"How, Doc?" asked Keanu as he approached the Doctor who was checking Naila's condition.

The doctor shook his head then patted Keanu on the shoulder. "I'm sorry, sir. Miss Naila is gone."

Aunt Mira fell unconscious again. Adnan cried hysterically after hearing the doctor's statement. "Doctor, you must be wrong, right? Check it out again, " cried Adnan while hugging the unconscious body of Aunt Mira.

Keanu. He approached Naila's body which the doctor stated was lifeless on his bed. The man noticed Naila's face which looked pale but still looked beautiful. He smiled wryly while sitting next to him.

"Nai, why did you leave us so soon? Our twins haven't even had time to feel the warmth of your arms. Why is God so cruel, separating us at a time like this, Nai?" Keanu cried softly. He grabbed Naila's hand which felt very cold then kissed her many times.

Sid also shed his tears. He was so sorry for Keanu's fate that it was very concerning. This was the second time the man had to lose his beloved wife. Even in the same way. Died after giving birth to their children.

"Wait for me there, Nai. Promise me. And I promise you, I will never marry again. I will focus on looking after and caring for our two babies, until they grow up." - Keanu.

Keanu ran towards Naila who was ready to go somewhere. He noticed Naila's face that looked very beautiful and radiant. Naila smiled then turned to face Keanu.

"Nai? Please don't go. Don't you pity to see our babies? You haven't even seen how they look, Nai. They're handsome and pretty. Please, Nai. Stay with us .." - Ogre Keanu with teary eyes stared at Naila.

Naila is still smiling. He approached Keanu then placed a kiss on the man's right cheek. "I love you guys."

After saying that, Naila again stepped out of her legs leaving Keanu alone in that place. Keanu was annoyed that Naila would not listen to his words. The man returned to chase after Naila and after succeeding, he grabbed Naila's hand and clasped her tightly.

"It turns out you're a wayward, Naila! I said don't go yeah, don't!!!"

Keanu pulled Naila's hand and took her with him.

"Saila, Nai!!!" Keanu woke up from his sleep with a gasp of breath. He was trying to remember what he had just dreamed.

Keanu looked at Naila's face. He knitted his eyebrows together and then he looked at his wife's face carefully. There was something different about Naila's face at the moment. What was once pale, now looks fresher.

Keanu tried to touch Naila's face. However, his hand was held back. He felt someone holding his fingers. Keanu grew curious, he turned to his hand and it turned out to be true, Naila's tiny hand was grasping her fingers. Keanu seemed to not believe what he saw. Her tears just spilled.

"Doctor! Doctor!!!" yelled Keanu while crying haru.

Sid, who was still waiting outside the room, was surprised to hear Keanu's sudden scream. He rushed into the room and immediately approached Keanu.

"What's up, Mister?!" sid asked with a panicked face.

"Call the Doctor, Sid! Hurry up!!" tell Keanu without letting go of Naila's hand.

"Good, Master!"

Without thinking and wondering again, Sid immediately called the Doctor in charge of handling Naila. Not long after, the Doctor and several Nurse men arrived in the room.

"What's up, Mister?!" ask Doctor.

"Doctor, quickly check how my wife is doing!" tell Keanu with tears still flowing in both corners of his eyes.

The doctor was silent, he felt Keanu was slashing. Seeing the Doctor who did not move at all, made Keanu become annoyed.

"Doctor! I said, quickly check on my wife! I think he's alive! Don't you see, he's still holding my fingers!" annoyed Keanu with the tone after shouting.

The gaze of the Doctor and some of the Nurses who were in the room was now fixed towards Keanu's hand. And they realized that what Keanu said was true. Similarly Sid, the man seemed to not believe seeing Naila's hand that was still tightly grasping Keanu's finger.

The doctor and the nurses immediately examined Naila's condition. After hearing Naila's heartbeat, they rushed to attach Infusion and others to Naila's body.

"Oh, God! Thank you very much" exclaimed Keanu as he continued to watch the Doctor and Nurse who were still struggling with his wife's body.

"Saila, Naii ..." Aunt Mira entered the room in a hurry, assisted by Adnan.

"Tante, Naila is alive" Keanu said as he approached Aunt Mira.

Aunt Mira crying full haru. "Oh, thank goodness ..."

After the Doctor and the Nurse came out. Keanu sat down on the side of Naila's bed. So did Aunt Mira and Adnan, they still wanted to be in the room accompanying Naila while continuing to express gratitude.

"Naila baby, get well soon, yeah! Both of our babies are waiting for you. They were already impatiently wanting to feel a warm embrace from their Mami." Keanu again put a kiss in Naila's hand which he held. At that moment Keanu again felt Naila's fingers moving, responding to her speech.

Keanu smiled again as he stroked the top of Naila's head.
