Meanwhile, at Keanu's residence

Keanu sat alone in his personal space while daydreaming. His gaze was empty and in his mind there was only Naila. I don't know why he felt so much longing for the girl. He should be happy because Melisa is back with him. However, that happiness was not felt at all since Naila left.

And now, only their wedding rings would be her longing cure to Naila. As of now, Keanu was still playing his wedding ring with Naila who had been in his grasp since. Sometimes he kissed Naila's ring while saying the girl's name.

Suddenly, Keanu takes off his wedding ring with Melisa and replaces it with Naila's. Keanu smiled knotingly while muttering. "Naila, if only I hadn't wasted you, you might still be with me."

Suddenly the door of his room was opened by someone from outside. "Darling, come! I'm ready," cried Melisa with a warm smile.

Keanu immediately keeps his ring and Naila's in his desk drawer so Melisa doesn't see it. After that he got up and approached Melisa who was still standing in front of the door.

"Alright, now let's go," said Keanu as he clasped Melisa's slender waist and walked together towards the front yard.

Today Keanu and Melisa will pay a visit to the Obstetrician. Because today is Melisa's schedule to check her pregnancy.

On the way to the Obstetrician's practice, Melisa continued to babble. There were so many requests to the husband when their child was born. Keanu did not respond too much, he only replied to her by muttering, 'Ehmm'. In the end, Melisa was very upset.

"Keanu darling! Why do you just answer every question I have with 'Ehmm'? Are you unhappy with our future child?!" upset Melisa while staring at the face of Keanu who is still focused on driving forward his car.

"Keep I have to say what? It's impossible right, I have to reject all your requests to me?" sahut Keanu was indifferent. He was still looking straight ahead without turning his head to Melisa who was getting annoyed after hearing her answer.

Melisa exhaled a rough breath then turned her gaze away. Now Melisa's eyes are on Keanu's hand who is holding the steering wheel. More precisely, his eyes were fixed on Keanu's ring finger which looked different than usual.

"Keanu?" Melisa furrowed both of her eyebrows, "where is our wedding ring? And this is what?! Whose ring are you wearing?!Don't tell me this ring is your wedding ring with that stupid girl, yeah!"

Melisa's really inflamed. His face even reddened, staring at Keanu. Keanu exhaled heavily then pulled his car over to the side of the road.

"Already Melisa, I'm tired of facing your tough attitude! It's just a ring thing! Last morning, in a hurry, I took my ring wrong! And this is no one's wedding ring! It's just my ring! Understand?!" hardik Keanu did not want to lose.

Keanu again exhaled a rough breath then threw his gaze towards the front. He was tired of facing the arrogant attitude of Melisa who was getting here more and more.

Melisa was annoyed that Keanu had already started to dare to snap at her. He stroked his stomach which had begun to protrude while sobbing. "Did you see your Daddy, honey? He's already started talking rudely to Mommy. Maybe he doesn't love us anymore" he said.

Keanu revived the engine of his car then drove off without caring about Melisa's perfect acting.

Naila is in the Obstetrician's room with Aunt Mira. Adnan waited outside while playing his phone.

"How, Doc? How are my grandchildren doing, are they all in good health?" aunty Mira asked excitedly to the Doctor.

The doctor smiled knot. "The babies are healthy, Mom. And their condition is also very good, be it fetal weight, head circumference and others." said Doctor.

Aunt Mira frowned, "Just a moment, Doc! Her babies? Doctor mean my grandson is more than one?!" ask Aunt Mira.

Aunt Mira rounded her eyes. He even covered his mouth which was also rounded with both hands. "Ah, I'm so happy! Finally my house will be bustling with the cries and laughter of two babies!" aunt Mira exclaimed with half a shout.

Naila was no less happy. She even shed tears of happiness after learning that two lives were growing inside her womb.

After a few minutes, the examination was finally completed. Naila and Aunt Mira immediately walked out of the room with excited faces.

Adnan smiled broadly as he greeted Aunt Mira and Naila who had just walked out of the Doctor's room. "How's the examination? I'm sure it's fine, you look so happy on your face."

"Not again, Adnan! Even more than that. Do you know what? I'll have two grandchildren, my twin grandson, Adnan!" exclaims Aunt Mira who can not hide her happiness.

"Well, congratulations, Naila!" adnan said while staring closely at Naila's two eyeballs.

Without them noticing, at the end of the corridor Melisa and Keanu were walking towards them.

"Isn't that Mrs Mira, the owner of your favorite restaurant?" keanu asked Melisa.

Melisa immediately looked towards them. And lucky at that time Naila stood with her back to Melisa and Keanu. However, at that time Keanu already had another premonition towards the young woman who was behind him.
