" What?" imel shouted in surprise
" Yes madam, please come to Permata Kasih hospital" said someone there.
" All right." replied Imel
Imel asked the driver to turn back to Permata Kasih hospital.
( "Thank God my matre mother-in-law is dead. So I don't have to fear the threat. Woeful death is deserved you get a cunning mother-in-law and eyes duitan." despicable Imel in heart ).
Just now Imel's mobile phone is ringing back. Imel immediately opened his bag and read there was an unknown call back. Out of curiosity Imel shifted the green button.
" Hello." call Imel
" Is this really true with Harlan Renaldo's mistress" asked someone across the street
" Yes right." replied Imel
" I want to tell you that the husband of the mistress had an accident and was treated in the hospital" said someone in the hospital.
" What?" imel shouted in surprise
" Yes madam, please come to Permata Kasih hospital" said someone there.
" All right." replied Imel sadly
("What exactly happened my mother-in-law and my husband were both in an accident? I don't care about my mother-in-law but my husband I'm sad because somehow I still love him." Imel said in his heart ).
It wasn't long for Imel's phone to ring. Imel took his phone and saw who called himself Ramon Calling Imel exhaled roughly then shifted the green button.
" What's up?" asked Imel in a tinge
" Why hasn't he come yet?" ask Thomas in a tinge as well
" My mother-in-law was in an accident and died and my husband also had an accident and was hospitalized. So today I can't come" Imel explained
" Can't, you're done looking at your husband you're coming here and staying at my house until your husband gets home from the hospital" Ramon ordered

Imel yelled in disbelief at what Ramon was going to do.
" I'm sorry miss is okay?" the driver was surprised.
" I'm sorry sir." said Imel.
Not long after Imel walked into the hospital lobby to the ugd room. There was Arlan and his wife waiting for him.
" Hello Imel." said Alviana with a gentle smile
" Hello, brother Alviana. How's my husband?" ask Imel
" I and Arlan don't know yet because we're still waiting for news" Alviana replied
Imel just nodded his head in a sign he understood.
" Do you know Harlan's mother is dead?" ask Arlan
" Sister, where's the body now?" imel asked while showing his sad face when in his heart he was very happy his mother-in-law died horribly.
" In the mortuary room. Look here again" Arlan said
" Okay, sister, I'll come here again" said Imel
Imelpun left Arlan and Alviana to the mortuary until there Imel among the mortuary officers. The body was covered with a white cloth.
Slowly Imel opened the white cloth. Imel looked at her in-laws face very seriously. Her mother-in-law's face seemed to endure the pain of seeing her mouth bite her lips until her lips hurt.
( "I think he endured the pain when his life was taken away because his sin was too much. Goodbye my mother-in-law matre. Hopefully there my mother-in-law is tortured to the end." said Imel with a smile devil ).
After being satisfied to see and curse his mother in his heart Imel came out of the mortuary room and walked towards the ugd room.
Imel saw the affection of Arlan and Alviana in his heart felt jealous and sad with their affection.
( "If my husband were like brother Arlan my heart would be happy" Imel said in his heart ).
" You are patient Mel" said Alviana softly as she rubbed Imel's back
" Thank you brother." replied Imel wistfully
Alviana just smiled looking at the sad face of Imel.
" Dear, I'm going to get some coffee, what do I want to order?" arlan asked gently while stroking Alviana's hair.
" I want a hot milk chocolate. What message do you want?" ask Imel gently
" Same as hot milk chocolate" replied Imel
" Ok." replied Arlan as he walked away from the two of them.
" When are you on your honeymoon? I hope that after Harlan recovers you can go on your honeymoon" Alviana said
" I don't know brother." replied Imel wistfully
Alviana immediately looked at Imel's face carefully as if she harbored a deep sadness in Alviana directly hugged Imel from the side while rubbing Imel's back.
" Cry so that your sadness is reduced" said Alviana softly.
" Hiks.. hiks... hiks... hiks.." Imel's cry broke while returning Alviana's embrace.
Alviana could only stroke Imel's back so that Imel's cry subsided. After a bit of calm Alviana let go of her embrace and looked at Imel's face that was still damp.
" What really happened to your marriage?" alviana asked curiously while giving a dry tissue to wipe away Imel's tears that did not stop falling on her smooth cheeks.

The door opened and a doctor came. Alviana and Imel stood up and walked to the doctor.
" How is my husband doing, Doc?" ask Imel
" The husband of the mistress was hit so hard that the husband of the mistress fell into a coma" the doctor explained her husband's condition.
" Can I see it Doc?" pinta Imel's
" Later we will move to the icu room later the mistress can see it" replied the doctor
It wasn't long before Harlan was moved to the icu room. Imel walked into the icu room.
Imel saw almost all of Harlan's body wrapped in bandages and many hoses attached to Harlan's body.
