My Brother's Bed Rattles
Mona Gives Birth

"Thank you very much, Ma'am. I promise I will never repeat my mistake again" Mona said before the woman left the residence of Risa and Ayden.

"Yes. It's better, Mona. I wish this would never happen again. Enough once and do not repeat it for the second time," said Risa.

Mona nodded slowly then immediately turned around. The woman started to step up and started to move away from Risa who was staring at her in front of the door. However, not a few steps Mona left the place, suddenly she grimaced in pain. Mona sat in the front yard of Risa's house while hugging her big belly.

"Oh my God, it hurts so much!" his moans.

"Mona, what's wrong with you?" Risa runs over to Mona in pain.

"Beldom, Ma'am. It hurt, it hurt!" he said with his lips shaking violently.

"Oh yes, God! Don't tell me you're going to give birth?" Lisa started to panic.

"It looks like it is, Ma'am!" Mona, who was unable to endure the pain, suddenly fell to the ground in a curled up position.

The panicked Risa, finally shouted out to the security guards who were standing guard in front of the fence. The security guards immediately ran over to Risa after hearing a call from her.

"What's up, Non?"

"Please, Mom! Please help my sister. Mas please lift my sister and the other Mas, please ask the driver to prepare. We have to get her to the hospital immediately" Risa said.

"Good, Non."

One of the security guards immediately raised Mona's body with great difficulty. He then took her into a car that was ready to take them to the maternity Hospital. After Mona was successfully inserted, Risa immediately followed and sat down beside Mona.

"Sick, Mom! Oh, it hurts!" moa complained with her eyes closed enjoying the pain of contractions that were happening to her.

"You better not complain, Mona. Pray or read the holy verse you remember" said Risa, trying to remind.

"Akhhh, but this hurts so much, Ma'am!" sahut Mona with a higher tone.

"Yes, all the women who have given birth also feel that way, Mona. When I gave birth to Lily, I felt the same way, too" Risa explained.

Instead of listening to Risa's words, Mona continued to grimace in pain while complaining. Not only did he get there, the more pain he felt, the more it ripped Mona's mouth. He even began to berate Arga who did not see the trunk of his nose.

"Bas on a traitorous man! The link is just delicious. The turn of the pain, he doesn't even have his nose!" he shouted half.

Risa could only shake her head and look at her foster sister carefully.

It turns out Mona's swearing is not enough in the car alone. Now he continues his vows to the delivery room. Now the target of his anger is the nurses who are now handling him.

"I'm sorry my sister, Sister," Risa told one of the nurses in charge of handling Mona's birth.

"It's okay, Ma'am. This has happened a lot" the nurse replied with a smile. After the delivery room door was closed, Risa immediately contacted her adoptive parents to tell how Mona was.

Not long ago.

The couple Mr. Abdi and Ms. Lidia arrived at the Hospital with anxious faces. They immediately approached Risa who was sitting alone outside the maternity room.

"Geez, kid. How's sister? Is she okay?"

"He's still inside, Mom."

"Mom will come inside" said Ms. Lydia as she walked away and into the delivery room to accompany Mona. While Mr. Abdi sat beside Risa with an anxious face.

"I'm sorry Mona, Ris. I know what your sister did is not worth forgiving. However, now he really has regretted it and I hope you will forgive all his mistakes to you," said Mr. Abdi.

Risa breathed a heavy breath. "That's it, Dad, don't talk about it anymore. Anyway I've found my happiness elsewhere and hopefully Mona will."

Mr. Abdi looked at Risa with teary eyes and then patted her adopted son gently on the shoulder. "Thank you, son. I don't know what else to say" he said.

Hours passed, but there were no signs of a baby from Mona. Mr. Abdi was increasingly anxious and unceasingly offered prayers for the safety of his son and future grandson.

Eventually the door of the room opened. Ms. Lydia came out of the room and ran over to Mr. Abdi. She hugged her husband while sobbing.

"W-What's up, Mom?" ask Mr. Abdi in wonder.

"Our grandson, Dad. Our grandson was born with imperfect conditions" said Ms. Lydia in between sobs.

"Not perfect how?" pekik Pak Abdi while breaking his wife's embrace.

"He's a cripple, Dad. Our granddaughter is flawed and strangely Mona seems to have deliberately allowed that to happen. It's appropriate that Mona always refused if asked to check the womb to the doctor," said Ms. Lydia.

"Geez, Mona!"
