"I don't want to divorce you Mas" Azura said with teary eyes looking at Devan who was sitting in his office.

The heart aches when it hears the word divorce.

She always dreamed of having a happy marriage with the man she loved.

"Then what do you want?"devan asked Azura. Devan looks casually saying those words even though his heart is hurt seeing Azura grieve.

"I just want to be your wife completely hik..hik.., please Mas just once. Let me do my duty as a wife" Azura said as she held onto her chest, signaling her heart was so sick she had to beg for something she should have gotten.

"I can't and will always be like that forever" Devan said as he lowered his head in dishearteningly uttering those words to Azura.

Azura stared with a look of compassion, her hopes seemed to be shattered, she was a wife but only jewelry was displayed so that all the people who saw as if Devan already had the jewelry but she never wore it.

"Hik...hik...hik....... I do not know why Mas Devan is like this to me hik ..hik.." said Azura while crying incessantly.

Azura cried out all the contents of her heart that had been harbored by her. The pain that he had been hiding now was all he was pouring out in the form of tears that dripped incessantly. Her heart was sliced, torn, and pierced by the words her husband had spoken. He did not expect a smile at the guarantee when it was only the beginning of his sadness while with Devan.

Devan stood up and walked over to Azura. He hugged Azura in his arms. If only he could not have hurt Azura. Azura's cry further broke as she hugged Devan. She was crying leaning on Devan's shoulder. The man she knew kindly would not touch her as a full wife.

"I'm sorry Azura" Devan said.

Just a word of apology that was thrown from Devan's mouth, he couldn't grant Azura's wish even though he begged though.

After talking to Devan, Azura walked out of the room. It turned out that her mother-in-law was already standing in front of Devan's office. Her mother-in-law looked at Azura with a sharp gaze as if Azura was a suspect.

"Kanjeng I haven't slept?"greet Azura in a friendly manner.

"Why are your eyes swollen?"asked Mother Goddess while looking into Azura's puffy eyes after crying earlier.

"Itching with dust Kanjeng Ibu" Azura said forced to lie to Mother Goddess. He couldn't tell her the real problem.

"Itching or did you just cry?"ask the Goddess Mother.

"Itch Kanjeng Ibu" Azura said as she lowered her head.

"What an artist is indeed created to act this smart" said the Mother Goddess with a cynical smile ending her speech.

"..................."Azura just silently lowered her head. He was unable to fight the Mother Goddess. His father-in-law was the most powerful in the Barata family. What does he mean in the Barata family. He's just a pick-up kid taken from an orphanage. It's still lucky he was educated by the Barata family.

The Mother Goddess grabbed Azura's right hand and then clasped her tightly.

"God.........."Azura was in pain with that grip.

"How dare you ask for a divorce from Devan, you bear the consequences if something happens to Devan because of your actions" said the Mother Goddess glared at Azura.

Mother Goddess was so angry at Azura, she even dared to clutch Azura's right hand tightly until Azura was in pain.

"I picked you up from the orphanage so you could be useful to this family" Mother Goddess said.

"Iya Kanjeng Ibu" Azura said.

"Look, what would I do to you if you dared to ask for another divorce from Devan" said the Mother Goddess getting stronger clutching Azura's right hand.

"God........."Azura was in pain as the Mother Goddess grew firmer clutching her hand.

The Mother Goddess took off her grip from Azura's hand.

"Hurry, go back to your room!"the Mother Goddess orders with a loud voice.

"Yes Mother Goddess" Azura said.

Azura left Mother Goddess from that place, she went inside her room. Azura jumped straight into her bed. She lay on her back in that bed crying.

Azura wakes up and walks to take her photo album with Devan and Nico as a child. He saw the photos of the three of them in the photo.

"Mas Devan, Nico, you've all changed now. It's like I don't know you anymore. We always played together" Azura said.

The Flash Back On

Azura tidied all the equipment into her backpack. Devan and Nico enter Azura's room to take her to school. The two of them always diligently invited Azura to leave together.

"Azura let's go" Devan said to Azura who was standing in front of her study table

"Bus ride must be fun or take a ride" Nico proposed to Devan and Azura.

"May, but Kanjeng Ibu must be angry later" Azura said reminding the two of them of the rules they must obey.

"Quiet, we go on a car ride first after a new exit down deh" Devan said providing a solution for all of them.

"Good idea Kak Devan" said Nico agreed with the solution offered by Devan.

"Is it okay? what if I get caught with Kanjeng Mom?"tanya Azura hesitated to do the thing Devan and Nico proposed.

"We will be punished equally" Devan said, giving them the final solution.

"Again Devan" said Nico who agreed to the final solution offered by Devan.

"OK" Azura said approving of the plans of the two of them.

The three of them left for school in a private car and got off at the bus stop. The three of them waited for the bus to arrive.

"Azura want some bread?"ask Devan.

"Mau Mas Devan" said Azura.

Devan walks to buy Azura bread at the snack vendor.

"Azura want to drink?"ask Nico.

"By Nico"ucap Azura.

Nico buys Azura some drinking water at the snack vendor. After that Devan and Nico approached Azura.

"Nih Azura" said Devan and Nico together.

Devan gives Azura bread, and Nico gives Azura water.

"Thank you Devan, Nico" said Azura.

Before long the bus came, the three of them got on the bus. Devan finds a seat for Azura while Nico looks after Azura who is still standing in the middle of the road in the bus.

"Azura is sitting here" Devan said.

"Yes Kak Devan" said Azura.

Azura sat in the middle while Devan and Nico flanked her. Before long Azura slept, Devan placed Azura's head on her shoulder but Nico took Azura's head on Devan's shoulder moved on her shoulder. Devan again took Azura's head on Nico's shoulder and placed it on his shoulder. They're fighting each other.

"Sister Devan won't be with me" Nico said.

"I won't be defeated if it's about Azura" Devan said.

"If so let's compete, who will get Azura" Nico said.

"Let's who's afraid? I'll get Azura" Devan said.

"OK, just see who gets Azura" Nico said.
