Daddy Alvonso and two of Alvonso's best friends approached Alviana while Maria ran out to pick up her husband's doctor's bag. Clarisa and Laras take their children in their cars. The barrel is ready to wait for their arrival to be taken to the nearest hospital and has contacted the hospital to prepare all the equipment.

Daddy Alvonso shouted for everyone to step aside so that his favorite child could be helped immediately.

The glass fell accidentally onto the nudge by Arlan. Everyone automatically looked at his boss then lowered his head not daring to look at his boss's face because his boss was famous for being arrogant and cruel.

Arlan sat in his big chair while staring at a photo of Alviana who no longer had a frame.

" What's wrong with you, baby? why did your picture fall? I hope you're okay maybe it's just my bad feelings. It's been three years that I've been waiting for you and nothing can replace your position in my heart" Arlan said, unknowingly with tears.

Arlan misses Alviana, the beautiful girl who has occupied her heart, the kind girl who has twice helped her.

Mommy Laras hugged her two children from the right and left sides. They all hope the operation goes well and Alviana recovers soon and regroups.

The door opened without Kennath's doctor coming out of the operating room. Daddy Alvonso and Ronald walk up to Kennath's doctor.

" How's Ken?" ask Daddy Alvonso

" The operation went well but.." said Kennath's doctor, hanging up his sentence.

" Why Ken?" ask Daddy Alvonso to worry
