Chapter 121: 24 birthday roses.

Unlike usual, today after lunch Jesper Lin entered Ryuzen's room with slow but definite steps. For Jesper this decision is the best for him.

"Please sit Mr. Lin." Ryuzen invited Jesper to sit down.

"No need for Mr. Han, I just want to provide an official letter of resignation as a corporate lawyer for Emerald."

Jesper placed his resignation letter on the table in front of Ryuzen. Ryuzen spontaneously looked at the letter that Jesper had just put down and said, "Are you sure of your decision? To be honest, Emerald would have lost you so much, if you had really backed out of here."

"There are times when you have to take bold steps for the sake of your other dreams. And that's what I'm doing, right now," Jesper said.

"It's not because of me and Sara, is it?"

Jesper sneered, slowly,

Message from Ryuzen ;

Wait for me at Oracle at 11pm, we'll have dinner together.

"Tumben once, but you have to follow what you want" murmured Sara.

Reply to Ryuzen ;

Okay fine!

"Sa's sister we said yes....!" Rina, Orin and the other employees took turns to say goodbye to Sara, and Sara warmly replied to them one by one.

"So where are you going on vacation?" said Thomas who was also preparing to go home.

"It seems I want to go back to my hometown of Cardia, and I want to go on pilgrimage to the graves of my father and mother."

"Master Han already knew about that?"

Sara shook her head slowly,

"Oh Thomas, I'm going to go find some food first, I'm really hungry..."

"Sir, may you conquer Miss Sara's heart today!" kenzo stared at Ryuzen.

Sara starts to enter the Oracle restaurant, wearing a knee-length dress with a peach-colored V collar making her look graceful and charming. Since entering the entrance of the restaurant, Sara has been warmly welcomed by the waiters there.

"Eh, thank you...!" said Sara who suddenly had to receive one by one the gift of a rose with a different color from each servant. Sara herself was a little surprised by the atmosphere of the restaurant tonight, it seemed quiet without visitors, there was only herself and the waiters, and some musical instrument players who have since sung the music of her own.

"Where's ryuzen?" Sara turned to look for Ryuzen, but as far as the eye could see, Ryuzen still could not be found in any corner of this restaurant. Until he arrived, a servant who led Sara to sit at one of the tables that seemed to have been prepared by someone.

"Ryuzenkah?" sara shrieked in her mind looking at all the things that were in this restaurant. Sara finally sits sweetly waiting for Ryuzen at the table. He placed the rose on his table.

Sara finally waited patiently while propping up her chin with one hand.

"Buenas noches! Senorita Sara.." (good evening miss Sara) Sara heard the voice, immediately turned to the direction the voice came from. Sara smiles, when she sees the man who says good night in Spanish walking towards her.

"Buenas noches! Senor..." (Good night sir) Sara replied to Ryuzen's words in Spanish.

Ryuzen who had arrived at the table where Sara was sitting, immediately pulled a chair and sat in front of Sara who was now right in front of her.

"I never knew you knew Spanish?" taste Ryuzen.

"Mr Han never asked," Sara replied.

Ryuzen just threw a wry smile at Sara's reply just now.

"Yes..!"

"Waow.." praised Sara.

"What do you want to order?" ask Ryuzen.

"Whatever you ordered for me."

"Okey.." said Ryuzen.

Ryuzen starts to open the menu and selects food for Sara and herself. Sara who was in front of him was even busy looking at Ryuzen who was now busy pointing to several menu lists with her long slender fingers.

The order was finally decided, Ryuzen ordered what he wanted to order for him and Sara adored his heart. But before the main course came, a little while later, a servant arrived with a bottle of wine for the two of them, and poured it into each of his glasses.

"Cheers!" Ryuzen raised his glass, though,

"Cheers!" sara clinks her glass with Ryuzen's glass.

Tonight as if walking so fast, this couple enjoyed their first dinner, without any burden on their hearts. Ryuzen who at that time knew exactly how to treat Sara so sweetly, as well as Sara who had been seen occasionally throwing a happy smile at Ryuzen. It was a rare moment between this couple.

Seconds by second continued to pass, not felt another minute the clock will show at 12 pm. As if counting in heart until the antique clock displayed inside the restaurant was finally clinking signifies 12 pm. Ryuzen gently looked at Sara deeply....

"Sara. happy birthday."

Ryuzen took out a red rose that he had hidden somewhere from the start, then gave it to Sara.

"You....this?" Sara received a rose presented by Ryuzen, with a feeling of happiness wrapped in unexpected feelings.

"That's the twenty-fourth rose of all the roses you've received today" Ryuzen said softly.

"Ja. so the roses..," Sara pointed to the dozens of different colored rose stalks on each stalk, which she had gotten from the waiters since coming to this restaurant.

"You remember when I asked you on the ferris wheel at the time, what kind of flowers you liked the most, and you answered the roses. Therefore I offer you twenty-four roses, on your twenty-fourth birthday."

Sara, unable to hold back her happiness until she almost shed a tear, she does not expect Ryuzen to remember her birthday clearly, even the flower he liked that he thought at the time Ryuzen's question was just a pleasantries.

"Ryuzen, thank you very much" said Sara holding haru in a moment of happiness.

"And I still have a gift for you."

"Eh, is there more?" sara Gumam.

Ryuzen reached into the pocket in his suit, and then took out his hand which was now clutching a small box wrapped in gold ribbon, and then he gave it to Sara.

"What's this?" sara said as she received the gift from Ryuzen.

"Sara's... " Ryuzen's heavy voice sounded sweet when he mentioned the name of the woman he loved so much.

"What's wrong?" ask Sara.

"Maybe I've wanted to tell you this since we first met, it's just that I didn't realize it. I'm...."

"Fucking phone!" maki Ryuzen in his mind, when he heard the ringing sound of his cell phone that sounded. Inevitably Ryuzen also had to lift the call first, Sara who saw it could only wait patiently.

Ryuzen hints at Sara to give him a minute to pick up the call from Kenzo.

"What what?" ryuzen asked in the conversation on his cell phone.

"Okay, do as planned from the beginning, in 30 minutes I'll get to my destination!" Ryuzen. Ryuzen immediately turned off his phone and looked back at Sara, but this time with a slightly different look than before.

"Sara..., sorry but right now I have to go!" ryuzen said with a face filled with regret.

Sara replied to him with a small smile of hers, though,

"Go huh? Can't you just stay here and then come home with me?"

"Sorry, this time it can't be" Ryuzen replied with his flat expression.

"All right..."

"Sara... These two days maybe I will be busy, and will not go home," said Ryuzen who is now ready to leave again after the happiness he passed with Sara all night.

Sara really wanted to hold her husband back from leaving, but she knew clearly Ryuzen was not a man who would immediately comply with her sudden request at this time.

"I know you're busy! No problem, anyway with what you've given tonight, that's enough.." said Sara followed by a pretend smile.

"Just pretend everything's okay!" thought Ryuzen thus saw Sara's reaction as if it was fine without him.

"Then, see you, and be careful" said Sara to take off Ryuzen who was about to leave.

"Whether I go first, there will be my man who will take you home to the villa," said Ryuzen who then turned his body and started walking away. Till...

"Reya...!" pekik Sara calls Ryuzen by her nickname. Ryuzen stopped and turned his body, looking at Sara who was walking towards him. Sara stood before her husband, touching Ryuzen's beautiful face with her delicate hands. Sara lowered Ryuzen's face so Sara wouldn't have to look up too high to look at him, and....

Sara kisses Ryuzen's lips for the first time of her own volition. Ryuzen was a little surprised but he did not think too much about it, he responded with more intense kiss his wife until finally Sara pulled herself.

"Please say thank you to you for tonight" Sara said.

Ryuzen painted a slanted smile on his face and whispered to Sara, "I consider that kiss, was as my good luck charm today!"

Ryuzen finally with a heavy heart, had to really go leave Sara alone in that place.

While waiting for Ryuzen's envoy to pick her up, Sara now sits pensively looking at the small box Ryuzen gave her as her birthday present. "What's in this box?" Sara also managed to be curious about the contents of the Ryuzen gift box that she was looking at right now.
