Taekwondo Training

Barnes wakes up to the sound of an alarm from his cell phone. Barnes then sat up, propped up his chin and saw Amanda still soundly under the thick blanket. "I wake up, do I wait until he wakes up? Let him sleep another fifteen minutes, but it's still five and a half. I took a shower" Barnes then got up and walked casually to the bathroom.

Amanda gasped in shock as she suddenly heard the sound of water pouring from the bathroom. Amanda immediately opened her eyes, glared, sharpened her ears and immediately grabbed her blanket. The red-haired girl breathed a sigh of relief as she saw that her clothes were still intact and tidy. Amanda sat on the bed and leaned against the bed, pulled the blanket over her neck and continued to block both ends of the blanket with both hands.

"Why did he wake up so early? Disturb me" Amanda began to nag and her lips began to pursed because her sleep was disturbed in the morning blind. Amanda then set her feet repeatedly on the bed and said, "Aish shit! I was still very sleepy and after he finished his bath, he must have taken me to taekwondo, Aish! so lazy!" His heart, Barnes Adiwilaga Darmawan, grabbed his red curly hair and said, "What should I do now? Did I hide under the bed? Or hide in the closet or........."

"Why should I hide?" Barnes' bass voice shocked Amanda.

Amanda turned her head slowly towards the voice and gasped to see Barnes bare-chested and wearing only drawstring pants with wet hair and the water dripping gently into the chest and then down on the sidelines of the six muscle protrusions in the barnes' stomach. Amanda then shouted in annoyance, "Why aren't you wearing clothes?" he pulled the blanket over his face.

Barnes casually rubbed his hair with a dry towel and then stepped into the dressing room quietly and did not rub Amanda's words.

Amanda played her eyeballs under the blanket and then she peeked softly and then pulled her face from inside the blanket, "Lho, where did she disappear to? Was I hallucinating?"

"Who's hallucinating" Barnes reappeared in front of her Amanda suddenly made Amanda jump back into shock and started to protest, "Can't he just show up in front of me normally? not that suddenly? I could pass out for a long time from a hanger"

"You are shocked and hang me wronged. Take a shower! I'm waiting in the gym" Barnes said as he stood and looked at Amanda.

"I don't know where the gym is" Amanda said, relaxed and not yet out of her blanket.

Barnes then retreated back three steps and sat on the sofa folding his hands and feet, "Then I wait here until you're done bathing"

"It's still cold, I'm lazy to take a shower"

"There's a water heater, you can take a warm bath"

"Having a cold shower" Amanda still did not want to move from the blanket.

Barnes began to harden his aunt and said, "Amanda Dirgantara! Go to the bathroom by myself now, am I carrying? hmm?!" Barnes was about to get up and Amanda grabbed the blanket and dashed into the bathroom.

In just five minutes, Amanda was out of the bathroom and still wearing the same clothes, she dashed into the dress room. Amanda chose to wear a plain black t-shirt and shorts over her knees in plain dark brown.

The next five meni, the girl who had ransacked Barnes' heart, stood in front of him Barnes with a smile.

Barnes got up, stood face to face with Amanda and knitted his eyebrows and asked, "You shower or just brush your teeth? how fast is the shower?"

"I if it's cold like this, the bath is super fast and clean you know, fragrant. Nih! try kissing" Amanda innocently raised her hand and pointed her armpits at Barnes.

Barnes gasped and rolled back his face and he cleared his throat, "Ehem! don't raise your hand in front of a man!" Then, the handsome police commander stepped out of Amanda and said, "Follow me!"

Amanda lowered her hand back and walked up to Barnes lazily and unconsciously muttered, "I'm still sleepy. Sleeping another ten minutes seems really good"

Barnes, who was a few steps ahead of Amanda, could listen to Amanda's murmur because, Barnes does have a very sharp hearing. And unbeknownst to Amanda, Barnes smiled broadly holding amused, hearing Amanda's muttering.

They finally get into the gym. Barnes turned to Amanda who had been standing to his right, "You want to change into a taekwondo uniform, what is it?"

Amanda who was lazy to do any activity in the morning said without expression, "This is all"

Barnes then stepped in. Amanda's headed to the locker room. A few minutes later, Barnes came out wearing his taekwondon uniform. Barnes stood in the middle of the mat and said, "Come here!"

Barnes immediately put up the horses and said, "Follow my movements!"

Amanda with a look of dislike, followed by putting up the horses while saying, "I'm twenty-five years old. Isn't it too late for me to learn this?"

"It's never too late to learn anything. My late grandmother also learned taekwondo at the same age as you and my grandmother was able to master this martial arts well and became my Grandpa's favorite tough woman. I force you to learn martial arts because, martial arts is important, especially for a careless girl like you.

"Laughter says I'm careless. I've been fine all this time, haven't I?" Amanda glared at Barnes.

"According or do I want to give you punishment?"

Barnes started to harden his lips.

Amanda imagines a police-style punishment tied to a wooden bench and electrocuted. Imagining such a terrible punishment Amanda immediately screeched, "Sort! I'll obey, Mister cop!"

Barnes who imagined landing a punishment in the form of a kiss on the lips, his face became blushing and he immediately shouted, "Good! now watch the moves I'm going to show you and follow!" to cast away the shadow he kissed Amanda who flashed through his mind.

In the next half hour, Barnes put up a defensive gesture and shouted, "Get me down and try to drop me on this mattress!"

Amanda tries to attack Barnes and tries to drop Barnes on the mat but, thinly-toned, fails to bring Barnes' body down.

Five minutes later, they clenched each other's shoulders and arms, and Barnes pushed Amanda, "Why is there no energy at all? try again!"

Amanda snorted angrily and jumped forward, blocking Barnes's shoulder and arm and using her legs to grab Barnes's leg and failed again. With all her might and roaring breath, Amanda had not yet succeeded in dropping. Barnes on the mat. Then Barnes pushed Amanda again and shouted, "I'll give you an example of how to knock down. Put up a.suffering and alert attitude, just like I was!" Barnes darted forward.

And Barnes managed to drop Amanda on the mat. Barnes' position on Amanda's body with the distance of the face so close that they look at each other awkwardly. They recalled their kisses in the living room.

Amanda then pushed Barnes and walked backwards until his back hit the wall.

Barnes knitted his eyebrows while fixing his belt he asked, "Well you're stuck on the wall like a lizard? Go ahead and try my move!"

Amanda leaned against the wall and said, "Pity me who is thin and helpless, Mister Police, I've been tired of practicing. We'll just hope, huh? tomorrow again, okay?"

Barnes sighed.Long, "So you're tired when you still have a lot to learn"

Amanda immediately cupped her hands in front of her chest and said, "Please?!" with twitching eyes and manyun lips, Amanda stared at Barnes with her clear eyeballs.

Barnes instantly felt her face blushing at Amanda's cute face as Amanda pleaded in front of her. Then the handsome man turned to Amanda to hide the red hue on his face and said, "OK! go then! let's continue again tomorrow"

Amanda immediately ran a little out of the gym room with a cheerful bright face.

And Barnes still had to neutralize the red hue on his handsome face and relieve his heartbeat.
