Long Night

The sound of heartbeats clashed with each other and the owner still denied each other because of prestige. The newly wedded husband, who had been under contract for a few days, danced with all his heart not to meet each other and concentrated only on music and footwork.

Barnes curses himself because he has chosen an evening dress for his wife because Amanda's charm is wrapped in a sexy evening dress with that alluring color, backfired for him and managed to mess up all his common sense that night. Barnes almost lost the power not to kiss Amanda on the lips.

Suddenly, Amanda whispered to Barnes with a trembling body, "Someone wants to kill me. There was a man with such thoughts, I heard him among the hundreds of voices in the minds of the guests of this party invitation"

Barnes immediately said, "Close your arm to my neck!" barnes said as he pressed the button on his shirt and whispered something there.

Amanda followed Barnes' orders. As soon as Amanda put both her arms around Barnes' sturdy neck, the handsome commander of her husband Amanda immediately took off her suit and she put it on to cover the hemispheres in Amanda's evening gown and Barnes tied the sleeves to Amanda's waist

Amanda looked down to see the hemisphere in her evening dress had been slickly covered in Barnes's suit. Amanda is shocked when Barnes without asking permission from Amanda, carrying Amanda's thin body just like that and runs towards a crowded elevator. Barnes accidentally searches the crowd to hide her and Amanda's whereabouts from the watchful eye of someone who intends to kill Amanda that night.

Amanda still grabbed Barnes by the neck with both arms and whispered, "My shoes are still on the dance floor. Don't we need to take it first?"

Barnes looked at Amanda, "No need"

"But, aren't those shoes very expensive? Yeeaahh, I never buy shoes and never wear high heels but, say people out there, shoes are expensive if they are comfortable to wear and do not make the feet blister. And the shoes I was wearing, I'm comfortable wearing and my feet don't blister mean expensive, right?" Amanda stared fixedly at Barnes's two eyeballs

"It's more expensive than your shoes" Barnes said briefly as he stepped into the elevator with the six mothers heading to the 7th floor. A young mother turned to Barnes who was still carrying Amanda, "What floor do you want? let me pick up the number. I see, you have no intention of letting go of your wife"

The other five mothers smiled broadly at Barnes and Amanda with witty eyes as if they wanted to make jokes but, not knowing each other, so the group of mothers can only throw a big smile at Amanda and Barnes.

Amanda harrumphed and then she hissed, "Down me!"

However, Barnes flinched and said to the young mother, "Floor ten, please"

"Alright" The mother who looked the youngest among the five other mothers immediately pushed the number ten.

"You're the newlyweds?" ask the young mother.

"True" said Barnes and Amanda could only smile awkwardly at the group of mothers by whispering to Barnes, "get me down!" Amanda is back.

Barnes looked at Amanda and shook his head, "You're not wearing footwear. The floor's cold so, I'm not gonna drop you until we get into our room, honey"

On the seventh floor all the mothers came out of the elevator with a nod of their heads and smiles Barnes and Amanda and one of the mothers said, "Take care of your marriage, huh?!"

The elevator door would close tightly but, successfully held back by Jorge's hand. And the five Jays got into the elevator and Jude said, "We'll protect you. Sorry if we were late"

Jake stupefied Amanda and asked, "Why is the redhead, so pretty tonight?'"

"Let your eyes go down Jake! Don't look at my wife any longer!" Barnes immediately growled in annoyance and Jake immediately said, "Hehehehe, sorry"

"True Mister Jake said, What a beautiful lady tonight" Joy said with a forced smile because, deep down, she was still unwilling, her idol, her handsome Commander, she was not, married to a woman he thought was strange and incompetent

"Thank you" Amanda said with a forced smile because she knew Joy never liked her.

The elevator stops on the tenth floor and Barnes immediately rushes to the Super VVIP room that Leon has ordered as he presses his shirt button to whisper that Amanda is in danger and he intends to stayed at The Rain's hotel that night. Leon immediately sent SOS to the five Jays on guard outside the hotel and immediately booked a VVIP super room on the tenth floor, number 108. It was Barnes' favorite room when the handsome and dashing commander was forced to stay at The Rain's hotel.

Barnes puts Amanda in a hotel room and she and the five Jays check the state of the room and all can then breathe a sigh of relief knowing that the room is sterile from all eavesdropping devices and dangerous devices othersmore.

Amanda was impressed by the professional attitude shown by Barnes and the five Jays. The door of the room was knocked by someone and Jake immediately opened the door when he found out, Leon who came after he looked at the small black dot attached to the door.

Leon brought a change of clothes for Amanda and Barnes. Amanda grabs the bag carried by Leon and rushes to the bathroom to change clothes.

Jake then said to Barnes, "Me and my friends will sleep in the next room and will take turns guarding the night. You're enjoying your alone time with the red guy, hehehe" Jake pats Barnes on the shoulder and rushes his friends out of Barnes' room. And Barnes could only growl in annoyance.

Barnes turned to Leon who was still standing straight in front of him, "There's still something you want to say?"

Leon gasped in surprise and said, "Ah! no sir, excuse me. I'm in the next room if you need me" Leon immediately runs away from Barnes' room.

The handsome commander then turned around and immediately cursed and cursed Leon because, Leon brought a change of clothes for Amanda in the form of a dress with thin material and length above the knee with a fairly low collar in the form of a V.

Barnes then scooped up the rough face of his handsome face and rushed to the bathroom to splash his head with cold water. Barnes muttered softly, "Why do I feel like a newlywed running out of a wedding reception and about to have my first night with my wife in this hotel room, huh? fuckin' hell! what kind of mind is this?" Barnes directly hit himself on the head and lingered on his head with cold water.

Amanda went inside the blanket to cover the thin and mini dress she was wearing that night muttering, "Tonight will be a very long night for me"
