MARVEL: GAME MAKER SYSTEMS

MARVEL: GAME MAKER SYSTEMS
03 – Minecraft is ready

"Finally ready." said Alex in a tired voice after finishing reviewing the game thoroughly.

He has been awake for 21 hours developing Minecraft and reviewing it until he can no longer find the Bug.

"The good move has a lot of Gaming Points to be able to let the system play the game just by using my memory. unfortunately my remaining 50 points are far from the 50,000 points needed to be able to do that... " Alex sighed while tinkering - at the computer .

In the [Game Developer] program, there is a [Test ] button. Alex could not think of how his game was after it was handed over, he was looking forward to testing the game now, but the fatigue he felt was so heavy, to the point that he found it difficult even to go to the bathroom.

So, after washing the dirty tableware, which he used to eat the rest of the rabbits he hunted, Alex lay on his bed and slept very soundly.

---

The next day, Alex wakes up excited to test the game. First he put firewood to warm it up, and enthusiastically pressed the [Launch] button on the program.

In the blink of an eye, Alex found himself in a completely different place. Instead of the small cabin she had been living in for the past month, surrounded by pine trees and lots of snow, this time Alex finally felt warm again.

"This ... this is magic!" He shouted in excitement while looking around curiously.

There were green grasses, oak trees, sheep, cows, everything he imagined was in front of him.

The only problem that made him feel a little uncomfortable was that the whole world had something different! But unlike the minecraft he saw through his computer screen, this time everything around him was square, as if the entire world was squared to fit himself.

With emotion, Alex ran towards the tree and did something she had always imagined.

*Hit*

Alex punched a tree! But not as he imagined, the tree trunk was not broken, but began to show cracks.

* Hit, Hit, Hit *

After three more blows, the tree trunk was completely broken, and as Alex had imagined, the tree remained in place, floating as if nothing had happened.

The experience of seeing this happen through a computer screen and making it happen with your own hands is completely different.

* Hit, Hit, Hit, Hit *

Alex kept cutting down trees until something happened. The leaves on the tree began to fall, and among the leaves of bright red apples also fell.

Intrigued, Alex takes the apple and bites it.

"What a divine taste!" He shouted in excitement making his blue shirt sway to the side.

Alex saw something different. This may be the first thing anyone who enters this world will notice, but after playing minecraft for years, Alex ignores it without realizing how strange it is.

His hand holding the apple was square, his arm was rectangular, when he took his own face, he felt his face was also square!

As he ran towards the nearby river, Alex saw a very familiar face.

"Steve.." he said in shock.

Seeing someone's reflection and seeing Steve was shocking. But unlike playing on a computer monitor, looking at it with your own eyes is strangely normal.

His eyes moved naturally, his mouth moved naturally, there were square teeth that could somehow eat apples well, his hands had fingers that although square also looked natural.

All of this makes Alex so excited that he explores everything. He has adapted the craft to work in a more "magical" way". Players still had inventory, but the craft had been changed.

Minecraft didn't have this book at first, but it kept many casual gamers from trying to play the game because it was too difficult, so in later versions the developer added something Alex did in the game.

Following the recipe given in the book, Alex opens up his inventory and picks up other items the newbie will receive. A black box with a tool symbol.

The box has nine compartments where players can place miniature beams and items at their disposal. By following the recipe in the book and placing the blocks and items in the right place, when closing the box will light up and when it is opened again, the finished goods will come out from there.

Alex has changed more things in the game to make the gameplay more fun for the players, but he is too lazy to test it for now.

Seeing the game start to darken, Alex realizes that it has probably been 20 minutes since he entered the game.

When he ate an apple in minecraft, he felt he was not hungry, but his body in life might actually feel it, so he decided to get out of the game to eat.

With a satisfied smile, Alex got up from his computer chair and admired the system he had been given.

If he could continue to use this system to make more games, the people of the world would go crazy over him. Even he, whoever made the game was eager to play, so who would say the other players?

With a smile on his face, Alex used the mouse to click the [Launch] button.

Under the system, this button will make the game launch on all non-exclusive digital platforms, as long as it is not a digital store for consoles, or a digital store for gaming brands, he said, all stores that accept independent developers will list their games on the shelves as if they are actually signing up to promote their games there.

After pressing [Launch], Alex decided to look at the system store and see if he could buy cheap food so he wouldn't have to hunt animals anymore.

Meanwhile, in an apartment on the outskirts of NY, a chubby young teenager is exploring the world's most famous online game store.

Unfortunately he was very bored. All of the games are very similar, whether it's a game about Captain America in World War II, or a game where a soldier has to fight the Nazis, or worse, a game in which a soldier has to fight the Nazis, games where companies just want to take money from players, make them spend a lot of money to be able to stay strong.

Ned had no money to play this type of game, so he was always weaker than the other players. That's why he gave up on that kind of game.

But wherever he looked, Ned could not find an interesting game to play.

He even opened the "Newly Added" tab, but he was unable to find anything there.

Until he saw something that caught his attention.

Among several war-themed games, there is one game that stands out because it is different.

Pixelart that seems to represent a land, with the name written on the front with square letters.

[Microsoft]

Intrigued, Ned clicked on these different games and saw that the game page did not have much information. The only information I have is some promotional pictures of a square man apparently tending to a farm, with pigs, cows, sheep, horses.

"Is this a game where the player is a farmer?" Ned wondered aloud as he became interested.

He has never seen a game where the player is a farmer. He was tired of war games, so watching a game about farming seemed like fun.

Seeing that the price of the game was only $20, he felt it was worth it, after all if the game could entertain him for a few days it was enough.

"I just hope this isn't one of those games that siphons players money..." He thought as he pressed the [Play] button.
