Chap 17: Fighting in School
~Arvin School
Upon Sara's arrival at Arvin's school, she immediately faces the Headmaster's room. There are already several parents of other students and of course Arvin and three children friends Arvin who is now crying.
“Arvin!” call Sara when she enters the principal's room.
“Mami...!" reply Arvin shocked his mom came.
“Oh so you're the mother of this errant child?" said one of the parents in the room to Sara.
“Sorry madam, who do you call an anointed child?”
Sara was troubled by the words of one of the guardians of this disciple. “Of course your son, and you as Mother, can't you educate your son well, huh? “ say one of the guardians of the student.
"What's the problem?" sara asked confusedly to see the parents of these children seemed angry, plus there were 3 children of classmate Arvin also crying.
Sara looked at the direction of Arvin who had been silent since then without any expression.
"Mother principal, can you tell me what's really going on, why do these ladies look so mad at Arvin?" sara asked the headmaster to tell her the problem.
"Mrs Chen, I don't know the chronology but the three of them (the crying Arvin friends) said, Arvin beat them to tears" explained the principal's mother.
"You heard madam! your son has been rude to our children. You as her mother should be ashamed! For failing to educate your son!" said one of the mothers of the three crying children.
"Wait a minute, ma'am, but do you know exactly what's going on, it could be all the usual unintentionality in the children's play environment," said Sara who does not believe Arvin did it all for no reason.
"So you still want to defend your barbarian son huh? Obviously our son was the victim of your son's violence. Hurry along! have your son apologize or else your son should be expelled from this school!" said one of the students' parents.
"Yes right, we don't want our kids to be in a neighborhood with kids like him!" reply to the other student's parents while looking at Arvin with dislike.
"Mrs be patient first, we can finish everything well," said the headmaster trying to conducive the atmosphere.
Sara, who had only seen Arvin coldly and did not speak, asked Arvin, "Dear Arvin, are you really beating your friends for no reason?" sara asked her son gently.
"No!" reply Arvin briefly expressionlessly
"He lied! he beat us, and we did nothing, hua.
"You look at it! Hurry up and get your son to apologize!" said one of the mothers of the three children.
"Arvin let's apologize son, "ask the principal
"Arvin..," the inner sara saw her son emotionally as it was,
Sara knew Arvin well, her son wouldn't have done that on purpose if it wasn't for no reason, but Sara didn't know what the reason was.
"It's wrong not to apologize, really a child who has no manners!" sneer at one of the disciples parents with that cynical look.
"Heh, no wonder this kid doesn't have manners. Just look at his mother's clothes, certainly from a middle-class family who do not understand manners and are poorly educated," said the other parent.
"Yes right, just look at her clothes, really ordinary, well why can this school accept students whose mothers have failed to educate their children," said another mother who helped demean Sara.
Seeing his mama in despicable, Arvin could not stay still he was angry and shouted, Arvin said,
"Okay, I'll apologize! But stop you insulting my mom!" shouted Arvin.
"Arvin..," said Sara lirih see what Arvin did.
"Let's just say, let's ask a friend in class what's really going on" the Principal's mother advised.
"OK," said the parents of the students who were beaten by Arvin.
Arriving at the class, the headmaster asked the other students about what really happened, but no one spoke 1.
Until one of Arvin's classmate girls named Chika said,
"I don't know what's really going on, but all I know is that Arvin never hit anyone, if not that person bothers him first" Chika explained.
Arvin remained silent with his cold expression.
"Bu the Headmaster is obviously the child's offense is wrong, the girl spoke so surely out of fear by this brat!" said one of the 3 mistresses. And followed by two other mistresses who agreed.
Since no witnesses spoke what really happened, the headmaster would end up suspending Arvin as punishment for beating his friend without cause. Suddenly, before the headmaster makes a suspension letter for Arvin, a bespectacled student sitting in the corner of the class stands up and shouts
"Mother principal!"
