“Mocktail?” angel asked when she saw Louis ordering a glass of non-alcoholic beverages in a famous bar that is often visited by many people from the upper middle class. Although he had only first seen the mocktail form directly—have only ever seen from the internet site, but Angel knew if the drink was not intoxicating. Different from cocktails and wine.
Louis smiled faintly, no alcohol. He's already removed it from his list of favorite drinks. He did not repeat the mistake a second time. Nor does he want to destroy himself and the future of others, even though what has happened to him and the Gita, is the Gita who trapped him to destroy his relationship with the woman he loved so much, Claritas.
“Eum. I was drinking alcohol. You can drink whatever you want. Let me pay you later.”
Angel is not a rich girl who can sit at the bar and order expensive drinks. The main factor he was not interested in the rows of bottles of high-end, intoxicatingly labeled drinks was, because he was not a lover of alcohol and the like. He only came here because Louis invited him after a meeting with an important client a while ago.
In the dim lighting of the night inside the bar, Angel can still see the figure of Louis who looks upset. The man's beautiful face looked so broken.
It is not new news that Louis has just broken up with his beloved whom he loves very much. Angel even knows well the woman who once occupied and became the number one in Louis's heart. He had followed the lunge of the boss' love story with his lover who now belongs to another man.
“I can't drink alcohol sir.”
Louis turned to Angel, staring at the features that had accompanied his career for about five years. Louis secretly chuckled.
“Tau so, earlier we went to the cafe aja, Ngel.” kelakar Louis who was greeted with laughter by the twenty-five-year-old girl.
“Bapak did not say, anyway.” protest, do not want to be a suspect to blame.
“Ah, yes. I was wrong.
Angel chuckles. He looked back at his boss's face. A face that is not only beautiful, but also patient and kind. Yes, Louis is that perfect, but still good at romance.
“Yes already, you pesen mocktail only. Same as mine.” continued Louis with laughter stretched across her sexy pink lips.
“Thank you, but sorry, I am not trying the drink.” Angel replied while pointing at Louis' tall glass that had started to dew.
Louis' laughter again echoed. Laughter that is so subtle when greeting the auditory Indra. Angel imagined, how lucky Caca who had heard Louis's expensive laughter during that time. Ten years, Angel heard the news how long his boss had been in a relationship with his girlfriend who is now running aground.
Why did Angel call Louis' laughter so expensive? Because Louis rarely laughed, the man only pinned a smile when with others.
“Ya already, pesen juice aja.”
“There yes?” asked Angel wonder, he then dizzy staring at the rack containing bottles lined up behind the bartender table. Impossible, Louis must be working on it.
“There.” said Louis then raised his right hand and a handsome bartender approached the two of them. “One glass of juice ... ” Louis turns his eyes on Angel while tapping the table, making it conditional for Angel to tell about the type of drink he wants.
Not answering, the Angel-age bartender only formed a pattern that hinted okay with the index finger and thumb forming the letter O.
“I guess here does not sell juice.” whispered Angel close his face on the shoulder side of Louis. Too noisy, it might become a laughingstock and humiliate Louis if angel said out loud.
An explosion of laughter came from Louis' lips. He was a little entertained by Angel's ignorance about the bar which is believed to be a little local-faced women who sell only alcoholic beverages.
“There are, but not many options. Surely all bars provide just in case there are visitors who can not consume alcohol like you.” said Louis gave enlightenment that is so easily understood by Angel.
After being satisfied to laugh together on one side of Angel's naive, Louis finally put on a flat face again.
“Ngel,”
“Eung?”
“If eg—”
Louis paused, hung up his words and let Angel wait for a while.
“Ah, not so.”
Angel looked compassionately at her badly broken boss. He had no idea what the problem was causing Louis and Caca to split up. But this man in front of him looked so hurt. This guy looks desperate.
“Father want to tell me something?”
At once Louis raised his gaze and highlighted Angel.
“I am willing to listen. Or, if possible I will provide a solution.”
Louis smiled at jumawa. He grabbed one of Angel's arms and rubbed gently.
“Thank you for the offer. But I can't tell you anything. Sorry.”
Angel could understand. But his heart was so troubled with a very very uncomfortable feeling when he saw Louis like this. Nor could he have done much because Louis refused to tell stories. He can't possibly force it too, Angel is conscious of the position, he knows who he is Dimata Louis.
“Good. But, do not forget if you have a problem that weighs on your mind, you can tell me.” said Angel ensured with a serious look. “Bapak can find me if indeed you are in need. I am ready to be a listener for complaints, whenever you want.” []
