The girl widened her eyes when she saw the ten arts in Om Robert's house carrying all the dirty dishes into the kitchen. They seem to share the task, there are five arts that bring dirty dishes and glasses from the yard into the kitchen, and the rest of the task of washing and drying all the cutlery before being put back in the kitchen cabinet. In the wet kitchen, there is a rectangular table made of elegant black marble with white veins, on top of which is full of reddish dishes. There were some maggots moving on those plates.
“Hoeks..”
The girl felt nauseous and wanted to vomit instantly, she covered her mouth with her hands tightly, her face instantly flushed red.
“Could they eat raw meat?”muttered Aya while peeking out from behind the kitchen window.
“The meat started to rot anyway. Ciih..”.
The girl felt disgusted to see the scenery in the kitchen, there was a feeling of horror mixed with curiosity that made her want to know the mystery behind all this.
They looked cheerfully happy cleaning all the kitchen utensils without much ado. Surprisingly they work like a machine, neat, fast, and rigid. Maya dips to see if Om Robert or Ryan will catch her. The girl grew curious when one of the art men poured a drink from the refrigerator into their glass, and the water that came out was also red.
“Blood? Or syrup?”the girl's mind with the beating heart is getting faster.
Maya grew curious and took a wooden block to tiptoe. The window was quite high, and the kitchen door was closed.
“Braak..”
The wooden beam flipped over, the girl almost fell down, thankfully Maya nimbly jumped up and ran for shelter. An art opened the door and went out. Maya watches him from a distance, hiding behind a wall that leads to the backyard. A very dark and creepy room, and smelled of garbage. Maya looked back, a very high pile of trash.
“Waduh..Definitely soon the art is headed here. He'll throw the trash in here. Die me,”shout Maya in heart.
The art was in a daze and went out to pick up the wooden block, lifted the wooden block and carried it into the kitchen. Maya hastily climbs up the tree to take cover, she is afraid of being caught by them. From the top of the tree, the girl looked down, sure enough she brought the other 9 arts to scatter around to find out who had just used the wooden beams to peek at their activities. The girl's heart was beating ten times faster than usual, especially when one of the arts turned his head up. The girl hid herself behind thick leaves.
“Kreek.”
Suddenly the sound of branches on it being stepped on, Maya turned her body backwards, seeing her pair of eyes scouting her in the darkness. The girl broke out in a cold sweat, her heart as if it had stopped beating at that moment. He was about to scream but in his custody. His life was like coming out of the mouth of a lion, into the mouth of a crocodile. He looked down, the ten arts were still scattered and busy looking for the wood block wearer.
Maya was resigned when that night she had to die.
“Stupid me!Why not fall asleep after the party?”mumbled Maya while regretting herself.
His tears began to wet his cheeks, he could only pray and hope that God would prolong his life.
Maya had not had time to shout, the person behind her had smothered her mouth tightly and raised her up high. His low blood disease returned, his head was dizzy and his stomach was nauseous, his view was dark and starry. He could only stare at a handsome handsome man who lifted his body into the sky and carried it flying so that he could see the night sky closer.
“May..It's me,Ryan.”
“I almost died made,”sahut Maya resisted sobs.
“Other times do not need to kepo with art life in this house. They work without ever asking for a vacation like other art when Lebaran,” Ryan explained.
“Thank you Ryan,”tap the girl while entering her room and closing it back.
Maya is frightened, she runs while occasionally looking back to find out the location of the opponent who is chasing her. Breathing heavily, the girl hid behind a large tree that had wooden eyes. Maya sits below him, her eyeballs turned to examine the entire forest that was now in front of her. The nearby wooden eyes changed into the appearance of an old grandmother with a crooked nose. The girl closed her mouth tightly to keep her screams from catching up. His breathing seemed to stop, he ran back to find another hiding place.
“Pursue the girl!”shouted one of the art while holding a large knife commonly used to cut meat.
“You split north. You guys head south and west. I'm heading east,”the most ordered art has gray hair in its hair.
Maya tries to climb up the tree with great difficulty by climbing the tree trunk and stepping on its prominent part as a step. Her clothes were still the maroon kimono she wore when she was about to sleep.
“Auw..”yelling Maya with a clean.
His knees hurt even though he was wearing kimono trousers. His shoulders were so thin that the rough trunk of the banyan tree had injured his soft skin. Banyan roots dangle to the ground. In addition to having roots buried in the soil, banyan trees have hanging roots that come out of each branching and serve for breathing. The girl puffed her head up, the banyan tree was very thick, she could not see anything, because it all looked dark.
“After morning. Let me sit asleep on the tree,” his mummy while holding tightly to one of the branches wide enough.
A small-bodied art stood under the banyan tree in a wink, occasionally his head turned upward. Maya hides behind the busiest branches of leaves so that they are invisible. But the art remained below even sitting under a tree while holding a knife whose tip was very pointed.
“Where can I ask Ryan for help? My phone was left in the room, ” complained Maya while shedding tears.
“In the meantime Maya will follow papa and mama to Heaven,”batinnya while closing eyes full of resignation.
The girl very much hoped that soon the roosters would crow, the birds would sing cheerfully, and the rays of the sun rose from the eastern horizon. Waiting for three hours seemed three centuries, the girl's knees began to tremble because of aches for hours bent on the tree. Fingers of his hands began to stiff because later gripped the branches of the tree.
Maya lowered her head carefully while holding on tightly, her sight of the art below began to bow.
“Maybe sleeping, but if I go down must pass him and he carries a knife,”murm Aya while crying.
The girl looked up, there was a pair of eyes lurking from behind the leaves. The surrounding leaves moved, the girl hoping Ryan would come to her aid. There was some kind of hanging root at the top of the tree, it looked dark because the sun had not appeared yet. Now the roots are longer dangling in front of Maya and it turns out it is hair. Maya looks up, an old grandmother with a pus-filled face and dark eye circles, her teeth grinning looking dirty, her clothes white dangling, and her legs unseen.
‘Kun..Kuntilanak!”maya shouted without being able to hold back her scream.
The petite-bodied art under the tree woke up and gazing up, he still held the knife in his right hand.
Maya has only two options, fight the kuntilanak on top or fight the vampire under the tree.
“Ryan help me! Ryan help me!”he screamed over and over until his neck hurt.
His cold sweat began to drench his face and his entire body, his heart racing and his life seemed to have floated in half. Maya breaks up and tries to escape.
“Bruuk..”.
Finally the girl fell out of bed, she opened her eyes, the wall clock still showing two o'clock at night. Sprawled on a cold marble floor, Maya tries to catch her breath one by one, realizing everything is just a dream. But it seems like it really happened.
