Mia opened the front door after hearing the bell ring,

"Hi Mike!" Mia's greeting to her assistant.

Apparently, Mike was the one who pulled the bell and came to see you.

"I'm dropping off your leftover file" Mike showed me a map in his hand.

Mia smiles and immediately lets Mike into her apartment.

The boss and assistant were both sitting on the living room sofa.

"Am I interrupting? Are there any guests?" Ask Mike.

"There's only Bian. He was reading a fairy tale to Galen," Mia replied quickly.

Mike just ber oh ria.

"You're just here to drop off files?" Ask Mia astonished.

Mike scratched his un-itchy head, though,

"Actually I'd like to ask you a little opinion" Mike said at last. The man was a little misbehaved.

"What?" Mia frowned confusedly.

"Ring for Kyara" Mike replied shyly.

Mia immediately laughed,

"God! Do you want to propose to that girl?" Tanya Mia was still laughing.

Mike sniffed his shoulders and re-scratched his non-itchy head.

"I approached you a few years ago, but you said you couldn't move on from Bian. So don't blame me if I change my approach to Kyara" Mike gave an excuse.

Mia chuckles,

"You've been in a relationship for a long time?" Ask Mia curious.

"It's only been a year. But I really want to be serious about your beloved sister" Mike explained.

Mia nodded.

"Can I see the ring?" Mia was approaching Mike.

The man immediately took out a blue ring box from his pocket, then opened it and gave it to Mia.

Mia smiled as she looked at the beautiful ring,

"It's good, Mike," Mia's quick opinion.

"What Kyara would love. I can still trade it tonight if you think it's too tacky for Kyara," Mike's still worried.

"Kyara must have liked it." Mia closes the ring box and returns it to Mike.

"You yourself how? Is there any good news?" Asked Mike in a seductive tone.

Mia's pulling shoulders,

"I think the man is insensitive. Though I've given him a lot of codes" said Mia frustrated.

Mike chuckled, though,

"Shouldn't just give him the code. Just ask him for a ring straight away," suggested Mike who was still chuckling.

"I'm not going to do that stupid thing. I'll just keep waiting for her" Mia broke up while she crossed paths.

"Bas stubborn!" Mike is shaking Mia's head.

"Hey! Keep that manners! I'm your sister-in-law's candidate, so be polite!" Tegur Mia who pretended to swerve towards Mike.

The man even laughed.

"Every sister-in-law, please don't fire me as your sister-in-law's candidate" Mike said pleading with the nose.

To be clear, Mia who had been sniffing immediately laughed at the funny look on Mike's face.

"I still can't believe it. Mike my childhood best friend, who is now my assistant, will soon be my sister-in-law" Mia chuckled.

"Can I ask for a raise after officially becoming your sister-in-law?" Timpal Mike chuckled.

Mia thought for a moment,

"How about I just give the company to you. I'm already saturated with being the director's miss," Mia suggested suddenly.

"Oh, that's so much sister-in-law, I can't take it. But if you force me really don't mind replacing you as the director," Mike said, patting his own chest.

"Basic matre! Turns out you were eleven-twelve with Kyara's eyes, too" Mia shook Mike's head.

And Mike just chuckled.

"Where's your husband's candidate? Put the kid to bed a long time ago," Mike instead asked Mia.

Mia's pulling shoulders,

Mike chuckled, though,

"Just like you," mocked Mike still chuckling.

Mia was just a manyun and lazily responded.

Meanwhile, the atmosphere of a quiet night, made Bian who was still in Galen's room could hear clearly the laughter of Mia and Mike from the front room.

Bian's heart just feels less and less.

Mia is happy with Mike.

Mike is also the ideal father figure for Galen, so what can Bian do now other than go far from Mia and Galen's already perfect life?

Bian took a deep breath and washed his face for a while.

Bian took out the ring box he was supposed to give Mia tonight.

Bian stuffed the ring box into the nightstand drawer beside Galen's bed.

Bian kissed Galen on the forehead and hugged his son once more,

"I'm sorry papa, honey" whispered Bian to Galen.

Bian strengthened his heart before coming out of Galen's room. Bian must quickly leave this apartment, carrying all the wounds and regrets within him.

If only Bian had applied for Mia sooner...

"Galen's asleep, I'm going home now" said Bian who is now in the living room.

Mia and Mike were sitting next to each other. The faces of both of them looked cheerful and happy.

"I happen to be going home now. I can take you guys, Bian," Mike made an offer.

"No need, Mike! I can go home by myself," refused Bian quickly.

"Have no doubt about that!" Mike patted Bian on the back.

"I'll go home first, boss! Don't forget to raise my salary next month!" Pamit Mike on Mia while chuckling.

"Basic assistant duitan's eye!" Mia chuckled.

"I go home first, Mia," said Bian as he looked deeply at the face of the ayu.

Bian just wanted to stare at him a little longer, so that Bian could peck at him in the depths of his heart.

Her maiya will soon belong to someone else.

"Good night, Bian," Mia's soft voice sounded so soothing as well as painful to Bian.

Bian stepped up to follow Mike who had first arrived in the elevator.

The quiet journey home. There's only a babbling noise from a radio announcer that's accidentally ignited in Mike's car.

Bian did not take his eyes off the tall buildings lined up neatly along the way. But the man was also reluctant to open his voice to start a chat.

Mike himself chose to focus on the streets in front of him that were already quite quiet.

Not felt, Mike's car has arrived in front of Bian's tiny house.

"Mike, can I ask you one thing?" Bian's voice broke the silence.

"What's that?" Ask Mike quickly.

"Please take care of Mia and Galen. I know you love them so much. You'll be a good husband to Mia and a good father to Galen" Bian said, opening the car door.

The man had gone down quickly before Mike could open his voice.

Mike just stares confusedly at Bian who has now disappeared behind the door of his house.

"Is the man drunk? Who wants to marry Miss Mia?" Mike muttered to himself while scratching his non-itchy head.

Mike's gonna deliver this weird news to Mia tomorrow.
