MEETING AN EX

Mia just finished a meeting with a client at a restaurant inside a star hotel. The girl is now in the hotel lobby and is still focusing on the tablet in her hand. Mia walked without noticing her steps. Until suddenly...

Bruock!

Mia accidentally hit a man. The girl almost fell to the floor, but with a swift man who had been on her bump held Mia's body from falling.

"Sorry lady, are you hurt?" Asked the man in a worried tone.

Mia was about to get angry, but after hearing the gentle voice of the man, Mia's anger suddenly disappeared yawning.

Mia looked towards the man who had hit her.

Wait for...

Mia felt no stranger to the bespectacled man.

"Steve?" Sapa Mia hesitated a little.

The man seemed to be frowning and observing Mia's face once again,

"Mia?" The man replied to Mia's greeting and guessed a little.

Mia chuckles and immediately slashes into the arms of Steve, her boyfriend while sitting on the high school bench.

"You're back in town, and you didn't tell me? It's evil," protested Mia while choking.

Steve laughed a little, though,

"I'm sorry, Mia. I thought you moved out of town too." Steve was looking for an excuse.

"So, what are you doing in this hotel?" Mia asked as she watched Steve's appearance once again. Still as handsome as Steve used to be, only this man looks more and more mature.

"Actually I'm attending a medical seminar here" replied Steve, scratching his non-itchy head.

"So you're really a doctor now?" Ask Mia again.

And Steve just nodded.

"You alone?" Steve asked Mia.

"I just finished a meeting with a client" Mia replied casually.

"Does that mean you're the director's lady now?" Guess Steve fast. And Mia immediately laughed crisply.

"Only a small company gave my grandfather," said Mia.

"I still want to talk to you a lot, Mia. But I'm in a hurry now..." Steve took something out of his wallet.

"Maybe we can arrange a meeting, here's my business card," Steve continued, handing Mia a business card.

"Yes, sure. I also have to catch a flight now to review some of the projects that are out of town." Mia received a business card that Steve offered.

"Alright then, Miss director. Please just arrange the meeting at once reunion us both. Call me right away if you find the right time" Steve hugs Mia once again.

"Okay, I'll go first, Bye!" pamit Mia while waving to Steve. The girl walked out the main door of the hotel to next go to the city airport,

Steve himself immediately headed to the hotel ballroom to attend the seminar.

Flashback 9 years ago,

Two teenagers who were still wearing white-gray uniforms were sitting together in the school garden. The school hours were over an hour ago, but the two teenagers still seemed reluctant to leave the school building and instead sat together in the school garden which felt shady because there were many trees there.

Steve clasps tightly into the hands of Mia, the girl who has been his lover for the past year.

Steve and Mia began dating in the first grade of High School, a week after the student orientation period.

But today, maybe Steve and Mia won't be together again. Steve's father is about to be transferred to another city off the island, so Steve and Mia are forced to separate.

"We can still call each other and send letters, Mia. Don't be sad like this, "persuade Steve once again. Mia hasn't stopped throbbing since.

This is the last day Steve comes to school. Tomorrow morning Steve and his parents have to leave the city.

"What if I miss you, Steve?" Asked Mia in a sad tone. The eyes of the sixteen-year-old girl were already glazed over now. Maybe the water will fall in a moment.

Steve gently rubbed Mia's head and scooped her into a hug,

"I'll call you often. Our relationship will be fine. And I'll come back to this town someday, when I'm a doctor and I'm living independently" Steve promised Mia.

Mia did not reply, there was only sobs from the girl. Mia is just not ready to separate from Steve and establish a long-distance relationship. But Mia can't do anything either.

May Mia and Steve remain in a match until they meet again. That is the hope that Mia has always hoped for.

"Take care of yourself, Steve. Don't be naughty there, and don't be a playboy! Remember yes, you already have me, "Mia's message chuckled a little in the middle of her sobs.

Is Mia laughing while crying right now?

Steve chuckles, too,

"Okay, beautiful Miaku. I'll always remember you in my heart" Steve kissed Mia's hands.

"You take good care of yourself here too, always remember me in your heart" Steve added.

The two teenagers hugged each other again before the distance separated the two. The two remain convinced that one day they will meet again and may return to a serious relationship.

Flashback off

Mia was still looking out through the plane window. Only a white cloud was visible and caused small shocks in the plane.

A year after the move Steve, Mia and Steve are still intensely communicating.

But after Mia graduated High School and started college while learning to run a business, more and more Mia's time is seized.

Mia and Steve had rarely communicated until finally the two lost contact completely until now.

Even Mia had forgotten Steve and all the sweet promises from the man.

But after the unexpected meeting of Mia and Steve this afternoon, all the sweet words from Steve nine years ago seemed to re-enact Mia's mind.

Could Mia and Steve be a match?

Mia also remembered about her prayers and hopes all along that there would be a handsome prince who would be the last port of her heart and make her fall in love.

And now Mia is convinced that the handsome prince is Steve.

Steve is a young doctor and Mia is a miss director, aren't the two going to be a compatible couple and make a lot of people envious?

Ah, Mia was already looking forward to meeting Steve again and began a serious relationship with the handsome man.
