The Main House

Serena sat down in front of the dressing table. Look at his face carefully. Serena again carved a smile on her lips. He took a comb and combed his wavy hair. This morning his heart was calm and happy.

Some problems are almost solved. Life in the Edritz Chen extended family, was already proceeding normally as usual. Some of the problems that exist in the S.G Group, all have been resolved.

Daniel just got out of the bathroom. Gunshot scars are still clearly visible on his chest. Daniel came out without a shirt. Today is day 3 for Daniel not to go to work. Adit and Serena strictly forbid to work.

“Honey, you are so beautiful.”

Daniel hugged Serena from behind. Smells the scent of her fragrant hair. Daniel closed his eyes for a moment. Enjoying her company with Serena.

“Have finished shower?” Serena tilted her face toward Daniel. Put the comb back in place.

“I love you,” whispered Daniel in Serena's ear, without caring about Serena's previous question.

The sound of knocking on the door. Daniel still hugged Serena tightly.

“Log in,” says Daniel fast.

Mr. Han went into the room, followed by a few servants. Breakfast for Daniel and Serena. Since the shooting, Daniel has eaten more in his room than in the dining room. He completely shut Serena down, and did not want her to leave him again.

“Good morning, Sir. This is the breakfast you requested.” Mr. Han bowed respectfully beside Daniel.

“Daniel, you can let go of this hug. Unpleasant to see the servants,” whispered Serena in Daniel's ear.

Daniel took off his embrace. Standing straight, facing towards Pak Han. Folded both hands. Stare intently at all the servants. Her heart was a little upset, because the arrival of Mr. Han, ruined her happy mood with Serena.

“If you're done, you can leave as soon as.” Daniel glanced sharply at Pak Han.

“Good Sir. I'm sorry.”

Mr. Han again bowed respectfully. Bring all the servants, to get out of that room. He understood very well that his arrival had disturbed Daniel and Serena. Guiltfully, Mr. Han stepped quickly and closed the door slowly.

Serena moved from her seat. Hugged Daniel from behind. He locked both hands in Daniel's stomach.

“Do not behave like that. They deliver food for us.”

Since the return of Serena's memory. Daniel became more possessive. He was always angry, whenever anyone disturbed him and Serena. Daniel took off Serena's grip, turned her body to face Serena.

“I don't want to lose you again. You know, it hurts a lot.” Daniel put Serena's hand on the gunshot scar.

Serena simply smiled sweetly, without wanting to answer. His heart was still divided into two. Whenever he was in Daniel's arms, he would often remember Zeroun's face. Serena was still hiding all that from Daniel. He did not want to, making Daniel again disappointed.

“What can we eat?” Serena looked towards the table that already contained various foods and fruit juices.

“Come we eat.” Daniel embraces Serena's waist, taking her towards the sofa.

Daniel and Serena sat side by side. Serena took a glass of warm orange juice, staring at the face of Daniel who wanted to put a spoonful of fried rice into her mouth. Serena smiled again, looking at Daniel's innocent face this morning.

Serena took a plate of cow's eye eggs, and a special toast made by Mr. Sam. Serena finished her breakfast menu in the morning, so voraciously and quickly. Daniel took out a piece of tissue and cleaned up the leftovers on the tip of Serena's lips. Serena looked at me with love.

“Aren't you bored, looking at me like that since.” Serena lays the cutlery slowly, draining the warm orange juice until it is not left.

“I never get tired of looking at your face, baby. Your face makes opium.” Daniel blinked one eye.

“Darling, may I ask you something?” Daniel looked at Serena's face so seriously.

“Say, what you want to know.” Serena smiled sweetly at Daniel's face.

“Why did that man call you by the name of Erena?” Daniel tucked Serena's hair behind his ear. Putting her head close to Serena's face at the moment.

“My name is Erena, dear.” Serena recalled, everything that Mr. Wang had planned after the accident.

“Erena? Why turn into Serena?” Daniel frowned, looking at Serena's face intently.

“Papa changed everything. He sent a doctor, to take control of my whole mind. Change my name, my nature, my behavior, even my appearance. Papa did all that.” Serena looked down sad, she was a little disappointed when she had to be kept away from her old life.

“Hey, don't be sad like this.” Daniel pulls Serena into his arms. Gently rubbing Serena's hair.

“I was wrong Daniel. I should never have forgotten it.” A round of tears trickled down Serena's cheek. Although disappointed, but right now he misses Mr. Wang very much.

“Although your name is Erena. I'll still call you Serena. That's a call baby to you. Everything will not change. Your name remains Serena in this house.”

Daniel took off his arms, holding both of Serena's cheeks. Removing the already dripping tears.

“I miss him a lot ...”

Serena cried again, and Serena leaned her head against Daniel's chest. His heart ached, as he recalled the bad behavior he had given Taun Wang.

“I'm here. You can vanish all your grief, baby. I'm always with you.” Daniel kissed Serena's head.

“Daniel, do you know. Since childhood, papa has betrothed us.”

“What does it mean?” Daniel took off his embrace, raising Serena's face to look at her.

“Papa arranged a meeting to arrange our matchmaking at that time. I ran away from home, and never came back. I wasn't ready to get married at the time. Until I met a woman who was shot. I saved his life, took care of him until he was healed.” Serena stopped her words.

“What happened to that woman?” Daniel's getting interested in Serena's story this morning.

“That woman gave me Queen Star, Daniel. Before he died, he trained me to shoot and kill.”

Serena raised both her hands. Looking at both of his palms. A round of tears came back down her cheeks.

“There have been many lives that I took Daniel. Even the lives of innocent people. I'm the killer.” Serena cries a cry. Daniel pulls Serena back into his arms. Hugged her tightly, to reduce the burden currently felt by Serena.

“Do not say that. You're my wife Serena. Best woman I ever had. You're the young miss in the big family Edritz Chen.” Daniel kissed Serena repeatedly.

“Papa always met me, forbid me. He took me back home once. But I ran away and shot all the bodyguards in the house. Papa was in shock at that time.” Serena's voice was hoarse, she was really sad when she remembered all the mistakes she had made in the past.

“Do not cry. My heart aches, every time I see these tears.” Daniel wiped away the tears that were shed. Kissing Serena repeatedly. He approached her face with Serena.

“I have many enemies, Daniel,” Serena replied in a hoarse voice.

“I will try to protect you. Everything will be fine.”

Daniel drew his nose closer to Serena's. Until they touch each other. Both closed their eyes for a moment. Serena keeps trying to forget her past. Even though it's hard for him to do right now.
