Khansa, Kalandra and Kenan are already in the hospital waiting for Lila and Riko to do the examination together.
Before long they waited, Lila and Riko came and immediately approached them.

“Why is your stomach bigger than Lila baby? Aren't you guys just a month different?” ask Kalandra to Khansa.
“Oh my God, how does a big person in my stomach have two heads while in Lila's stomach there is only one head.” Khansa said while shaking her head.
Kalandra simply nodded while forming the letter O with her mouth.
Khansa invites Lila to go to the control room, they enter the room in turn.
After finding out if their content is fine without any problems they finally decided to eat together first before going home to each other.
“How is the school darling?” ask Lila to Kenan.
“Alright aja aunt, Kenan dapet champion 1 dong aunt, great right?” kennon prides himself.
“Really? Wow nephew aunt smart once.” praise Lila to Kenan while stroking her hair.

“Want to be a doctor?” asked Lila who answered a nod by Kenan.
“Why Kenan want to be a doctor dear?” ask Lila again.

Khansa and Lila who heard Kenan's words just stared at each other in awe of the noble wishes of a 6-year-old.
“Mami don't cry, Kenan always has mami kayak mami.” Said Kenan who saw his mother crying, he thought if his words hurt her mother's heart.
“No dear, mami know what you mean. Mami is only happy because you have a very good desire. May your wishes come true and you will always be given the ease to hook your ideals.” Khansa said while kissing her son's forehead.
Kalandra and Riko approach them at her desk, Kalandra frantically looks at Khansa's puffy eyes.
“Darling, you why? Is anyone hurting you?” ask Kalandra.

“But you sure ain't nothing, baby?” kalandra asked back and replied a nod by Khansa.
After making sure that Khansa was okay, they all ate together and laughed, until it did not feel like the day was approaching in the afternoon and they had to go home because Kenan had started to fall asleep in a chair.
Kalandra held Kenan who was asleep in a chair, while Khansa brought the items they had bought and followed Kalandra who was holding Kenan.
They drive their cars at a moderate speed.
“We must immediately pack up and prepare for our departure to Japan dear.” Kalandra.
“Ha? so fast is mas? I haven't prepared anything.” Khansa.
“No need to bring a lot of stuff, bring important things like medicines and snacks. I've also consulted your obstetrician, he said for your gynecological age now it does not matter if it goes far.” Kalandra.

After arriving home, Khansa and Kalandra immediately put Kenan to bed in his room first and immediately went to his room to prepare the items they would bring.

“Darling, you are now fooling me huh?” ask Kalandra.
Khansa still did not answer Kalandra's question and immediately stood sifting through the clothes she was about to bring.

Khansa just laughed as she walked towards the door.

“I want to go to Kenan mas's room to finish his stuff too. You wanna come along? How like a little kid you keep sticking.” Khansa teased her husband.
“Tau ah sa, I want to cuddle aja deh.” Kalandra protest directly on his stomach on the mattress.
Khansa shook her head and smiled at her husband's childlike behavior.
“As far as you are, I want to finish Kenan's goods first so it's not complicated tomorrow.” Said Khansa who immediately left Kalandra who was sulking alone in her room.
“Loh sa, why am I being let go? Khansa Olivia's.” Say Kalandra with a slightly toned tone.
Khansa who heard the screams of her husband just smiled amusedly.
