They're back at the hotel. There won't be any more street events for a while as Rin will start filming tomorrow.
Rin retraced the scene for tomorrow as it was her first shoot with a Japanese crew accustomed to being on time. Rin felt he could not make many mistakes.
Rei, Rio, Ren and Ricka understand and do not bother Rin. Rei and Rio were busy editing the video. Two players played as usual.
Bend day.
Jun escorted Rin to the set. Rin introduced himself again.
"HajimemashiteHome. Watashi wa Rin. Go Sai desu's. Yoroshiku onegaishimasu." Rin put both hands in front of his stomach and bent his body so that it formed 90 degrees with his feet.
Rin then greets Sho, his co-star in a movie his age.
"Sho-kun." Rin approached Sho. Sho also approached Rin. "Rin-chan." It's the first day they meet physically after all this time they've met through zoom.
*Kun: calls for boys in Japan. Can also be replaced -chan like Shin-chan.
Rin and Sho wait for their turn.
The scene was taken in daycare.
Rin and Sho's turn to shoot.
"Ready. Actions." The director gave aba-aba.
"Today we have a new friend. He is a bit shy and for now he is not fluent in Japanese," said the teacher in daycare.
"Sakura's." The teacher called Sakura.
Rin who plays Sakura introduces herself shyly. "Hello." He hid behind the body of his teacher.
Sakura is a crossbred child with an American father and a Japanese mother who has since been born living in America.
"Sakura sat next to Ken, yes. Ken, help Sakura yeah," their teacher said.
"Sakuras. Kochi (here)." Ken called Sakura.
"Okay. Cut." The director ended the shoot. They looked back at the scene footage. "Good." The director felt that he had chosen the wrong casting.
The scene resumes a few days later when Sakura and Ken begin to get along. Sakura doesn't really understand Japanese. Ken doesn't really understand English either. But they can be good friends.
In Himawari's (sunflower) classroom where Sakura and Ken are.
Sakura runs away from Ken. Sakura accidentally breaks the vase. "Prance ..."
A teacher came in. "Who broke the vase?"
Ken raised his hand. Sakura saw. "not him. It's me." Sakura admitted her mistake.
"So who actually broke the vase?"
Ken raised his hand. He doesn't want Sakura to be blamed.
"Okay. Cut."
The director saw another recording of the scene. Again he was satisfied.
The next scene was in front of the daycare. There is a playground that contains swings, slides and others.
Filming began when Sakura had just entered daycare.
*The filming process usually does not sequence according to the storyline. Usually according to place. So, when for example there is a scene in the park at the beginning and end of the story, they will shoot in the park for the beginning of the story and then continue the scene at the end of the story.
Sakura saw the swing of many fans. He could not enjoy the swing. Then he went away.
Ken approached. "Sakura likes swings?" Ken pointed at the swing.
Sakura nodded. Ken then took Sakura's hand and carried her to the front of the swing. Ken boldly asked his friend who was on the swing to change with Sakura.
"This is for you." Ken gave his lollipop to change the swing. Friend agrees. Sakura can finally ride. Ken swung Sakura who was sitting on the swing.
"Okay. Cut."
