Khansa was already wearing clothes to the office, in her room Khansa and Kalandra were waiting for Mama Alisha and Kenan who were still talking.
“Mas, why are they old huh?” khansa asked as she turned towards Kalandra.

“Why are you smiling like that baby?” khansa asked Kenan.

Rose is in the hospital to check because she has been experiencing pain in her stomach for a few days.
“Good morning miss Rose?” Greet the doctor in the room.
“Good morning doc.” Rose then sat down in front of the doctor.
“There are complaints what miss?”

“Autoimmun is what doc?” ask Rose who does not understand the meaning of the doctor's words.

Usually results in healthy tissue becoming damaged including tissue in the reproductive organs.” Obviously doctor.
“I mean my reproductive organs are also damaged doc? What are the consequences that will occur and what is the cause of this disease?” ask Rose doubtfully.

Ryan had planned to come to Rose's house to propose to her, but after learning about the illness Rose was not sure to marry Ryan.
Rose wiped her tears and tried to endure the sadness she felt.
“Already, I will end my relationship with brother Ryan, he deserves better and more perfect than me.” Mumbled Rose.
Khansa and Kalandra are already in the office along with their two babies. Kalandra shows a break room that has been designed by Kalandra himself.
Khansa was surprised to see a minimalist but very beautiful room according to him, a large bed and can see the urban scenery from inside.

“Really? I'm happy if you like it dear.” said Kalandra while kissing the tip of his wife's head.
Khansa and Kalandra put the twins who were still asleep on the bed. Then Khansa stood right in front of the window and saw the outside view.
“Honey, soon our children are 1 month old.” said Kalandra while hugging Khansa who was looking out the window.
“Then?” ask Khansa.
“I miss you dear.”
“I am there every day near you mas, time still misses?” ask Khansa who actually knows if her husband has not had a relationship with her since she finished giving birth.
“Tau ah, you are not sensitive deh.” Kalandra said in a annoyed tone.
“Pfftt, be patient because my puerperium is still not finished. When I'm done I'll definitely talk to you.” Khansa said, hugging her husband's body.
Kalandra returned his wife's embrace and kissed Khansa's tiny lips excitedly and her hands began to slip into her clothes.
“Stop mas, there are children later she wakes.” Said Khansa who stifled her husband's activities and immediately tidied his clothes back.
Khansa came out of the rest room which was followed by Kalandra, outside Edo was waiting for Kalandra and Khansa.
“Sister Edo since when is it here?” ask Khansa.
“Since now, I've been waiting for you but you guys are having a good time inside.”

Khansa felt guilty to her husband for not being able to do his duty as a wife again.

“Can you two come out for a minute?” Khansa pleads with Kalandra and Edo to get out of the room.
Kalandra and Edo obeyed Khansa's words and walked out of Kalandra's office.
“Well Rose, tell me what exactly is it?” khansa asked who was trying to calm herself.
“Sister, I can't marry Ryan's sister hikss.” Rose's statement made Khansa shocked to hear it.
“What does that mean? How could you suddenly say that? Aren't you and Ryan getting closer? Kenan is also getting comfortable with you Rose.”
