The car carrying Dion, Ira, and Arvin slowed down as soon as it entered the gates of the Sebastian Family residence. The car then stopped in front of the house to lower its resting place before finally the car was placed in the carport by the driver.
Micah who had been waiting anxiously in the living room immediately came out when he saw his daughter get out of the car.
"Dear Qilla, how are you doing, son?" micah asked, holding her two shoulders to scan the tiny body and making sure she was in good health. Micah could not help but cry when he saw the bruises and some scratches on the body of his beloved daughter.
"Definitely hurts, honey?" micah asked with teary eyes.
Ira nodded. "A little bit" he answered while still smiling, though his tears still gushed out. "But being able to see and see Mommy again, all this means nothing to me."
Micah hugged his daughter tightly. Any mother would not have the heart to see her beloved daughter get hurt. Especially since childhood Micah never pinched let alone hit Ira. And now he must see his beloved, beloved, and cherished daughter hurt by others. It was heartache that Micah felt today as a mother.
"I'm okay, Mom. This wound is not so painful, so Mommy do not cry anymore, yes" said Ira.
Micah nodded and wiped his tears.
"I'm sorry, Auntie, because I can't take good care of Ira and make her like this" Arvin said, standing to Ira's right.
Micah took off his embrace and looked at Arvin. "Tante knows this is out of your control, so don't apologize because it's not your fault" Micah replied.
"I heard your sister was also depressed because of this incident. How's he doing now?" micah asked his son-in-law.
"He has started to improve and is rather calm" replied Arvin.
"May your brother recover soon, Vin. We'll see him later" Micah added and got a nod from Arvin.
"Thank you, Auntie" said Arvin.
"Mas, you weren't hurt either, were you?" now it's Dion's turn who has been standing on Ira's left side to get questions from Micah.
"No" Dion replied briefly.
Micah knew her husband was holding deep anger. Compared to him, Dion would feel more pain if he saw his sons hurt.
"Be careful, Vin," Micah said.
"My brother came home first, yes" said Arvin to his fiancee.
"Be careful, sir. Don't forget to let me know when we get home!" answer Ira
"Yes. Assalammualaikum all of them."
"Waalaikummussalam warahmatullahi wabarakatuh," answered Ira and Micah simultaneously.
Arvin was running a little to his car. After boarding, he looked back at Ira and her family while waving his hands.
"What's up, Mom? How silent?" micah asked as Arvin's car was no longer visible.
"I feel like I'm still very angry with the guy who got my daughter hurt. Especially when I imagine how scared our daughter was when that damned woman told people to harass my daughter. I really can't accept that" Dion replied as he pressed his teeth.
Micah rubbed his summers chest. "I know, Mas. I feel the same way. But, wasn't he already shot dead by the police?"
"It was a death that was too easy for him," Dion replied resentfully.
"Mas, please take care of everything that has happened, even if it is difficult, the most important thing is that now our daughter has gathered with us again in good health. Hm?" Micah also felt the same pain as her husband, but she kept trying to calm her husband.
"Mommy's right, Daddy. Daddy should be grateful that I can still be back with Daddy and Mommy safe, try if I come back just stay nam.... "
"Hustt's." Micah put his index finger over Ira's lips while shaking.
Ira flanks the arms of daddy and his mommy. "Now forget everything, let's go inside I'm hungry" Ira asked.
Micah and Dion smiled. Yes, they should also learn to make everything happen that their daughters can accept.
