Chapter 11

Margot Evans and Lee Ryder enter a Gangjeong store with a simple architecture.

As the two entered Gangjeong's shop, they were greeted by the fragrance of Gangjeong's signature cakes.

A bespectacled man was standing in front of a long table where he usually accepted shop customers.

Greeting Margot Evans and Lee with great kindness.

Inside Gangjeong's shop Lee Ryder ordered Gangjeong for the two of them.

The warm atmosphere was felt inside the Gangjeong store, like there was a magical touch that could wash away Margot Evans and Lee Ryder.

"You like this Gangjeong?", asked Lee Ryder.

"Yes, I like it but it tastes a little strange maybe because I have not used to eat it.", said Margot.

"It's natural that this is the first time you've tried Gangjeong's cake, so it's only natural that your tongue isn't used to Korean food" Lee Ryder said.

"Hmmm.., yes.", replied Margot Evans.

"You want to add to this Gangjeong?", asked Lee Ryder.

"Are you going to order it again?" said Margot.

"Yes, if you like, I'll order it again" Lee Ryder said.

"May.e., although it feels a bit strange but over time it becomes very delicious" said Margot.

"All right ! I'll order it after Gangjeong's plate runs out and then I'll order another cake" Lee Ryder said.

"Mmmm.", muttered Margot Evans.

The young girl jerked her head with a knotty smile.

"I just found out that there's a store that sells traditional Gangjeong cakes in America" says Lee Ryder.

Lee Ryder's gaze turned around Gangjeong's shop room which really looked like a Korean building back in time.

"I find this store strange and rare" Lee Ryder continued.

"Maybe it's just your feeling because Gangjeong's shop is rare in this city, and you think Gangjeong's shop is rare" Margot said.

"Not..., it's not like that.., it's really very strange and usually my instincts are always right!" says Lee Ryder.

"Don't be that apathetic!", said Margot.

Margot Evans is getting carried away by Lee Ryder's remarks about Gangjeong's shop.

"Apatis!?" said Lee Ryder.

Lee Ryder then shook his head.

"No, I'm not like that" Lee Ryder continued.

''But you said that Gangjeong's shop is strange, rather than near magical" said Margot Evans.

"Well ! That's just right ! Miraculous!!!", said Lee Ryder.

"You believe it!?", asked Margot in surprise.

"Trust or not ! Never before have I, in my entire life living in America, found a Gangjeong store with an old architecture like this one" Lee Ryder half-whispered.

Lee Ryder bowed his body closer to Margot's ear.

"Don't you see that guy in glasses?" said Lee Ryder.

"Yes!?", said Margot.

Margot Evans turned to look at the Gangjeong store vendor.

"Don't look at her!" said Lee Ryder.

"Why are you???", said Margot Evans confused.

"Don't".", said the handsome man again.

Lee Ryder prevents Margot Evans from seeing with her hands.

"Don't look again!", said Lee Ryder.

"Why???" asked Margot Evans.

"Later he finds out if we're suspicious of him" Lee Ryder said.

Lee Ryder's hand held the head of Margot Evans so that the young girl would not turn her eyes to Gangjeong's shopkeeper.

"You are this ! If you're told, it's hard!!" said Margot Evans.

"Oh!?", cried Margot.

When Lee Ryder's hands held her face.

"Remove your hands off my face, Lee Ryder!" said Margot.

"That's why don't you look there again!", said Lee Ryder.

Margot Evans pulls her face from Lee Ryder's.

However, Lee Ryder just increased to hold it tightly.

Margot Evans' face was red when Lee Ryder hugged her.

"Don't look, I said, big lady!", whispered Lee Ryder.

"B-but, you don't have to hug me like this" said Margot Evans.

The beautiful girl tried to let go of Lee Ryder's embrace which made it difficult for her to breathe.

"Be quiet!" said Lee Ryder.

"Ehk...???", murmured Margot Evans more confused.

"This Gangjeong shop seller is looking towards us then shut up!" said Lee Ryder half-reigning.

"Lee Ryder" said Margot.

Margot Evans was instantly speechless when she heard Lee Ryder's reply about Gangjeong's shopkeeper watching them.

Margot Evans thought a bit upset as Lee Ryder clenched her tightly.

He almost lost his consciousness so much that he trusted Lee Ryder's words.

"W-really?", murmured softly Margot.

Margot Evans doesn't really believe in Lee Ryder.

He tried to turn his head but swiftly Lee Ryder prevented it.

Lee Ryder rubbed Margot Evans' head with his hand while saying loudly and puzzling Margot Evans.

"Darling ! Don't panic ! We'll be home soon ! Trust me that God will help us both !"

"What !!?" said Margot.

Margot Evans was shocked to hear Lee Ryder's words.

"Lee Ryder.", muttered Margot Evans.

However, he was immediately responsive to the situation and attitude of Lee Ryder at that moment because Margot Evans thought that the Gangjeong store seller was really watching them.

"Honey.., rest assured I will take care of you and always be with you, dear.", Lee Ryder said loudly.

"I-iya.", said Margot Evans.

"After all, we must be patient in the face of this ordeal ! Believe that God will help us, my dear!", said Lee Ryder again.

Lee Ryder kept a loud voice as he spoke to Margot Evans as if she were calming down Margot's troubled heart.

"I'll be the person you can count on the most, my dear!", Lee Ryder said.

"I-iya" said Margot Evans stammered as she confusedly answered Lee Ryder's attitude.

Margot Evans could only accept Lee Ryder's treatment without being able to resist it.

Gangjeong's shopkeeper turned his eyes toward Lee Ryder and Margot Evans.

He who had heard the words of Lee Ryder who deliberately voiced out loud to divert his attention from the two people.

The man in glasses laughed and said.

"Didn't you kiss her too, sir ?"

Lee Ryder gasped in surprise as he turned to the bespectacled man standing in front of the long table where he usually received shop customers.

"The act of kissing more proves that you really love your woman very much, sir", continued the seller Gangjeong store.

The smile of the bespectacled man seemed to give an answer to Lee Ryder's attitude.

"A-what???" said Lee Ryder.

The handsome man immediately released his embrace from Margot Evans.

Lee Ryder's face turned crimson as her attractions were discovered by the Gangjeong store seller.

"Just kiss" said the bespectacled man, signalling Lee Ryder's hand.

The hand of the Gangjeong store-seller's man pointed to Margot Evans.

Lee Ryder was further embarrassed by the response from the Gangjeong store seller that even gave him great support for his attitude earlier.

"He???" said Lee Ryder.

Lee Ryder pointed back at Margot when Gangjeong's shopkeeper saw her.

The Gangjeong shop seller only nodded his head quickly as Lee Ryder asked him quietly.

"Wow!?", exclaimed Lee Ryder.

Lee Ryder's index finger swayed quickly to sign a ban whereas the glasses guy immediately laughed back.

Margot Evans turned to look at the Gangjeong store vendor.

However, the bespectacled man turned his back on Margot Evans by busying himself at work as the beautiful girl looked at him.

Margot Evans's view turned to Lee Ryder, who pretended not to look at Gangjeong's store vendor.

Lee Ryder and the Gangjeong store seller seem to be compacting each other.
