Alviana was still not aware of his coma, all the Alvonso family moved to Paris while Ronald and Kennath doctors helped Alvonso company in Indonesia.

Once a month Kennath and Ronald's family of doctors come to encourage Laras and the family.

" How's Ken, Ron doing office work? I'm sorry I took both of you." asked Daddy Alvonso

Out of curiosity, Arlan whispers something to Harlan. Arlan and Harlan walk to the doctor's room and wear a doctor's uniform wearing a mask while Harlan wears a nurse's outfit and wears a mask.

They both walked past Alvonso and Alvian they were both unsuspecting. Arlan and Harlan enter icu's room.
