Everyone who was there waited with worry, Khansa's mother and Alisha's mother paced back and forth for fear of Khansa.
“Bu, sit down do not pacing so.” Said Mr. Khansa.

Anita gets up from her seat and approaches Alisha's mother.

The doctor smiled at Khansa. Actually the doctor offers to give birth by doing surgery, but Khansa still wants to give birth normally because she wants to feel how the struggle during childbirth.

“Alhamdulillah the children of Mr. Kalandra are all healthy and safe because they have become papi of these cute sons.” said the doctor.

Calandra very carefully held her two children and unconsciously she shed her tears.
Kalandra looked towards Khansa who was still limp after giving birth.
“Mas, adzani both our children.” Khansa.
Kalandra slowly persecuted her two children, Khansa who saw her only smiled while shedding her tears.
After pardoning his children, Kalandra approached Khansa and kissed his wife on the forehead.
“Hikss, thank you for suffering and giving birth to two very handsome and beautiful angels dear.” said Kalandra who cried sobbing.
“It is my duty to give you angels that will complete our lives. Never cry, you are not ashamed to be seen by your children.” Khansa Ejek.
“I love you so much sa, so-so love you.” Kalandra said while kissing Khansa's forehead many times.
While Khansa just smiled getting such treatment from her husband, she was very happy to be able to give birth to two angels who could make everyone happy because of their presence.
The voices of the Khansa twins were so loud that they came out of the room and made everyone who was waiting outside feel relieved to hear them.
“Alhamdulillah, finally our first grandchildren have been born bu.” Said Khansa's father.
“Yes well, we are already grandparents now.”
Everyone let out a sigh of relief at the sound of baby crying coming from the delivery room.
“Congratulations Kenan, now that you have become a brother means now Kenan must be independent and be a brother who always takes care of his sisters.” Said Ryan.
“In the near future our child will be born dear.” said Riko while stroking Lila's big belly.
“Hikss, I'm so happy now I'm aunty and soon to be a mother.” Lila said while crying.

Shortly after, the doctor who handled Khansa's delivery came out of the delivery room and was followed by a nurse who pushed Khansa out of the delivery room.
“Dok, how is Khansa?” ask mama Alisha.
“Alhamdulillah mother and her two babies survived, now Mrs Khansa will be taken to the treatment room and is asleep due to fatigue after giving birth.”
“What is the sex of her twin baby doc? Male or female?” ask Mama Alisha to come back.
“Male and female ma'am, congratulations ya mother has a pair of very handsome and beautiful grandchildren.”
Everyone there was shocked to hear the doctor saying that the baby Khansa was a boy and a girl.
“Mama has a granddaughter pa, mom can take her for a walk.” Mama Alisha was very enthusiastic about welcoming her granddaughter.
“Don't granny, later Kenan dizzy if you join grandma around for shopping.” Kenan who followed the laughter of the others.
“You are Kenan when grandma is expecting to shop with your sister.” Mama Alisha.
“After the baby is brought to the room of Mrs Khansa, you can only visit her. I'm sorry.” Said the doctor and left Kalandra's family and relatives.
After a few hours, Khansa woke up slowly and saw the crowded surroundings.
“Where are my kids?” asked Khansa weakly.
“Khansa you are awake?” ask Khansa's mother.

“They are fine dear, they are handsome and beautiful like you and Andra.” Saying Khansa's mother.
Mama Alisha and Khansa's mother held Khansa's twins and placed them on Khansa's right and left sides.
“Yeah, you guys are so funny once the angels mami.” Khansa said while kissing her two children in turn.
“Mami, thank you for giving your sister to Kenan.” Kenan said sincerely.
“Sama-sama dear, congratulations to Kenan because he is now a brother. Kenan brother must look after and love his sisters yes dear.” said Khansa.
Kenan smiled at his mom and nodded his head.
“Oh yes, what's the name of children's older brother?” ask Rose.
“Mas?” Khansa asked her husband.
“I'll name them. Kenzo Putra Kalandra and Keyla Putri Kalandra. Ken and Key.” Kalandra.
“Ken and Key? Nice name.” Khansa said with a smile to her husband.
“Wah, so K family yes.” says Rose.

Khansa stared fixedly at the faces of her two children.
“Alhamdulillah, thank God for giving happiness in this family for their presence. Mami will always be a good mother to both of you and your dear brother.” Inner Khansa.
