While Reno and Rania are watching tv after being tired of running through traffic during the day, they get a call from Kikan telling them that Alvian is in the hospital, soon after that Reno took Rania straight to the hospital.

In the car Rania glanced at Reno who looks riled with the mind that does not focus Reno driving his car with recklessness.

Rania touched her husband's arm with a gentle smile, she could understand how her husband felt when he found out his sister was in the hospital, Alvian was the one who Reno always took care of and played with.

Reno turned to look at Rania who was looking at her with a gentle and affectionate look in her eyes, Reno tried to bring her smile to Rania.

“Thank you Ran!” Reno said slowly.

“Sabar ya Ma, I'm sure Al must be fine and can get well soon!” Rania said, rubbing her mother-in-law's back gently, she turned to look at Reno who was seen watching Alvian.

“Quiet Ren, Al is fine now, only he has to stay here for a few days to get treatment” said.William explained the condition of his youngest child while patting Reno's shoulder slowly.

“This is all Reno's fault for making him soy sauce while in Lombok yesterday, until he had to get dengue fever and enter the hospital” Reno said with sad eyes staring at his sister who is now lying weak.

“It's not your fault Ren, Papa knows Papa's children are all crazy work and also Al it does like to forget time if it's about work!” William said slowly.

“Iya si Al came home and brought dengue fever, Mama will tell him to find a girl instead of a sick girl, so gini right now even sick try!” Said Kikan sadly while wiping his snot onto Rania's shirt making the girl shudder in disgust.

“Mama is not strong diginiin try, Mama is old if you see Mama's child is sick gini it feels like Mama wants to come sick aja, keep Mama curious to die because she has not been able to grandchildren and also second daughter-in-law!” Said Kikan while hugging Rania.

Rania glanced at Reno they looked at each other while smiling knots, her mother was in this state was still like to talk things that are not in place.

“Quiet Ma about my grandson and Ran again business, Mama wait for the good news!” Said Reno approaching her mother while kissing Rania's forehead making her blush embarrassed with red blushing cheeks.

“Not that we ate Ma, hungry again?” William was confused.

“Ran wait a minute yes I find food first for you, we haven't had time for dinner!” Reno said to Rania who was sitting on the side of Alvian's bed.

Rania looked over while nodding. “Don't be long yes Mas, I don't want to be alone here deserted!” Rania said slowly.

“Iya please take care of Al yes I go first!” Reno said with a smile and passed away leaving Rania alone with Alvian.

After Reno left, Rania turned to look at the face of Alvian who was sleeping quietly, Rania smiled faintly at the sight of her sister-in-law and ex-lover who was now lying weak.

It seems that for a long time he was not this close to Alvian especially after he and Reno married, Alvian did sometimes make him uncomfortable with his behavior that always chased after Rania even though the girl had warned him.

“Quickly healed Al, don't hurt again!” Rania said softly while rubbing Alvian's arm gently.

“Ran!”

Rania turned her head to look at Alvian who had just called her name in a weak voice, Alvian looked at Rania while trying to smile at the pain in her body.

“You came to see me Ran?, you know I'm so happy now I should have been sick long ago so you could care for me!” Alvian said while chuckling softly.

“It's enough Al don't talk carelessly anymore, I'm here with Mas Reno your brother” said Rania told.

“Yes I know otherwise you might not want to come here Ran!” Alvian said slowly looking at Rania softly.

“Sorry Al”

Rania did not know what else to say to Alvian, she just silently wished for Reno to quickly return so that the awkward atmosphere between them could calm down with the presence of Reno.

“For what to apologize, I miss you Ran really I can't forget you as hard as I tried!” Alvian said while holding Rania's hand.

“I beg you to listen to me just this once Al forget me!” Rania said earnestly while looking into Alvian's two eyeballs.

“Why did this have to happen to me, why did you have to marry my own brother Reno Ran?” Alvian said as he continued to cry, vanishing all his emotions.

“Sadarlah Al we can not be together and also accept this as destiny for us who are not matchmakers” said Rania trying to understand his understanding to Alvian.

“You know first when you left I was also very hurt, too, and I tried to forget about you but even though I tried to date other people I still couldn't get rid of all the feelings and memories about us, until I finally met Mas Reno and we got married, and since then I've only been able to forget you Al!” Rania said with a smile looking at Alvian, not feeling her tears flowing down her cheeks.

“Do you love Brother Reno Ran, answer honestly I want to know!” Alvian said as he stared fixedly at Rania.

“Tell me why until now you still haven't talked about our relationship before to Reno's sister, Ran?” Alvian asked again waiting for Rania's answer which would probably change everything.

In front of the door of Alvian's room, Reno stood holding the door handle, from earlier she was there listening to the conversation of Rania and Alvian in silence digesting the faithful word they said.
