Monday morning, though,
Anggi hurriedly stood up from his seat as he looked at Miss Mia who had just exited the elevator.
"Good morning, miss Mia" Anggi said as she lowered her head as Mia passed her desk.
Mia paused briefly in front of Anggi's desk and put two large paperbags on the table.
"How many of your clothes are like that in the closet?" Asked Mia while pointing towards the work suit that Anggi was wearing.
The color has faded and looks long.
Yes, those clothes are old clothes.
Anggi is not a rich lady like Miss Mia who can at will buy expensive work clothes. Many needs that Anggi must meet with his salary rather than buying new work clothes.
"There are four stels, miss" Anggi replied hesitantly.
Anggi is aware, maybe Miss Mia mearsa is embarrassed because of the appearance of Anggi.
Ah, Anggi should plan to buy a new blouse suit on payday.
I hope Miss Mia understands.
"Dump everything!" Mia's orders while staring intently at Anggi.
"Ta. but miss. These clothes are all I have. I will buy a new one at payday later" Anggi replied with a lowered head.
Anggi really hopes his boss will understand his current situation.
Mia crossing,
"Open that paperbag!" Mia orders while pointing two large paperbags on Anggi's desk with her chin.
Anggi hesitated a little, but finally Anggi opened it. Anggi did not want to make Miss Mia angry or hit her desk again.
Anggi checked the contents of the paperbag and found several sets of work clothes that seemed new.
"This...this is whose work clothes, miss?" Ask Anggi timidly.
"I want you to throw away all your old clothes and replace them with everything in that paperbag. I don't want my secretary to look shabby and poor. It was embarrassing" said Mia spicy.
But even though the last sentence sounded spicy, Anggi chose to ignore it.
At first glance there is fear in Anggi's heart.
Could Miss Mia buy him a new shirt now, but later on in payday next month, Anggi will not receive a salary?
Because at a glance Anggi had seen the price bandrol that was still in the clothes in the paperbag.
The price really makes Anggi short of breath.
The brand is also from one of the famous boutiques in this city. So it is natural that the price is exorbitant.
Maybe Anggi's salary a year won't be enough to pay for these clothes.
"Thank you, Miss Mia. I am ready to be cut to pay for these clothes" Anggi replied with a bow.
Although in his heart Anggi screamed, considering his salary that would run out just to pay for these expensive clothes.
"What did you say just now?" Mia glared sharply towards Anggi who was still lowered in fear.
Mia doesn't understand why this new secretary is so innocent and innocent?
"I'm ready to cut my pay, miss. To pay for these clothes" Anggi replied once again.
The girl seemed still afraid to see the face of the CEO who was now red holding back anger.
"Do you think I'm a shirt creditor who likes to ask for installment money every month?" Mia kicked off Anggi's desk making the girl jump in shock.
'God! Did I say it wrong?' Anggi cursed himself who was always wrong when talking to Miss Mia.
"Sorry, miss. I'm not saying it like that" Anggi tried to argue.
"You said it just now! What did you say? Will you pay for all these clothes?" Mia pointed towards Anggi.
The girl looked more frightened.
"Sa. I'm sorry miss" Anggi's great-granddaughter stammered.
"Pake that shirt and immediately throw away your shabby clothes! And correct your appearance so as not to embarrass me" Mia said by emphasizing every word in her sentence.
"Ba.baik miss Mia" Anggi replied still looking down in fear.
"And don't even think about paying for all those clothes. I am not a poor person, and the shirt is also just a cheap shirt" Mia concluded in a proud tone.
The woman immediately passed from the presence of her secretary and entered her room.
"Thank you Miss Mia" Anggi even forgot to say thank you earlier.
After Mia was not seen again, Anggi hurriedly checked the clothes earlier. He wanted to make sure the clothes were cheap.
But after checking it again, Anggi could barely breathe now.
If all the clothes are priced in quantity, maybe Anggi can already buy a new motorcycle.
Oh my...
Is this an unexpected sustenance?
Miss Mia may be thin and arrogant, but the woman turns out to be generous and royal to new employees like Anggi.
Ah, Anggi is now determined to serve Miss Mia completely.
*****
For almost a month, Anggi worked as Miss Mia's secretary.
Now the girl had memorized everything she had to do. Anggi rarely makes mistakes.
Although Miss Mia's attitude never changed, but now Anggi is getting used to it.
Miss Mia's words are always Anggi think of as the last wind. After all, behind all the ketus and arrogant attitude, Miss Mia turned out to be a royal and not stingy.
This month alone Anggi has received five branded bags from Miss Mia.
Miss Mia said it was a gift from her colleagues. But because Miss Mia does not like it, so Miss Mia gave it to Anggi rather than just being trash in her luxury apartment.
And Miss Mia never asked about the things she had given Anggi. Either Anggi sells it, either Anggi wears it, Miss Mia does not care.
The most important thing for Miss Mia is the appearance of Anggi which must always be neat and not embarrassing when accompanying Miss Mia to meet clients from other companies.
Anggi was still struggling with the immac screen in front of him, as a middle-aged man came out of the elevator and greeted Anggi.
"Good day" said the man.
Anggi hurriedly moved from his seat and answered the greeting of the middle-aged man.
"Good day, sir. Can I help you?" Answer Anggi politely.
"Yes, sir. I have only worked here for a month" Anggi replied again.
In Anggi's heart still asked who this middle-aged man was?
Why call Miss Mia Mia Mia.
Everything in this office including all clients who come always call the CEO Miss Mia.
Where would anyone dare to call him by name alone without the frills of 'miss'?
The middle-aged man smiled warmly.
"May you be at home, working here." The man still smiled warmly.
"Is Mia inside?" The man asked where Mia was.
"I.iya Mister. Miss Mia is inside. I will contact him first before master meets him" Anggi replied quickly. The girl grabbed the phone on the table.
"What's wrong. I'll go straight in. Oh yes, I'm Andri, Mia's father" said the man who immediately made Anggi wrong.
How could Anggi not know that it was the papa of Miss Mia.
"Sorry sir, I don't know" Anggi lowered his head repeatedly as he cursed himself who did not recognize the father of his superior.
But Andri just smiled and immediately passed into the room Miss Mia.
*****
Mia was looking out the big window, when Papa Andri entered her room.
Mia hurriedly turned her head when she heard the open door,
"Papa?" Mia said in disbelief. The girl immediately approached Andri and gave a warm hug.
"When's it back?" Tanya Mia was making small talk.
Papa Andri did go out of town a few days ago.
"It's just now, and papa came straight here" replied papa Andri smiling warmly.
Mia invited the father to sit on the sofa.
"You changed secretaries again?" Tanya Papa Andri opened the chat.
Mia just slicked her shoulders.
"The previous one resigned so I was forced to look for a new one" Mia replied accordingly.
Papa Andri sighed, his daughter was always in trouble with her secretary.
"Mia, can you not interfere too much with the personal affairs of your employees. They also need privacy" papa Andri began to give wise nasrhat.
Andri himself did not know since when Mia became what she is today.
Ridiculous, gluttonous, and arrogant.
Andri reckon since the girl managed to make a small company given the grandfather to be as big as today, the nature of Mia immediately changed a lot.
What could this daughter be depressed with all the responsibilities that she had to bear all this time.
Suddenly Andri so remember Alina when she was also the CEO and the woman who is now his wife is also often nagging and angry indistinctly to him.
Mia clucked and stared intently at the face of the papa.
"I've never interfered, papa. They're the ones making it up" Mia denied defending herself.
Andri sighed once more.
Arguing with Mia seemed to be endless.
This daughter could always deny and look for excuses.
"Alright, well we don't seem to need to discuss that one" Andri finally gave up.
"Papa just wanted to ask about our project in the city of Jogja. Have you been there to review it?" Papa Andri asked, shifting the subject.
"The next week I'm just leaving" Mia replied lightly.
"That's a big project, Mia. You go alone, right?" Papa Andri made sure once again.
"Yes, my dear papa. Mia herself will review and see it directly" Mia replied excessively, making papa Andri chuckle.
"alright. Call me when you're ready to go." Papa Andri's message.
Mia frowned.
"Is papa worried about Mia now? Mia's an adult, Pa. Mia can take care of herself" Mia once again reminded the father.
Papa Andri clucked.
"You're still Papa's little daughter at any time" papa Andri scrambled the top of his eldest daughter's head which successfully made Mia tick and upset.
Papa Andri saw his watch,
"It's lunch hour. Do you have an appointment with a client?" Ask papa Andri.
Mia shook her head, though,
"Will you take Mia to lunch together?" Guess Mia
"We haven't had lunch together in a long time, Mia. Come on!" Papa Andri embraces his daughter to get out of Mia's study.
Anggi immediately moved from his seat when he saw Miss Mia and Mr. Andri coming out of the workspace.
"Figure, what's my schedule this afternoon?" Ask Mia to her secretary.
"Three o'clock there is a meeting, miss" Anggi replied quickly.
"alright. I'll have lunch outside. You can relax until three" Mia said as she left her secretary's desk.
Mia grabbed her father's arm and joked before entering the elevator and leaving the floor.
Anggi does not know if the sniffling Miss Mia turns out to be very close to her father.
Ah, Anggi so remember his father who had gone home a year ago.
A turning point that makes Anggi have to work hard to pay debts for the treatment of his father.
This year Anggi should have married David, but Anggi did not let his mother work hard to pay off the debts.
Luckily, David was willing to understand and did not mind delaying their marriage for another year.
Hopefully next year the debts are paid off, so Anggi can immediately resign from this company and soon marry David.
Currently Anggi is forced to establish a long distance relationship with David. The plan later after marriage Anggi will join David to the current David service place on another island.
