Papa Adrian and mama Camelia jumped in shock at what Mahen said. "Are you crazy, Mahen?"

"No, I'm not crazy, Pa. If you don't believe it, just ask the person directly."

Papa Adrian and his wife looked directly at Vano, who was smiling at them.

"Did Mom and Dad think what he was thinking?" vano's question made both his parents speechless. "By extending help to someone, it doesn't mean I like that person. And if I like it, what's the big deal, brother? Didn't you throw it away?"

"You-you"

"That's enough, stop this madness of yours!" Mama Camelia got up from her seat. "Do you think it's time for a fight, huh?" He stared intently at his sons.

"Your mama said it was true. You should focus on the company, not on unimportant things like this. You gotit?"

Vano and Mahen nodded, but both of their hearts were still equally smoldering with what had happened.

"I don't want anything like this to happen again. Especially you, Mahen." Papa Adrian stared intently at Mahen. "You should focus on the problems you've been doing, and not even act silly like this."

Mahen chose to stay silent because he did not want to further ignite the anger of his parents, otherwise they would have raised their hands with the problems he was doing.

"I'm sorry Ma, Pa. I can't control my emotions, I know what I'm doing is wrong" Mahen said.

"It's good that if you're conscious, I hope you can act more mature than your sister."

Mahen nodded, but both of his hands clenched tightly as he still felt unaccepted by what Vano was doing.

"Now you, Vano. Apologize to your sister!" papa Adrian orders with his sharp gaze.

Vano grinned towards the brother. "I'm sorry I hit you, brother. But, if you and your woman do something like that again. Then I'll hit you back."

"Vano!" exclaimed mama Camelia with a stifled voice.

"All right Ma, Pa. I have to go now." Vano moved out of the room without waiting for an answer from his parents making them sigh violently.

After everything was done, Mahen also left home to return to the company. He must find a way to keep Vano from interfering in his personal affairs, especially his dealings with Via.

Vano, who was in the car, looked upset. The words Mahen spoke kept ringing in his head.

"No, there's no way I like that woman. What's so great about him that he makes me like it?" Vano leaned his body against the back of the chair. "I just feel sorry for him. Yeah, correct. I just pity."

River who was driving the car glanced towards the back. He was curious about what Vano was thinking, because since then his master had always been sighing violently.

"Hows it? Did you make an appointment with that lawyer?"

River nodded. "Already, Sir. Tonight he'll meet you."

"Good." Vano returned to grinning. It had been enough for him to keep his brother's rottenness until the trial of Via could not proceed, but now he would hand over all the evidence to the lawyer.

"You play with fire first, brother. So don't blame me for helping Via."

Meanwhile, in a hospital, Via and Riani are running to the ER room. They were shocked when they heard that Novi's mother was found unconscious in the house with a battered body.

"It looks like your parents are fighting, so Uncle heard your mother's screams. After your father left, uncle called him. But there was no answer, so the uncle asked the other neighbors for help to break down the door of your house. We were shocked to see that your mother was unconscious, and took her straight to the hospital. I hope he's okay."

Via nodded with tears making Riani directly embrace him. "Father has really gone too far, Rin. I can't let any of this go away."

"You're right. I've already contacted Mas Nanda, he'll be here soon."

Via thanked the neighbors who had helped his mother, and gave a little money for their fare back home.

A little while later, Nanda had arrived at the place and immediately asked how Novi's mother was doing. He has also reported the case of KDRT to the authorities.

"I told you before, your father's actions will surely continue."

Via lowered his head. "True, I'm sorry that time I didn't listen to Mas." He felt sorry for what happened to his mother.

"No need to apologize, I know how you feel. Now you just focus on your mother's situation, and let me know that the examination is over." Nanda got up to leave the place.

"Mas is leaving?" ask Riani.

Nanda nodded. "Yes, I have to meet someone." He told them to leave before it was too late.

"Huh." Via leaned on his tired body, it seemed that God was currently giving him endless tests.

Riani clasped Via's hand making the woman look at him, she smiled while nodding her head as if to say that everything would definitely be fine.

Not long after, a Doctor who examined the state of Novi's mother came out of the ER room to make Via and Riani immediately approached him.

"Why is my mother, Doctor?" ask Via with worry.

"The patient's condition is fine, miss. Fortunately he was immediately taken to the hospital so that the bleeding in the head did not harm."

Via was devastated by what the doctor said, although on the other hand he was relieved to hear the condition of the mother was fine.

"We'll transfer the patient to the treatment room, please take care of his administration, miss."

Via immediately nodded and would immediately take care of the administration of the mother, but his hand was held back by Riani.

"Let me, Vi. You better go with Auntie."

Via nodded then walked into the room where the mother was. "Mom, hiks. I'm sorry, I'm sorry I couldn't protect you."
