Chapter 9
A small accident that day required both of them to be forced to find lodging because it was late at night while they were far from the city center.
Both were forced to leave Lee Ryder's car by the roadside because the car could not drive again.
"Where are we going?" asked Margot Evans.
"Finding lodging, perhaps.", said Lee Ryder.
"Where?", continued Margot.
"We're looking for a location near here, but this area is quite quiet, I don't know if we can find lodging here" Lee Ryder said.
"Nearly night day... What if we don't find lodging here?", asked Margot.
"Forced us to walk all the way to the city" Lee Ryder said.
"Walk!?" said Margot lazily.
"Yes, you want to sleep on this side of the road and be eaten by wild wolves?", Lee Ryder said.
"No, I don't want to" said Margot.
Margot Evans hastened her footsteps with Lee Ryder.
Lee Ryder just smiled at Margot's behavior walking with her footsteps.
The silver-haired man looked towards his mobile phone.
"No answer.", he murmured.
TUT... TUT... TUT...
There was a voice coming from inside the phone indicating that no one was answering.
"Fuih.", sighed Lee Ryder.
The towing place was closed when Lee Ryder contacted the place.
There was no answer from that place and only a short message call to leave a voicemail.
Lee Ryder repeatedly called people from the towing car but no one picked up Lee Ryder's phone.
"There was no response from the towing agents as if they were closed" Lee Ryder said.
A cell phone was right in Lee Ryder's ear as they walked down the street.
"The car broke down and was badly damaged ! I'll sell it after fixing the new car" Lee Ryder said.
"You're going to sell it ? Isn't it still a new car and it can be repaired ? Why sell it?", asked Margot Evans.
"I don't like my things to be damaged because I will definitely immediately throw them away even though they are still fairly new and newly purchased" Lee Ryder said.
"You're wasting money, Lee Ryder" said Margot Evans.
"It doesn't matter as long as I want it then I will do it without having to think about it a thousand times" Lee Ryder said.
"The car is for me only" said Margot.
"No ! That car is already badly damaged will be dangerous for you if you drive it", said Lee Ryder.
"Why?", asked Margot. "I can drive my own car, I'll be careful" he said.
"Not yet ! Dangerous to you!", said Lee Ryder.
Margot Evans was silent and glued to Lee Ryder.
"What ? You still want to own that car?", asked Lee Ryder.
"Emmm.., no.., no." said Margot Evans.
"MMM... I'll buy you a new car because it'll be safe if you drive yourself" Lee Ryder said.
Margot Evans was silent as she continued walking down the street.
It seemed that the atmosphere in the area was very quiet, there was not a single house on the side of the road.
There are only a row of tall cliffs looming.
Lee Ryder kept calling from his cell phone all the way to town.
He really seemed busy with his cell phone.
Margot Evans let out a small breath.
Sometimes he turned his eyes around the long road.
"Let's not practice, maybe this won't happen" muttered Margot Evans.
"How not to practice !? Hmmm.", said Lee Ryder.
"Ehk!?", Margot turned her head towards Lee Ryder who was on the phone.
"Exercise is training ! There's no exception to that, you understand?" said Lee Ryder.
"I called the other crane service but no one picked up the phone from me" Lee Ryder said.
"Oh!", said Margot.
"I also called home but no one answered the phone" said Aaron Lee's father.
"That means we'll spend the night on this side of the road!?" said Margot goosebumps.
"Well... How else ? If it has to be, why not!?", said Lee Ryder.
Lee Ryder flicked his tingling hand as a result of constantly calling.
However, no one received his cell phone call.
"Hopefully we don't meet the ferocious wolves that usually go down the highway" Lee Ryder said.
"A-what !? How can you talk like that while we're in such a precarious situation!?", asked Margot Evans in astonishment.
"Yes..., sorry!?", said Lee Ryder.
Lee Ryder stared at Margot Evans while raising both eyebrows upwards.
"What makes a problem and results in a car accident as bad as it really is who ? I???" said Lee Ryder.
"Why are you angry?", said Margot in self-defense.
"God, I'm not mad at you, big lady but I'm just sad about having a student as weak as you are" Lee Ryder said.
"I'm not as weak as you say I am, I'm very strong and talented in all aspects of life" Margot said.
"Ha... Ha... Good ! So I don't have to bother me thinking about you being so talented" Lee Ryder said.
Margot Evans looked at Lee Ryder with a frown.
"I'm very serious!", argued Margot.
"Same ! I'm also very, very serious as you are, big lady!", Lee Ryder argued.
Lee Ryder continued walking regardless of Margot Evans' attitude again and occasionally glanced at her cell phone.
"Iiikh !? He's outrageous ! All the faults he has left me, do I always err in his eyes?", grumbled Margot Evans.
The young girl stomped her legs in annoyance and followed the footsteps of Lee Ryder who walked away from her.
Lee Ryder's footsteps were longer than Margot's, so the beautiful girl had to take pains to compensate.
Although he often lagged behind Lee Ryder.
"Hurryup ! Night hunt!", cried Lee Ryder as he waved to Margot Evans.
It appears Margot walked began to stagger because her legs felt tired because they had to walk very far.
"How come we're not to the extent that you walk carelessly like sheep?" Lee Ryder said.
"I don't care!", said Margot.
"Yes God... Should I lead you this young one?", ledek Lee Ryder.
"Stupid time" said Margot, who was tired of walking.
"We're almost to the center of the crowd, just a few meters away. Lah spirit!!!", said Lee Ryder.
Lee Ryder only smiled faintly at the exhausted face of Margot Evans as she walked.
Sweat drenched her beautiful fresh face.
"Tap ! Tap ! Tap ! Come on, spirit!", said Lee Ryder with a laugh.
Margot Evans is increasingly scowled by Lee Ryder's disdain for her.
He then ran past Lee Ryder while replying to Lee Ryder.
"Try you to run, old man!", taunted Margot Evans.
"What !? Old man...???", muttered Lee Ryder.
Lee Ryder snorted in annoyance as he looked at Margot Evans who was running in front of him.
"Did he deliberately harm himself by loting me "OLD MAN"!?" said Lee Ryder muttering to himself.
The handsome man did not meet the challenge of Margot Evans and continued to walk casually down the large road.
Lee Ryder is constantly watching the screen of his cell phone.
There is no signal in this area because this big road is quite far from the city center even fairly close to outside the city.
Lee Ryder turned his attention to Margot Evans who started to stop running.
It seemed that the young girl was tired and exhausted to run, Lee Ryder smiled faintly as she looked at Margot who was repeatedly wiping her sweat.
The girl looked very beautiful than usual and was very shining under the sun that sank.
Many times Lee Ryder smiled at Margot Evans who was not paying attention to her.
