Moments later, a group of people were walking through the forest to get to the town of Putao which was rumored to have been in quite a serious problem.

In the group, two men were seen stretchering a man like a hunted animal that had just been caught.

"Why am I in such a position?" Velskud asked who was walking with an inverted view as he was now being stretchered using a wood by Yun San and Liu Hongli.

The Qi thread that Velskud used to steal one of the grilled meat skewers was immediately broken and he saw that Yun San had disconnected it.

For a moment Velskud received a sharp glare from the five before they continued their lunch and joked.

"Damn!" Velskud was grieving as he felt thirsty from a day of exposure to the sun and not drinking.

Velskud also felt hungry and thought he was like a prisoner even though the truth was true.

A poisonous snake was seen wrapped around the tree where Velskud was leaning and opened his mouth to peck at Velskud's neck.

Liu Hongli who saw the snake would peck at Velskud intending to help him but it was too late.

Brrakkk!!! Crashh!!!

The head of the snake was instantly shattered when Velskud hit him with two tied hands. The blood splattered from the snake slightly hit Velskud's face.

Velskud then took the two-meter-long snake and began to eat it and drink the snake's blood.

Seeing this, Liu Hongli swallowed his saliva and turned his eyes away from Velskud as he saw Velskud's lip movements.

"I'll repay you after this..." That was the Velskud spelling Liu Hongli could translate and he felt his soul tremble, as Velskud spelled out the sentence while smiling at him with a face smeared with blood.

Looking at the terrified Liu Hongli, Yun San, Liu Mei, Xia Que, and Long Jingyi looked at Velskud with suspicion.

Instantly the four of them were stunned to see Velskud eating a snake and staring at them coldly.

Realizing the type of snake that the Velskud is currently eating alive casually, they look worried every time the Velskud bites the snake to the end.

"What?" Velskud asked as he looked towards Yun San, Liu Mei, Xia Que, Long Jingyi, and Liu Hongli with a flat gaze he did not even express himself in the slightest.

Seeing Velskud who looked fine made all of them not worry anymore and continued to talk about the mission.

Xia Que who felt somewhat guilty to the point of making Velskud become what he is today then glanced at him and his eyes immediately opened wide.

He could see Velskud eating a white caterpillar from a rotten tree trunk and smelling fishy nearby.

The people there did not know that the caterpillar that was eating Velskud as a snack was a sago caterpillar that he used to eat when the urgent situation was in the forest.

Xia Que who had just seen her first immediately felt nauseous and vomited on the spot to make others surprised.

"Are you okay?" Liu Mei asked as she stroked Xia Que's back who was currently vomiting.

Xia Que was unable to answer Liu Mei's question and pointed directly at Velskud who was eating the sago caterpillar as a snack.

The same thing happened to Yun San, Liu Mei, Long Jingyi, and Liu Hongli when he saw Velskud demonstrating how to eat the caterpillar to them.

As a result there was mass vomiting that made Velskud laugh because in the end only he himself felt full.

Velskud did not know why they were nauseous just because of the caterpillars he ate. Velskud eventually argued that they never ate the caterpillars.

This can be concluded Velskud considering they were all born into a distinguished family and will not find it difficult in terms of survival.

Food matters were easy with their abilities as well as a cultivator.

"Did you not want to try it? It's delicious."

Velskud said while re-enacting as he ate the sago caterpillar.
