"Big, Melisa! What's wrong with you, son?!" Madam Rita panicked as she approached Melisa who was grimacing in pain.

Madam Rita could not help her crying. She was crying hysterically while hugging her husband. "What's our fate, Dad?!"

Mr. Rendra could not say anything more. He could only stroke Mrs Rita's back so that she could be calmer.

"What if we ask keanu for help, Dad?" said Mrs Rita

Mr. Rendra shook his head. "I'm ashamed, Rita. Melisa has embarrassed us enough in front of her. I can't help asking Ke for help" said Mr. Rendra.

Right at that moment, the Doctor who examined Melisa came out. The doctor immediately approached Mr. Rendra and Mrs Rita who were looking at him with anxious gazes.

"How's my son doing, Doc?" lady Rita asked with tears streaming down both corners of her eyes.

The doctor exhaled heavily then alternately looked at Madam Rita and Mr. Rendra.

"Your son should be in surgery soon, ma'am. Because the baby is very weak. So is the condition of his mother," said the doctor.

"That means my granddaughter has to be born prematurely, Doc?!" ask Mrs Rita again.

The doctor nodded his head slowly.

Madame Rita's tears broke again, not only worried about Melisa's safety and her grandchildren, she was also confused where to find money for Melisa's surgery and medical expenses.

"Do your best, Doc. We entrust everything to you" said Mr. Rendra resigned.

"Alright, Sir. Excuse me first" said the doctor.

After the death of the Doctor, Mrs Rita immediately approached Mr. Rendra. "Dad, I want to go to the restroom for a while" said Mrs Rita.

Mr. Rendra nodded. And unbeknownst to Mr. Rendra, it turns out that Mrs Rita contacted Keanu.

"Keanu, help Mom, son! I don't know who else to ask!" said Aunt Mira

"The doctor is still performing the surgery. We just pray, son, that Melisa and her baby will be fine" said Mr. Rendra.

After a while, one of the Doctors who was dealing with Melisa, came out of the operating room with a warm smile.

"Congratulations, your granddaughter has been born safely. Although his condition is still weak, but his chances of life are still very large. Same with his mother" said the doctor

Mr. Rendra and Mrs Rita were finally able to smile with relief after hearing the doctor's speech. Keanu and Andre.

"Congratulations Andre, your baby girl has been born safely" Keanu said as he patted Andre's shoulder as he looked crisp.

"Thank you, Mr. Keanu. Later if I have more windfall, I will definitely return your money" said Andre.

Keanu smiled warmly after hearing Andre's words. "No need, Andre. I sincerely help them" said Keanu.

After everything was sorted out, Keanu immediately said goodbye to Mr. Rendra.

A nurse entered Melisa's room holding a beautiful little baby girl. The woman was still slumped weakly on the patient's bed. While Mrs Rita is still faithfully sitting next to him.
