Aditya got down from the car, staring at the grim house while sighing heavily. When he arrived at the door in white, he was told that it was locked. Aditya immediately coded the curly-haired skinny man behind him to tinker with the key. Not long after a clicking sound was heard, the door finally opened.
“Truly dead time nih child,” murmured when he saw a dusty, dark house with closed curtains, and like without occupants.
Once again Aditya codes the people who follow him behind to do his job. Two women immediately swiftly cleaned the messy house.
They get rid of garbage and food that is almost rotting in the kitchen, wash dishes in the sink, clothes that are loosened in the laundry room, and clean the entire house is dusty and dirty.
While his man of command is working, Aditya walks into the main room. Thankfully, the room was not locked. Aditya's gaze circled around the stuffy room with the curtains still closed even though it was now almost 11 p.m. Then a human curled up in bed distracted him.
“Yes said Adrian, if the business is the same girl you suddenly immediately become g o b l o k,” he said while opening the curtains and room windows. Then take a dresser chair and sit in front of Arki.
At first glance Arki sees Aditya, but buried his head back under the blanket. He did not want to ask why the creature could enter his house, it was certain that he violently broke into it. But Arki doesn't care. Right now I need time to be alone.
“Mamih Marsela yesterday in the hospital. I brought it because he said this week is not feeling well thinking of his son who can not be contacted. He does not want you to know because he is afraid of thinking and adding weight, because I do not care about you so I say deh now,” said Aditya spoke casually.
Arki did not answer. She was worried about her mother's condition. He must have lost her just like Arki. But he couldn't control himself to continue slumping like now. The one who needs to be saved from the pain of loss is himself.
A week after they buried Gita, Arki returned to his home. Shut up, cry, and wail. Arki almost went crazy because of Gita's departure. His feelings of pain and regret were so great that it was hard to bear.
“You think your wife's accident was a natural thing to happen, Ki? When the old man bangkotan trying to mate you with the son of the businessman who is working with him, rumors you become the successor to the business, suddenly your wife disappeared and a tragic accident,” said Aditya.
“So in your opinion, I don't know and don't think the old bastard is involved, so?” arki finally made a sound. After a week of silencing his mouth to anyone.
“Terus why even confused and locked yourself as a gini, until your own mother do not you contact?”
“You can sympathize a little? Do you think I should look good right away after my wife dies? You really never fretted left dead—“ Arki stopped him from talking too far.
Aditya chuckles. “I know more of what it feels like. I thought about it myself when my mother died in an accident. That's why I'm here to give you a reminder not to be soft and g o b l o k. If Arya was really involved in your wife's accident, don't you have more reason to help my plan go smoothly? Adrian is also starting to be impatient waiting for you to finish worrying.”
Arki got up and sat on the bed, facing Aditya who remained relaxed. Arki should not be too sad to drag on like this. Moreover, ignoring his mother to become sick. If Arya is involved in Gita's disappearance as well as her accident, she deserves to reveal and exact revenge.
“You people help me find evidence. Agus and Patra are again being watched by Basuki,”
“Well, that's dong, bro! His brain is running again.” Aditya exited the room for a moment then brought the curly-haired skinny male inside.
“Name Danu. She's the one who's gonna help you find out about your wife's accident. Just tell me where he should start,” said Aditya introduced Danu to Arki. “Oh yes, I have brought people to clean your house like a broken ship and make you human food. Mamih Marsela's. Don't forget to look at the hospital. Watch out for you not to be a bad boy!” aditya then exited the room.
As Arki is about to start talking and orders Danu to investigate something, Aditya reappears in the doorway.
“Don't forget to shower, your body smells like a rat carcass!” aditya said with a amused smile.
“Go lo, Hogg!” Shouted Arki annoyed. It feels like he wants to grab Aditya's hair.
...****************...
He walked between the hospital corridors, towards his mother's hospital room. Bring a bunch of flowers and a basket of Ela's favorite mangoes.
Arki also looks clean and fragrant as usual. Cut her hair a little long, shave her mustache and beard that grew wild for a week back, and bathe until fragrant. So that Aditya doesn't taunt him anymore.
As he approached his mother's room, Arki saw Basuki had just walked out of it. The man smiled and politely lowered his head.
“I'm glad Mas Arkian has looked better and healthier since we last met,” Basuki said hello.
The last time he saw Arki was at Gita's funeral. The man looked messy and unkempt. Different from now who looks dashing back. Maybe finally, his boss' son began to forget his wife who had left.
“I feel better now and try to make it. Thanks to the help of Mr. Basuki and also the father, Gita finally met even though he was in a state of lifelessness,” said Arki sounded about and sincere.
“I regret Mbak Gita will leave so soon with tragic conditions.”
Arki just nodded. “Oh yes. I resigned from Bang Damar's company a month ago. Now I'm thinking about doing more work. Maybe it's good that I tried my dad's offer to join the company. I'm again considering it.”
Basuki is aghast to hear it, but then seems pleased with Arki's decision to consider joining the company. There must be a lot of cooperation that they will get with the emergence of Arki there.
“I welcome Mas Arkian's plan. Just call if Mas Arkian has decided and is ready to work. Later I schedule to meet Mr. Arya.”
“No waiting later. I'll be there tonight.”
Arki finished his conversation with Basuki, then walked into the inpatient room. Ela was sitting on her bed alone. Squeeze the remote looking for TV channels to enjoy.
“Kok no one is waiting?” arki said with a sparkling smile when he saw his mother.
“How did you not say you wanted to come first? Are you okay, son?” ela asked in shock at the arrival of Arki. They embrace each other giving up longing.
The boy was difficult to contact after Gita's funeral. Ela is worried, but she also wants to give him time so that Arki can vent his own grief. Give space for his son to quickly mengikhlaskan.
“Mom told Irma to go home first and rest. He said Aditya wants to come here later,” said Ela while not stopping stroking Arki's cheek. “You look good now,” he continued.
“Outside. In it still remains the same, I still can not relax Gita go,” said Arki finally honest. She did not want to hide her feelings in front of her mother.
“No one will immediately willing and accept the pass left by our loved ones died. The wound can be long, years or maybe forever. But we people who are still there abandoned them, must stay alive as usual. Our time is not over in the world and should be put to the best use.”
“I know. But for now, let me be sad first.”
“You can be sad as much as you want. But don't even think about leaving, do you? I'm afraid because of a broken heart, you can't see there are people who still love you around. Do not hurt yourself with guilt. Gita may have gone away to you, but you're not the cause of her death.”
Arki nodded. Even though part of him still blames himself. Find the reason Gita left. If he hadn't left the house, maybe Gita wouldn't have ended up tragically like that. If only Arki could convince Gita to stay. If only Arki could make Gita love him too.
But now there is another part of her, the more distrusting Gita's departure is her fault. His talks with Aditya convinced him that there was Arya's involvement in Gita's death. Arki has to find out about that. Find the slightest mistake to reveal the truth. Until his heart is satisfied and then sincere to let go of Gita.
