POV Nabila
Without feeling like I've been in school for 1 month. You could say this is a very good school, yes at least it's my personal assessment that compares with my old school when I was in Junior High School.
My relationship with Andi is also getting closer, I am happy to finally meet a guy who has principles so that he and I will not be involved in relationships. Is our relationship purely a friend or maybe we can get closer? At least it still takes a long time.
“it will mbakaka...!!!”
“beautiful once in a day!!”
“if he cooked for me!!!”
“aah don't dream luu...!!!”
All the commotion of this audience is mentioned by the person who was the topic of my discussion with Mbak Dinda and my childhood friend Acha.
From the outside I can see him as a committee in the drawing race.
Based on the module, this competition requires participants to draw with the theme of independence, format size 1280x720 pixels, and given time for 2 hours. I think it's pretty heavy to do. For people who have never felt drawing, 2 hours is a very less time.
Simply put like this, someone who is an expert in his field will definitely know which parts to pay attention to. If there is a fault then that part should be repaired and embellished. One part is changed, then it must see the other part is compatible or not? If it does, but if it does not, it must be changed. The problem is that the parts appear quite a lot, so it takes a long time.
“ada again who wants to borrow Tablet Pen?” one of the officers asked us
attendees.
“…”
“ok if no, Lulu please start”
“well, as already notified through the Module. The theme this time is independence. Participants were given 2 hours to draw. The size is 1280x720 pixels and at the end of the image format .jpg, for now there is a question?”
“for the application is mbak-free?” one of the students asked.
“yaa free, pack the application that you have been used to. the important result is format .jpg...there again?”
“…”
“well, because no one else asked. We start now!!!”
The whole group started drawing.
The image design I have thought of is quite simple if it is explained in words. A fighter who attempts to raise a red and white flag to the top of a flagpole in the event that he and his fellow fighters resist enemy attacks to thwart the red and white flag to the top. The problem is I am confused about where to take the point of view? At first I had thought to take from above or commonly called Bird Eye Angel, all precarious circumstances and struggles will be seen drawn. But that point of view made the expressions of the fighters invisible. Then I decided to make a Wide Shot point of view or commonly called Full/Long Shot, a point of view that displays the subject thoroughly with the distance above and below the subject.
First make a sketch or a rough picture, starting from the main subject that is a fighter who tries to raise the flag, then other fighters and the invaders, and then ending with the background.
(this seems like enough.).
Both make a lineart or outline of each subject, simply following from the sketches that have been made. After that, the process is quite simple but must be chosen carefully, namely the selection of colors. Each subject, place and atmosphere must be harmonized so that the processing will take a lot of time. The next step is Shading or shadow. Coloring with the aim of providing lighting to the image. Quite easy to say, but if it is wrong to give a shadow effect produces a work that is not pleasing to the eye. The final step is finishing, checking all angles, small details and anything else so that there are no errors in the results of the image.
5 Steps which if divided by 120 minutes of total time, equals 24 minutes for each step. At first it was my plan, but with Mbak Hana's Tablet Pen and the application drawing its recommendations, it made my process faster.30 minutes had passed and I had completed the second step of the Lineart Process.
(it looks like you have to save up to buy this Tablet Pen and Software.)
A paid application does provide better features than a free application.
The next step is to give the color. With 90 minutes left I hope to finish this process with a maximum of 40 minutes, then another 40 minutes for the Shading process. 10 Minutes of finishing.
(this color is here.. this one is here.. if this one is good here.).
Combination and alignment between colors become the main points, and facilitate the process of giving a shadow effect later.
(ok, looks like other colors are enough.).
I continued the next process which was Shading.
“ini using what app?”
“eh..??” I was shocked and silent. Maybe because of the seriousness level is quite high, making me not aware there is someone approaching my desk. “sorry what is it mbak?”.
“several days mbak”
“serious?”
“iya mbak, because this tablet belongs to my friend”
The night after the race selection, Andi delivered this tablet to me. Of course I got permission from his mom and some nights he taught me the features I need for today.
“so yes...fair then.”.
From his words, it seems he already knows the friend I mean is Andi and Mbaknya is Mbak Hana. I've heard from Mbak Hana that Mbak Lulu is a childhood friend of Andi, their closeness at that time was very close but forced to separate because of something. Andi confirmed the story when I told it, He even added small details such as the cry of little Lulu.
“please continue..”.
“iya mbak thanks..”
After taking a close look, I still can't believe that this elegant, beautiful and dignified Little Sister Lulu used to be a clumsy little girl.
**
“ok everyone, time is up. Please get rid of your Pen and start Uploading images to the provided drive. More than 3 minutes then it is considered not to send images.”.
My picture is done with 4 minutes left, then with the time left I send the picture.
“who have collected, are allowed to leave this room. Thank you for your participation.” Lulu's mom is down.
Outside, the number of spectators did not decrease.
“how is the sheep?” Andi came to see me after I was quite far away from the crowd.
“yaa that way, for a few nights has been taught by Mbak Hana. It could finish in 2 hours less”,
“i don't really understand about this but it seems fine kan”
“haha..honestly, pretend to know also what”.
We continued talking while heading to class.
“so why not join any race Ndi?”
“want to focus on seeing other abilities that students/i have in our class in addition to learning”
“what is it for?”
“for now, want to know..”.
It seems like he is currently still reluctant to tell me.
“so yaa... tomorrow pay close attention”.
“yaa, because tomorrow is the last day and the race that requires physical will be competed”.
“don't forget to enjoy too..”.
“if that, I already enjoy by helping you”
“thank..”.
The afternoon ended the race on the second day. Tomorrow it looks like I will accompany Andi when I see all the matches. Considering tomorrow I don't have any tasks, so watching with him is more exciting.
Saturday afternoon the majority of men in my class are preparing to participate in a race that is very often contested throughout Indonesia. A race that requires teamwork to reach the top, and a fairly simple race for ~~~~played. His name is…
