Arka takes Sania around the city on a motorcycle to avoid the pursuit of the Coki gang. After a long tour, they finally arrived at an open field near the airstrip. Arka got off the bike and saw Sania who was still sitting on the bench on the bike, making him astonished.

"Why don't you come down?" asked Arka.

"My feet are tingling and numb, so I can't go down."

After some time Arka finally brings Sania to a nursing home. They entered a room where a grandmother was sitting on the bed.

The grandmother was seen being persuaded by the nurse to take medicine, but the grandmother refused loudly. Sania also saw Arka looking at the grandmother with attention. Then the nurse saw Arka's arrival and approached her.

"Arca... Thank goodness you've come, she won't eat medicine, and says she'll take it if you're around."

Arka took food and medicine for the grandmother.

Arka's grandmother searches for the whereabouts of Susan, Arka's mother, then sees Sania standing up and calls her to sit with her. Sania approached Arka's grandmother in confusion because she called her Susan.

" Susan, you just came?." Sania simply nodded and smiled doubtfully.

Arka approached Sania who looked puzzled and said,

"Grandmother thought you were my mother" said Arka.

"Raka, you should bring your wife here often, so that I may see her more often. Also you are newlyweds and must visit your parents often, so that you get a do'a for the permanence of your marriage, understand."

"Alright, Grandma... Now grandma has to take medicine and rest."

When Arka gives her grandmother medicine, the nurse approaches Sania and praises Arka as a devoted granddaughter for taking care of her elderly, elderly, and senile grandmother.

Sania is moved to hear Arka's story and tries to encourage her.

Sania went to the gate and thanked Arka.

Arka remembers something and calls Kenzi and tells him that sure enough, Coki has made Sania a target for her revenge. Then Arka asks Kenzi and Nino to meet him.
