to be crying.

“After the incident how is their relationship now?”. That question often crosses Devan's mind. He still hopes that the relationship between the two will be fine, although he also hopes that one day he can have Keinara.

Loving the lover of his friend is not his desire, but he cannot refuse when his heart chooses to fall in love with his friend's lover. The love was present just like that, when his eyes saw the charm that was in Keinara at the beginning of his meeting.

As time went on, instead of disappearing the love was even stronger filling the space of his long uninhabited heart. Devan was no longer able to resist the overflow of his feelings, so he allowed himself to dissolve in that love. And misses Keinara being her burden now.

The night continued to crawl late, but Devan was still seen opening his eyes. All because of longing that is undermining his mind.Of course Misses Keinara.

With both arms on his back, Devan lies on his king zise bed. His eyes looked at the ceiling of the room, but his mind drifted to the figure of the girl he should not have loved.

Several times, the man seemed to take a deep breath. Several times he reminded himself that the girl he missed was not his.

“For a long time I can go crazy......!!!” Devan gusar. Who then chose to sit on the edge of the bed and ruffled his hair. But that doesn't diminish his heartbreak.

Watching a football match on one of the TV stations, Devan's choice to switch his mind. Jumbo-sized television became Devan's friend until he fell asleep until the night changed morning.

“Morning oma...”. Sapa Devan to the grandmother who had been waiting for him at the dinner table.

“Beauty...” Reply Oma Ratih as Devan kisses both cheeks. A glass of milk and a cup of fresh bread spread of chocolate jam became his favorite menu since childhood. He never got tired of that menu.

“Van...when did you last meet Keinara?.” Oma Ratna asked suddenly, which required Devan to immediately swallow the bread he was chewing. And he almost choked.

“Three days ago, why oma?.”

“Nnothing..kangen just the same girl.”

“Oh....oma kangen is also the same Keinara?.” Devan said, not realizing that there was one word from his speech that attracted the attention of oma.

“Hemm...so besides me, there are also those who miss Kei?. And what is it you?.”

“Eh...no....no .... That's not what I mean bya?!.”  Reply Devan who later realized that he should not use the word “also” in his speech. In his heart he alludes to his lips which so easily dismantle his heart.

Oma Ratna and her granddaughter both miss Keinara, but with different meanings. Oma Ratna loved Keinara very much, because the girl reminded him of the granddaughter who had returned to her possession a year ago.

Oma Ratna smiled at the look on her grandson's reddened face.

“Oma has not talked to the girl for a long time...”.

“Oma want to meet Kei?.”

“Iya....but fear of interrupting the time.”.

“What do I need to ask Kei oma, Maybe he has free time to be able to meet and chat with oma.”

“Try you call him now!.” Pinta oma Ratna is greeted with a thump in Devan's heart.

“Devan try yes oma..”.

The man who felt his heart still pounding, picked up the flat object that was lying next to his breakfast plate.

“Tut...tut...tut......tut.........”.

It's just that sound Devan heard when his smartphone stuck to his ear.  And the voice came back every time he repeated his call.

“Not lifted oma, maybe he is busy.”.

Oma Ratna and her granddaughter looked disappointed. But that didn't last long, because when Devan decided to leave the dinner table, Keinara was behind the ring of his cellphone.

“Kei oma...”.  Devan pointed his phone screen towards the oma Ratna. And then make his phone

it moved into the hands of his beloved parents.

“Assalamu’alaikum Kei..”  Sapa Oma Ratna.

“Wa’alaikumsalam oma...how are you?.” Keinara's voice was so lazy in Devan's ears after his grandmother added the volume of the phone. His heart warmed, creating a smile on the lips of the sweet-faced young man.

“Alkhamdulillah healthy...what are you?.

“Health is also oma. Sorry Kei was behind 'em, so don't hear Kei's phone.”

“Iya is okay...again busy huh?.”

“No oma...Just help mama cook in the kitchen?.”

“Mama?...mama you again in Jakarta?.”

“No oma...”.

“Terus...why can you be with your mama again?.”

“Kei has returned to the village of oma, because Kei's lecture is finished. Sorry oma, Kei did not have time to pay the same oma.”

Oma Ratna and Devan were surprised to hear Keinara's words.Sadness suddenly disturbed Devan's feelings. Before he could treat his longing, the girl was now far away from him.

“Yesterday oma....Sorry once again oma.”

“It's okay.....I really want to see you. “

“Ya Alloh.. sorry yes oma...It should have been yesterday Kei met oma first before heading home.” Reply Keinara, feel guilty.”Hopefully next time we can meet oma...”.

“Iya...It's okay, when are you going to Jakarta again?.”

“Inn Syaa Alloh next month oma.At graduation.”

There was a little relief in the heart of the man who was quietly listening to the chatter of two special women in his life. At least now he has one chance to meet with Keinara, although the disaster will come one month away.

The chatter of the oma Ratna and keinara continues without involving Devan. Which finally makes Devan choose to return to his room after his breakfast runs out.

Without caring about his neat clothes, Devan spilled his body that felt powerless on the mattress . The man wrestled back with his mind.

Feeling that he had left his omens long enough, Devan finally left his all-grey painted room.

His phone lay on the table, as soon as he reached the dining room. Without the oma who previously used that thing.

“Heh...failed to chat with Kei...salahku too, why did I leave oma......stupid!.” Devan muttered disappointed, because his phone was no longer connected to Keinara. To call him again was shameful, because he had no reason to.

Disappointment he had to throw away, because he had to leave for work immediately. Devan hopes today he can concentrate on work. Without having to be disturbed by his feelings for Keinara.

Until lunchtime, Devan was still struggling with his work. Until finally he had to go out of the office to obey his stomach desires that asked to be filled. The choice fell on a bowl of soto sold in a restaurant not far from his office.

The man's attention was split between Soto and the two women who were also enjoying the same menu as him. Devan felt familiar with one of the women sitting not far from him. He tried to remember who the girl was. Although it was a bit long, he finally managed to remember who the girl was.

Devan lifted the soto bowl that he had not finished its contents, to move the seat into one table with the two women who had attracted his attention.

“Hai...may I sit here.?..”  Devan's question surprised the two women who were enjoying the food. One of the two women invited Devan to join after he felt he had seen the man in front of him.

“Thank you mbak Devan rested his ass in the chair next to the other girl. “Know me Devan..” Devan continued, extending his hand to shake the hands of the two girls with him.

“I'm a Goddess and this is my friend ,Wulan. Looks like we've met.?” said the Goddess who still remembers where he had met his name Devan.

“Iya right, we did meet at my friend's wedding. If not wrong mbak Waitress in that way with Keinara.?”

“Iya. You also know Keinara?.”

“Keinara is my friend's girlfriend, so I know her.”

“So you're Fakhri's friend?.”

Devan only nodded as he had already put a spoonful of almost cold soto into his mouth. While his brain was thinking how to get Dewi to talk about the relationship between Keinara and Fakhri.

“Have long been friends with Kei?.” Ask Devan

“Already...since we are one campus and one class. We're suhoire..”.

“Kok...now Kei is not coming?.” Ask Devan again, who he actually knows the answer to. Because just this morning he heard about the girl's whereabouts.

“She has returned to her village.”

“Oh.....Poor Fakhri, now an LDRan with his girlfriend.”.

One sentence devan hope can help him to know about the relationship Fakhri and Keinara from the mouth of the Goddess.

“They've broken up..”.

Devan's heart immediately felt cold to hear the words of the Goddess. His body seemed to float. The happy sparkle was plastered for real in the man's eyes.

“You seem happy to hear that?.”

“Oh..no...even the opposite. I was sad because all this time I knew they loved each other. It's a pity that they're breaking up now.” Reply Devan lied.”What was their breakup because of the woman who was with Fakhri at the party?. ” Devan continued. Who really wants to know the cause of the breakup of Fakhri and Keinara.

“If I can't tell you about it. Please ask directly to your friend!.” Said the Goddess who felt it was not her spirit to tell the cause of the end of the relationship of two friends.

“Oh. Let it be their business.”

“Well that you know..!.”

“Hi...hi...hi..” heard a soft laugh from the girl beside Devan who had been a listener since. Inviting Devan to look at the face of the girl named Wulan.

“Why mbak...?.” Devan asked astonished, accompanied by a sense of shock at the sight of clear round eyes, with long black eyelashes original made by God, a sharp nose, and thin pink lips belonging to the girl

which has since escaped his attention.

“You are like my front mother, who is always in charge of people's business...he....” Wulan replied with lips still leaving a smile.

Shame and annoyance mix into one so that forces Devan to immediately move from his place.

"Thankfully beautiful...." Mumbled Devan while leaving.
