While the FBI goes in to look for Jin Yan, Jin Yan attempts to escape using Zi Yu's stolen ID card.

Not finding Jin Yan in Yao Yao's room, they went straight to Zi Yu. Susan asked where Simon was, she even convinced Zi Yu that Jin Yan would only be interrogated. But Zi Yu insisted on saying no.
