The Deep Sadness

“Ma-you mean what Ran, why are you talking so huh?” Reno asked looking at Rania with a frown.

“It's true Mas it's my fault, if only I didn't run earlier maybe brother Nat would not be okay , as Papa said I am indeed the son of the unlucky bearer Mas” said Rania with tears.

Slowly the girl who was falling down also told about the incident when she was at Bram's house, she told everything without exception, Rania tells about her who turned out not to be Bram's child, that she was just an illegitimate child due to her mother's affair with another man.

Rania also tells about the real cause of Alea's mother's death, the girl keeps sobbing while repeating everything Bram told her, until finally Rania tells the story of Bram who drove Rania from the hospital but she does not tell how Bram also slapped her.

Reno sat quietly digesting all the words of Rania with her hands clenched tightly, she was furious that she wanted to punch Bram in the face who had said so ruthlessly to his wife Rania.

The bastard child of Haram? Reno smiled wryly how a father could easily call the child he was raising as an illegitimate child of a pesky carrier, even if Bram was not the real father of Rania, he doesn't deserve to say that to anyone.

“Mas” Call Rania by touching Reno's tightly clenched hand.

Reno smilingly looked at the face of Rania who was smiling at him, but her smile faded when she saw the reddish marks on his cheek, Reno touched the reddish part that made Rania grimace softly.

Rania was silent while looking down she did not dare to say anything to Reno, if she said it maybe Bram would be beaten by her husband who was in a big rage right now and Rania did not want that to happen, however Bram is the one who has taken care of him from childhood he does not want the person he already considers his own biological father to be hurt.

“Why are you quiet Ran just tell me who the guy who dared to slap you!” Reno repeated the question.

“What's he Bram Rania, asshole!” Umbat Reno with his hands firmly clenched he began to step his feet into the hospital.

Rania who saw that immediately ran after the floundering Reno.

“Mas don't go please” He said while hugging Reno's waist from behind.

Reno was silent on the spot trying not to blow up her already horned anger.”Take off your hands Rania, I want to teach a lesson to the person who has dared to slap you Ran” said Reno emotionally trying to release the arms of Rania who was firmly coiled in her body.

Behind him Rania shook her head strongly while sobbing.”Don't Mas I beg you, if you do I will never forgive you Mas, please understand I beg” Rania said desperately.

Hearing that Reno instantly dropped her body onto the floor, her clenched hands were now wide open making Rania take off her own embrace and crouch down in front of Reno.

Reno gave a smile looking at Rania with teary eyes, she did not understand why her wife was still defending the person who had tortured her so cruelly, whether the girl had no pain at all, whereas he himself who only heard without experiencing what Rania felt was already so angry and emotional.

“Tell me Ran, I have to how do you understand that I just don't want anyone to hurt you, tell me if you deserve to defend that person huh?” Asked Reno beaver.

With her gentle smile Rania kissed Reno's lips briefly so that her husband could slightly temper her anger.”I know you're mad at Mas, but you also have to remember if what Papa said ah not I mean Om Bram is true, it's true, now tell me on what grounds are you mad Mas when it's all true?” His words reversed Reno's words.

Rania nods her head in assent while stopping her sobs, Reno takes Rania to her car and takes her home to her parents.In the journey they are both still busy with their own thoughts, Reno glanced at Rania who was daydreaming facing out her car's glass window.

“Sorry Ran” Reno said inwardly.

She felt guilty because when Rania experienced such a sad incident she was not with Rania, Reno cursed herself who felt useless as a husband.

Arriving at Reno's house leads Rania in silence to their room, in the living room Kikan and William are watching television, his mother smiled at them but at once his smile changed with worry when she saw the state of Rania who looked chaotic and had many traces of blood stuck to her body.

“Ran you to-”

Kikan did not continue his words as Reno shook his head telling the mother to shut up, Rania smiled faintly to Kikan and William who were looking at him worriedly, Rania smiling faintly, without saying anything he and Reno went up the stairs leaving Kikan and William dead.

Deftly Reno undressed and washed Rania's body with warm water, the man bathed his wife who still looked chaotic and also shocked who just according to when Reno bathed her like a child.

After finishing bathing Reno put clothes on to Rania and told his wife to take ablution water while she herself began to spread the prayer mat where they would pray.

After the Reno prayer led the prayer so that Natalya could be safe and healthy again as before, behind her Rania followed Reno who was solemnly climbing the prayer for the safety of her brother Natalya, in silence he wept in his prayer hoping that God would hear and grant their prayer.

The chants of the voice of the people who sounded melodious came out from the lips of Reno who led Rania to teach with him, in silence they taught some holy letters al-qur’an with their melodious voice that was so soothing.

“Ran let's eat, I know you definitely haven't eaten” Invite Reno after they've finished doing their activities.

Rania who was sitting while leaning in bed looked at Reno and shook her head slowly.”No Mas I'm not hungry” He said lying with a smile, he's not not hungry just that he really does not lust to eat a mouthful of rice even now.

Reno nodded in understanding.”Alright you better go to bed quickly Ran, it's already night!” He said again while pulling Rania to lie down with him.

Patiently Reno rubbed Rania's head trying to give peace to his wife, gradually Rania began to feel drowsiness that came to her until finally the girl was asleep in Reno's arms.

After making sure Rania had fallen asleep, Reno slowly shifted her body trying to keep her movements from making Rania wake up, after getting off her bed Reno took her HP on the nightstand and started contacting someone.
