When he reported it to Jin Yan, Jin Yan guessed that maybe the killer was the one who had the permission to buy such a knife a knife seller.

Jin Yan returned to the scene to see the location of the area and Andy who had the automatic pilot feature immediately walked himself to accompany Jin Yan around the area. (i almost forgot that Andy has an automatic pilot feature and perfect to think that Andy has a ghost hahaha!)

Yao Yao phoned him to report the zero result of his interrogation. But Jin Yan remained optimistic because he was convinced that one of the 14 disciples who had the pencil case must have known the victim. And hence, he directly asked Yao Yao to send out the addresses of those 14 disciples.

Jin Yan then went to the suspected area where the victim disappeared. Andy unites all the clues to where the killer committed his crimes in a digital map and eventually suspects that the killer may have settled in the area around Dong Zhang street where there is a large market on the street.

Yao Yao discovered that one of the disciples of the pencil box owner was also living on that street. At the same time, Xun Ran manages to get a clue about 3 hardware stores that sell the same knife used by the killer to make a killing machine. And one of the stores is located in Dong Zhang street, more precisely the hardware store is in the market.

They all immediately hurriedly went to Dong Zhang street. Jin Yan arrived first there and found the hardware store in question.

The store was empty when he entered the store. Jin Yan saw that there was a door in the corner. Jin Yan almost opened the suspicious looking door when suddenly an ahjumma asked Jin Yan what he wanted to buy.

Ahjumma was a neighbor of the hardware store owner and told Jin Yan that the owner of this hardware store was out.

Jin Yan immediately chased after him. The killer almost escapes but is instead confronted by Xun Ran and his partner.

The assassin immediately turned his direction right towards Yao Yao who had also just come. Yao Yao saw the killer running towards him, he immediately picked up a stick belonging to one of the nearby sellers and threw it carelessly but successfully hit the killer's head.

The assassin was furious and instantly took out a stick and swung it at Yao Yao but Jin Yan managed to snatch it and Yao Yao directly slapped the killer hard. (hahaha, hahaha, I laughed when I saw this fight scene).

The assassin was willing to slap back but Jin Yan instantly twisted it and a second later, Xun Ran managed to bend it easily.

They then enter the secret room where the killer committed his crimes. They find the killing machine and the fishmonger's son is locked in a crate.

Xun Ran then helped the medical team bring the fishmonger's son out while Jin Yan and Yao Yao stayed behind.

Jin Yan took a look at the killing machine located on the killing table. Suddenly he pulls the killing machine to the ceiling, imagining the horrors of the victims as they are on the verge of death, then all of a sudden he was lying on that death table because he wanted to experience what the victim had experienced on that death table.
