Trings....
Dania who was busy with a hairdryer in her hand stopped for a moment when she heard the incoming message from one of the phones on the nightstand, where her phone and her husband's phone were.
He only looked at her for a moment from the mirror, then resumed his activities. However, before long back sound of a streak of flat object was heard. To make him curious, his hand moved to turn off the hair dryer, then approached the place where the sound came from..
It was the husband's phone that sounded. At first, he intended to ignore but after finding out who the sender of the message was. Finally, he intended to open the message. And how surprised he was to see the contents of that message.
''Devan, how are you?''
"Devan, I have something. You must be smirk."
"Two days, I'm home. We spend time together again like that, yeah...."
"I also want to meet Aunt Sekar."
"And this is something, taraaa....''
The last message, the woman sent a photo that Dania said was very friendly, for the size of a pair of friends. He squeezed that thing. A sense of heat spread throughout his body suddenly.
''What are you doing, Nia?" asked Devan who just came out of the bathroom with a towel wrapped around his waist.
Not caring about the husband's words, Dania immediately replied to all his messages.
''I'm married!"
Then throw the rough thing into the bed just like that.
Devan who saw his wife's behavior could only frown in confusion. Why is his phone the target, why not his own. The man immediately picked up the thing to look at the contents. Simultaneously a notification sounds if the message Dania has been replied by the sender earlier.
Devan skimmed, then put the phone back in place with no intention of replying.
''Just reply, it's okay" said Dania flatly.
''Nothing but his face is scuffed so much like a shirt never ironed," Devan replied while wearing clothes that had been prepared before.
Not wanting to respond, the woman intended to leave from there. But unfortunately, his movements lost quickly with a burly hand that blocked his hand.
''Where are you going?''
''Look for the wind" replied Dania.
''Why is it here?" devan asked accompanied by his mischievous smile.
''Bright, suddenly hot." Dania still had a sullen face.
''The AC, the flame. It's also morning. Hot coke," tease Devan.
''Think to yourself!" Dania took off the heavy hand.
''You jealous?" devan asked, bringing his face closer.
Dania looked away. He did not want to be swayed by the man's temptation.
The loud noise distracted the couple's attention. Dania just grunted annoyedly.
''Surely the woman was because the message was not answered."
Dania's frustration grew when she saw Devan approaching the object.
''Hurry there! I'm waiting outside. Lazy look at dating people."
"Here you go, with me. We'll listen together to what he's gonna say." Devan pulled the wife's hand, then took her to sit on the single sofa in the room.
''Where do I sit?" dania asked in annoyance because her husband had already occupied the place.
Without warning, Devan pulled his wife's hand to his confession. Then picked up the phone that had been screaming.
''Hallo."
''Oh my gosh, Devan. Where are you from, anyway? I'm calling from earlier not picked up." The irritated tone of a woman across there greeted the sense of hearing for the first time.
''What's up?'' asked Devan flatly.
''What did your reply mean? You said it's still a long time to marry that woman." Sandra asked in the same tone.
Dania who heard that, immediately looked at the man beside her. Devan signals Dania not to make a sound.
''Why indeed? I just need my parents' blessing. My mom already said 'yes', so I'll just get on with it as soon as possible."
''I can't do that, Van," he said.
''You should have told me first the cake, lack that news," he replied with a fiery reply.
Dania frowned hearing that. "Why does a possessive boyfriend look like a couple?"
''Who am I, then? Must report all. You're just my best friend, aren't you, San?"
Without answering the caller replace the call with a video call. Without hesitation as well, Devan picked him up.
''Hai, Sandra, '' said hello to Devan in the same position, holding his wife, while Dania only showed a clumsy smile.
Intended to move but the burly hand immediately pressed his waist firmly.
Sandra don't ask, how she reacted. His face was flushed red, then immediately looked away like he was reluctant to see the sight.
''What's up to changing the call?" devan asked casually.
He even embraced the waist of the woman in front of him with a friendly, leaning his chin on the shoulder of the wife as if showing affection to her friend.
Sandra's face looked increasingly gloomy, yet she tried to cover up with her sweet smile.
''You don't work, Van?''
"Work but still morning so friendly first. Unfortunately there are enemies with gurgles," he chirped lightly without burden.
Dania looked away to cover her hot face. He did not expect this man to say that. He is not a child who does not know the meaning of 'dark' that Devan says. Must be about relationships....
Just imagine, it is embarrassing, what if you feel directly.
''Oh, red her, San."
Dania hit hard on the burly chest in front of her. He drowned his face there.
''Shy cat. Keinget last night until the morning. Good thing it wasn't bad." Devan increasingly aggressively launched his action, occasionally his eyes glanced at the woman who was contacting him.
''Devan, do not have to show off my same affection," he cried loudly.
Perhaps his voice filled the room he occupied.
''Oh, yes he said two more days to go home, what's up?" devan asked gently stroking the head of the woman still leaning against his chest.
''Not so!"
After saying that, Sandra simply turned off the connection. From the last tone of his speech, it was obvious that the woman was harboring a deep vexation.
''You are so ignorant" said Dania, hitting her husband's arm slowly.
''Well, how?"
''She looked so sprained earlier. Don't he have the same feelings for you."
''Indeed," Devan replied casually.
Dania looked questioningly at her husband.
''Your gaze.... Your smile...."
Devan mimicked the sound of a trending song on a black app his wife used to watch.
Dania gaped in disbelief to hear it, not expecting if this man also followed the trend of young people today.
''Don't look at me like that. I memorized that song because of you too."
''You know, he has the same taste as you?" ask Dania.
''Because he once said his feelings but I refused him. We are just friends no more. Slow down, I give her understanding, 'don't break this friendship with love'. He's a spoiled kid, so have to be extra patient to deal with him" Devan said.
Dania's facial features turned sour after hearing her husband's explanation.
''Kok moody?''
''I'm afraid he took you from me." Dania lowered her head.
''Hey, don't worry. Right now, you are the woman who reigns in my heart, not her" Devan said, lifting her chin.
For a moment, their eyes locked onto each other. Dania swallowed a spit of cheek, as if a large stone was sticking up her throat.
''We're having bad luck, we're late." Dania immediately got out of the lap of the husband, then took the origin of his bag, then passed from the room with the heart beating uncontrollably.
