Birdella's condition in the mental hospital became worse. He is reluctant to take the drugs given by doctors or nurses because he continues to be haunted by the pressure and trauma of his actions against Lay.

Birdella feels guilty for having an affair with Lay's husband, Andreas. It is fueled by his own ambition, to get Andreas. Whereas in the past, Andreas was the husband he had left behind to pursue knowledge that was useless.

But all that can not be separated from the influence of shaman Lena, which makes Birdella increasingly unsettled.

Birdella and Andreas were first colleagues at a hospital while still in college. Eventually they decide to get married, as Andreas urges Birdella. And when Birdella's condition was pregnant, inevitably had to agree with Andreas' wishes. Because as long as they are related Andreas is the one who is chasing him.

However, everything changes when Birdella desperately runs away from home, in order to pursue medical science which is finally a useful point, because it turns out she harbors guilt and love that she never knew before on Andreas.

Unfortunately by the time he returned, Andreas was already married again. This makes Birdella desperate again, and starts an affair with her ex-husband, who is already her husband Lay.

Lay, who felt very hurt and considered Birdella as a destroyer of his household, felt very sad because Birdella committed an act that was very inappropriate.

Lay eventually decides to distance himself from the family, and at the time Birdella thinks everything is fine, it only worsens the circumstances of her life. It even damaged Birdella's own mental condition, post-mortem. Eventually he felt very guilty and could not forget and forgive his own actions.

"I'm sorry, Lay! I know I made a big mistake and can't forgive myself. I'd really like to see you."

"Lay! I hope you can forgive me!" Birdella clamors for Lay, who is unlikely to be present in her room.

Birdella was inside a quiet room, only her screaming voice filled the room. He continued to shout indistinctly and spoke to Lay and Andreas, as if the two of them were in front of him.

He constantly apologized for his inappropriate actions. Her eyes were red and swollen from crying for hours. His face showed a deep sense of guilt and regret.

He then turned around, as if facing off against Andreas, who looked fixated and silent in the corner of the room.

"I'm sorry, Andreas. I know I destroyed everything and can't bring it back. I can't live without you and I hope you can forgive me" Birdella said in a regretful tone in tears.

However, Lay and Andreas were not in the room. They couldn't hear Birdella's apology. There were only a few nurses and doctors who tried to calm Birdella down and give her the needed medicines.

Birdella still continued to cry and screamed indistinctly, unable to accept the fact that her actions had damaged Lay's relationship with Andreas.

He doesn't know if everything he's done, gets him stuck inside a mental hospital. She needs to receive medical help and support from those around her to recover from her worsening condition.

Andreas sat in the chair provided in the waiting room of the mental hospital. He felt sad and anxious about Birdella's condition which was getting worse every day.

Today he came to a mental hospital, at the request of the hospital itself. They, the doctor who handled Birdella, wanted to discuss the patient's condition with Andreas as the person in charge.

Suddenly, a doctor came and called him to enter his room.

"Doctor Andreas!"

"Oh yes, doctor."

"Doctor, how's Birdella doing?" andreas asked after sitting down and saying thank you.

"He's getting worse, Dr. Andreas. I'm sorry, I want to talk to you about the circumstances" the doctor said in a serious tone.

Andreas nodded and waited for the doctor to continue his sentence, who wanted to give an explanation of Birdella's state and condition.

"We've tried all sorts of treatments for Birdella, but she's never taken any drugs and always screaming indistinctly. After several evaluations, we have to say that he has no hope of recovery" the doctor said sadly.

Andrew felt guilty and sad to hear the news. He could not imagine what it would be like to lose Birdella. The woman he loved so much.

"Is there anything I can do to help?" andreas asked in a sad tone.

"Now all you can do is give Birdella emotional support. We'll do our best to take care of him, but he'll need your help to heal" the doctor replied.

Andreas nodded and promised to give Birdella as much support as possible. He could not ignore the woman, who was currently struggling with her mental health issues.

"Can I see him?"

"of course. Let me drop off" the doctor replied with a happy smile.

The doctor hoped to make Birdella calmer, and would take her medicine.

Now Andreas and the doctor had left the room, walking towards Birdella's ward. Feeling sad and confused, Andreas follows where the doctor goes. She had no idea what could be done to help Birdella, but she was confident that she would be by her side during such a difficult time. She hopes Birdella can feel better and recover from her worsening condition.

"Lay! uhhhaha..."

"I'm sorry Lay. But I'm not wrong, hahaha..."

From outside Birdella's room, Andreas could already hear the cries uttered by Birdella.

Hearing Birdella's loud but heart-wrenching voice, made Andreas completely slumped. He also regretted all his past deeds, which hurt his wife. Lay was a good wife, who loved his son. And her son was Birdella's son too.

"I'm sorry Lay too" Andreas said softly. He also feels guilty.

"Where are you now, Lay? why did you disappear like you were swallowed by the earth? where should I find you, Lay?"

Before Andreas entered Lay's room, he looked at the doctor who was accompanying him. "Is it safe if I go inside?" ask Andreas worried.

"Safe, because Birdella we tied up. Sorry if we didn't tell you about this action. But given his safety, then we're forced to increase."

"If not in a bound state, Birdella will hurt herself."
