A few months later in a hospital room a woman was screaming with the pain when something in her stomach asked to be removed, the doctor patiently gave instructions to the woman who was about to give birth.

“Tenang Bu take a deep breath and let out slowly ya bu” Said the young Doctor named Devan.

“Iya Darling come Ran you must be strong!” Reno said faithfully accompanying Rania.

“Shut up you Mas, this is all also because you” Bentak Rania upset.

At dawn when she was sleeping, Rania woke her up and said if her stomach hurt, Reno who did not understand immediately called her mother Kikan who instead shouted in panic and said if Rania would be born, then she would be born, he tells Reno to take Rania to the hospital.

“Arrrggghhh” Shouts Reno and Rania together as Rania struggles to pull out the baby still in her stomach.

Kikan, William and Alvian were waiting outside the room while listening to the sound of Reno and Rania shouting that was struggling inside, Kikan turned to look at Alvian who was yawning wide with his face still sleepy.

Inside the room Rania and Reno looked at the little baby whose body was still red with sparkling eyes, unconsciously they both shed tears they saw the tiny baby in the doctor's arms.

Doctor Devan smiled as he rubbed the tiny baby, then he turned to Rania.”Congratulations Bu your boy and his condition is healthy!” Said Doctor Devan and gave the baby to Rania.

Rania looked at the tiny baby who was staring at her with plain eyes glowing, she saw her baby's lips and nose that looked like Reno, her tiredness instantly vanished when she saw the baby in her sling.

Rania felt happy and moved because she could finally see the form of the baby that had been contained, she touched the cheek of the baby who immediately opened her eyes to make Rania smile.

“See our baby Mas is funny very similar to you Mas”.

Reno nods assent.”It's a shame I didn't expect my baby to be this handsome, similar to me and you Ran” she said with a smile on Rania.

Her disheveled hair and her hands filled with the claws of Rania's tantrums while struggling to give birth to their child, all of it paid off already with the presence of the tiny baby she had been waiting for,  Reno didn't know what to say let alone she was truly happy right now.

“You were the first Adzzanine Mas” said Rania distracting.

Slowly Rania gives her baby to the nun who puts the baby into the box that has been provided, then Reno begins to accuse their tiny baby with her sweet voice.

After the doctor and the nurse left, Kikan, William and Alvian entered, they immediately stormed to see the tiny baby who was now sleeping soundly in Rania's lap after she gave her first breast milk to the baby.

“Pa granddaughter Mama Pa handsome really like Ran” Said Kikan with eyes sparkling happy.

“Like me Ma see the same nose his lips similar to me” Reno said correcting.

“What the heck Pa likes so deh, delicious not good ya enjoyed aja Pa so do not mubazir” Said Kikan make them all laugh lucky baby in a sling Rania did not wake up because of the sound of their laughter.

“Sini darling let your slingy mom definitely pegel” Said Kikan with outstretched hands trying to take the baby.

“You're happy Darling?” Reno asked Rania, who was looking at Kikan, who was holding their baby happily with Alvian and William, who were looking at the little baby with a smile, and there was happiness in their eyes.

Rania turned to look at Reno while holding her husband's hand gently.”Of course, Mas, I hope our child becomes a pious child who can be devoted to his parents” he said with a smile.

He turned back to his happy-looking father-in-law, for a moment he remembered his father and brother who were not present among them, his little heart hoping that Bram would come and see his granddaughter, he said, moreover, Natalya has not been able to go home in Singapore, she still has to undergo treatment there which is only a few months left so that her brother can return to normal walking.

Reno who saw the aura of sadness in Rania's eyes could only be silent, she knew the meaning of sadness in his wife's eyes but what she could do, she couldn't possibly force Bram to come here, she was sure that her in-laws must have been embarrassed to come see her son Rania.
